UPN not happy with WWF Smackdown! The Programming Insider's Marc Berman is reporting that last weeks Smackdown series-low 3.2 broadcast has UPN upset. Berman wrote, "UPN was far from pleased with the suddenly punch-less WWF Smackdown! sinking to a series low 3.2/ 6 in households with 4.98 million viewers and a 2.0/ 6 among adults 18-49.". This is obviously not a good sign for the UPN network as well as the WWF as a whole. It's still to early to tell if SmackDown could possibly make a move to another network. - 6/18/01
WWF Clique NewsIn the mid 1990s, the 'clique' of Shawn Michaels, Kevin Nash, Scott Hall, Triple H and X-Pac were notorious for their control over WWF storylines. However, unlike the former clique, which was anti-establishment, the new clique is on the side of management, and works with WWF officials rather than scheme against them. - 6/18/01
