Where to start with this one!

First of all, Felicia's Journey is, as described accurately above, a movie about a sensitive serial killer who lures young women to their death because his mommy wasn't very nice to him when he was growing up. It's an art film by Atom Egoyan, director of "The Sweat Hereafter" (one of my favorite films). It's one of those long, slow character studies and, honestly, a little disappointing from my point of view, especially after so thoroughly enjoying his previous films.

Despite the existence of cover art to the contrary, here's what Felcia's Journey is not:

It's not the 1992 hit "The Swordsman" starring Lorenzo Lamas, where Lorenzo fights a psychotic millionaire through time and space over the possession of the sword of Alexander the Great. He's come so far since "Falcon Crest", hasn't he?

It also doesn't feature any passionate kisses between Kevin Costner and Mary McDonnell like 1990's "Dances With Wolves" despite the picture in the right corner (the one with two people kissing obviously).

Also not appearing in "Felicia's Journey" is Lisa Kudrow, although she does help John Travolta cheat in a Lottery in 2000's "Lucky Numbers".

Michael Moore is also not in this film (picture in bottom right corner). Could be a picture from any Michael Moore film really, although my money is on it being from the same "Lucky Numbers" film as above where he played a bit part. Don't think he managed a suit in "Roger and Me". (Does anyone else habitually refer to him as Roger Moore, instead of Michael?)

Let's not nitpick with every single spelling, grammar and punctuation error on this cover. Find them all at your leisure. I would, however, like to point out one of my favorites, "a moving and chilling   patriot of a seemingly gentle man."
