Chapter 7

“Have you got everything?” Amy asked as she, Matt, Jeff and Chloe where checking her room.

“Yeah, I think so” she sat on her suitcase, which was now full of WWF merchandise, Jeff did it up, she got off and he stood it by the door.

“We better get going” Matt informed them as he checked his watch, we don’t want you to be late.” They all agreed and grabbed Chloe’s bags and headed out of the door.

Vince was outside waiting for them. “Are you all packed then?” he asked her as the rest of the McMahon’s joined him.

“Yeah, Thanks for putting up with me all week.”

“You’re no trouble” He said but Chloe, Amy, Matt, and Jeff exchanged looks.

“I’d better be going. Thanks again” she hugged Vince, Linda, Shane and Steph.

“If you ever want to come back you are more than welcome.” Linda said as she turned to Matt and Jeff. “Are you to going home to see your dad?”

“Yeah we are.” Matt said avoiding looking at his brother. “Why?”

“He said he wasn’t going to be in until mid-day but he’ll be around after then.”

“Ok, right, shall we go?”

Matt and Amy went in his car and Chloe drove Jeff in her car. “Will you do me a favour?” she asked him as she followed Matt to the airport.

“Anything” he said sounding like he would actually do anything for her.

“Ok, Well do you think you could keep my car at your house until I come back here for the Grand Prix?”

“No problem.”

“Thanks, by the way I’ve got you, Amy and Matt pit passes for the race so you can come and see ME working” she emphasised the me, making Jeff smile.

“Thanks”

They drove in silence the rest of the way.

“Ok, guy’s, I had better go” Chloe said as she was standing on the tarmac waiting to board the plane. She hugged Amy, then she turned to Matt, she hugged him and whispered, “I love you” in his ear, tears filled her eyes as she let go of him. Finally she turned to Jeff, she walked up to him and kissed him, she wrapped her arms around him, and he put arms around her, they almost forgot about Matt and Amy looking at them, she pulled away from him, he wiped the tears of her face and pulled her back to him, he whispered to her “I love you” she did the same back to him. They kissed one final time as she stood back as Matt and Jeff where standing starring at each other. Jeff moved towards his brother and wrapped his arms around him he did the same back. Amy and Chloe looked at them smiling, they hugged again.

“Keep in touch” Amy said wiping the tears from her eyes.

“I will and I’ll see you in three weeks for the GP anyway.”

Jeff let his brother go, he had tears down his face “Thanks broth.” Matt just smiled back but he had tears down his face to. They all did. After a long group hug, Chloe picked up her hand luggage and headed for the plane steps, as she did Jeff went after her and kissed her. He stood at the bottom of them as she walked slowly up them, as she got to the top she waved and blew a kiss to all of them she stepped inside the plane and took her seat, she looked at the three of them on the tarmac. She waved and then slid down into her seat.

As the plane taxied out to the runway she took on last look at the place that caused her so much pain and heartache, but as she thought of Matt, Jeff and Amy all that seemed irrelevant. As the plane took-off she closed her eyes and fell asleep.

“I’m going to miss her.” Amy said as they walked back into the airport building.

“I know, we all are” Matt said as he looked at his brother. Jeff stood by the window starring out at the runway. “Come on, let’s go home.”

Jeff turned to Matt “I love her, I know you do too but what made you give her up?”

“She is so in love with you Jeff, I couldn’t stand in the way of that just for my own sake.” He gave his brother a big hug. Amy joined in.

“You’re not the only one who loved her, she was like the sister I never had. It sounds stupid but….” She trailed of as they all turned to face out the window one last time.

As Chloe’s plane landed in London, she couldn’t wait to go back and see her three best friends.
