Bristol is filled with a colorful array of characters. There's Odoferious Thunderbottom, the privy cleaner (Photo, left). He comes across as a man who takes a lot of pride in his "craft"!
And here's Master Todd Sweeney, barber surgeon, demonstrating the acrobatic skills of his dog (Photo, right).
There's also Miss Beatrice Pickles (Photo, left). If she looks like she just came out of a nursery rhyme, that's only fitting. She's in charge of a very nice part of faire-- the Kids Kingdom. This region not only is a play area for the children, but offers a wide variety of entertainments throughout the day geared specifically for them.
You may also have the chance to be entertained by Jack Bumbles, the juggler or have an encounter with the appetizing Aphrodite Quickly (Photo, below).
