chapter 8

Leah got up early the next morning and was making her and Jeff something to eat. She had put on his shirt and was standing in the kitchen as she heard the padding of bear feet on the kitchen lino. She smiled as a pair of arms where slid around her waist and a soft kisses placed on her neck.

“Morning.” She said still smiling as she turned around in Jeff’s arms.

“Morning.” He replied as he placed a soft kiss on her lips. “You’re so beautiful.” He said kissing her softly.

“When was the last time you went to the opticians?” Leah asked as she draped her arms over his shoulders.

Jeff looked confused. “About six months ago. Why?”

“Because I think you need your eyes checked!” She said smiling and placing a kiss on his cheek before turning back to the bacon that was frying in the pan.

“I don’t think so.” He said smiling as he continued to hold her.

As they ate their breakfast the talked about Leah’s job and life in Britain. She explained why she had come to America and why she had chosen Cameron. He listened to her every word. When she finished Jeff told her about the WWF and the fact that he is on the road all of the time.

Jeff took his and Leah’s empty plates to the sink and set them in there. Leah got up and hoped up onto the counter by where Jeff stood.

“If we are serious Leah me being away all the time is just a minor thing in our way. But if not, it’s going to be hell.”

“I know that. And when I start work I’m going to be all over the country. And I hope we are serious Jeff. I really care about you. And I want to be with you.”

Jeff moved so he was standing between Leah’s legs, his soft naked skin, except his boxers, brushed against Leah legs making her tingle all over. “I care about you to, a lot. So much so it scares me.”

“Don’t’ be scared Jeff. Please.”

“Teach me not to be scared.” He said softly.

Leah leaned forward and kissed him softly. Slowly pulling his body closer to her. She kissed him passionately. He responded and held her tightly against him.

“Scared?” Leah asked him softly as she tried to regain her breath.

“No. Not now.” He said as he also tried to control his breathing. He rested his head on her shoulder as he held her.
