Chapter 21
In Matt and Colleen's room, both of them were tired so they went to bed without saying a word to each other. Tomorrow was going to be another day. A good one at that.
Both of them woke up the next morning at 9:00am. They were both just a little tired but with Colleen that was normal, she always seemed to be tired. After they were both dressed they decided to go down to the hotel resturant to get some breakfast and wait for Leah and Jeff. While they were waiting they just talked.
"So, did you enjoy the movie night we had last night?" Matt asked Colleen as he took a sip of his coffee.
"I really enjoyed it. It was nice spending time with Leah and Jeff." Colleen replied as she put sugar in her coffee.
"Yeah, I enjoyed myself too. It was fun. We should do it more often when we get back to Cameron." Matt explained.
Did she just hear right? Going to Cameron? When....What....How was all that was going through Colleen's mind as she blankly stared at Matt.
"Colleen? Colleen? Matt said as he was waving his hand in frount of her face, Are you OK?" Matt asked looking at Colleen with worried eyes.
"Yes Matt, I am fine, your last comment about Cameron surprised me a little. Colleen said giving Matt a reasurring smile.
As Colleen finished sturring her coffee she got a really weird feeling going through her entire body. She had an idea about what it was about so she decided to tell Matt about it.
"Matt....Colleen began, I just got this really weird feeling, it went through my entire body and then it disappared. I have an idea about what it's about and I think that it was just like that time that I keeled over because of what happened to Leah, but this time the feeling was much more different. If my twin feelings are right, she is really happy and something good will happen to her soon." Colleen finished looking at Matt and the look that he had on his face.
"Interesting feelings, is all I have to say." Matt replied wondering what the "something good" was all about.
Just as they finished talking Jeff and Leah walked to the table with wide smiles on their faces.
"Why are you two so happy?" Colleen asked looking at her sister with a smile on her face.
"We are happy because we are together and with family." Leah replied looking at Jeff and then at Colleen and Matt.
"Well I am just glad that everyone is here so that now we can all eat." Matt said giving his brother the evil eye.
Everyone sat down and ordered breakfast, Jeff not even noticing that Matt was giving him. The girls noticed but all Colleen did was nudge him in the side to get him to stop.
During breakfast they talked about going to the airport to get the plane tickets to go to Cameron. Colleen was still a little mad that she wasn't told about going but soon got over it.
While the boys went to go get the tickets, Colleen and Leah stayed at the hotel and packed as they talked about what it was going to be like living in Cameron, North Carolina. To Colleen, it was going to fun, but Leah on the other hand was afraid of what was going to happen when they got there. She really wanted to tell Colleen about why she was so worried but she knew that she had to keep it secret for Jeff's sake. He would tell people when he was ready. Leah just had to be patient.
When the boys got back they helped Leah and Colleen put all the stuff in the car and then they all piled in to go to the airport.
