Hints

I know have a page with tips on what spices go well with what food, I hope it helps you cook better.

Hot Milk Sponge Cake

• 1 cup milk
• 1/4 lb. butter
• 3 eggs- beaten
• 2 cup flour
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 2 cup sugar
• 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

1. Melt butter in milk over med. heat.
2. beat eggs in large bowl then add sugar, and flour. mix well
3. Add milk, butter, baking powder, and vanilla
4. pour into (2)-9 inch pans or (1)- 8x12 pan
5. Bake at 375 F. for 25-30 min.
