Chapter 26

Colleen and Matt sat with Leah and Jeff in the small park in Cameron. it was now dark and only a few lights lit it and the car park. Jeff sat sitting forwards on the bench and Leah sat with one leg each side so she was pressed up against Jeff, reassuring Jeff she was there for him.Matt sat on the grass with Colleen beside him, both were worried about Jeff, but Colleen was trying her best to at normal but she was finding it harder than she thought it would be.

"Jeff your hurting me." Leah said, but Jeff didn't loosen his grip. He just stood up and pulled her from the bench. "Jeff what are you doing?" She asked as she tried to pull him to stop. slowly he turned back to her. Leah ran a hand down his cheek rubbing his tears away. "What is it sweetie? she asked as she stepped up so she was lightly pressed against him.

Jeff dropped his head into Leah's shoulder and cried. Leah instantly wrapped her arms around him and held him tightly. By this time Matt and Colleen were on their feet standing by Leah. She looked at Matt for an answer and he responded by pointing to a group of people that were walking over to them. Leah then knew instantly who they were. Jeff held her tighter against him as he raised his head. Leah wiped his tears and kissed him lightly. "You can do this baby, I know you can." She said as she pulled herself away from Jeff but took his hand in hers.

Jeff looked up to see him with his hands on Leah, who looked so scared she could faint. "GET YOUR FUCKING HANDS OF HER!!!!!!!!" He screamed as he speared him to the ground. A yelp of pain escaping from Carl. Jeff then began to pound his face with his fist. His ring cutting Carl's cheek. Carl's brother mike then stepped in and punched Jeff on the back of the head, allowing Carl to roll him over and he started pounding Jeff face. Matt stepped in and tackled Mike to the ground. By this time Leah was crying and colleen was shaking. Leah stepped forward to Carl and pulled on his hair. He grabbed her hand in his and got up of Jeff who's face was now covered in blood and he lay groggy on the grass. Carl punched Leah in the stomach and grabbed her hair. Colleen screamed at him and tried to free his hand from Leah but she just got pushed to the ground, hitting her head hard. Carl then slapped Leah across the face and let her fall to the ground before kicking her.

Matt was still rolling around on the ground fighting with Mike, he was winning as he got up and was punched from on other member of the group. He stumbled forward before turning and punching the offender in the thought, causing him to cough and flee, along with Mike. matt then turned to Colleen and saw her laying on the ground holding her head. He went over to her and held her as she cried. Carl pulled Jeff by his leg off of Leah and continued his assault. the final and forth member of the group grabbed Leah by the hair and pulled her weak body up. he slapped her and kicked her then slung her over his shoulder and ran of with her. She screamed as loud as she could as she was carried across the park. She felt herself being put down on the bonnet of a car. She was groggy and really didn't know what was happening. The guy, Dane, pushed her skirt up around her waist and ripped her panties of her. He then forcefully kissed her, biting into her bottom lip as he did. He then forced two of his fingers into Leah entrance. She screamed as loud as she could as he continued his assault. His spare hand ripped her shirt of and began attacking her breasts along with his mouth and teeth.

Matt heard a screamed and looked around. Jeff was lying on the ground with no sign of Carl, he looked for Leah but he couldn't see Leah. he stood up panicking. He then heard another scream. "Look after Jeff." he told colleen as he ran as fast as he could towards the source of the screams.

Matt saw Leah and ran over to her, pulling Dane from her and throwing him against the car next tot hem. He grabbed his head and smashed it threw the side window. He then pulled him away from it and Leah and he lead him up to the pond and chucked him in it. He then turned and ran back to Leah who was in shock. She sat shaking and crying on the car as he reached her. he took her in his arms and held her for a minute before her pulled away and pulled her skirt down and took his shirt of that he had on over a t-shirt and wrapped her in it. He used her torn shirt to wipe the blood away that had run down her legs. he looked to see Colleen and Jeff coming over. Colleen had hold of Jeff, helping him stand and walk. When Jeff saw Leah in Matt's arms, all his senses seemed to come flying back. He let go of Colleen and ran to her. He took her from Matt and held her a tight as he could. He cried with her as she sat shaking on the car. After a minute he pulled away from her and Colleen had to steady him. She again took him around the waist. "Lets go back to the house." She said and Matt nodded. He went to Leah and placed one arm around her back and one under her knees and lifted her from the car. He didn't think she would make it back and they had walked there.
