Mental retarded is misunderstand many of times. Most people think it
means that person is dumb and will never be the same.It real means that
the child/adult can not care for him/herself. Before, the mental retard
child was taking away from there family to be study. This doesn't happen
anymore.General medical test are taken for the child. They take these test
so that they know where the child should be or where they are. The child
that is mental retard has hard to hearing, speeching or sight. . Emotional
and behavior disorder can frequent complication mental retardation. People
that are mental has a score blew 70 to 75. Some mental child are refused
by there family and treated like they don't belong in that family. Even
there parents. Think about refused by your own parents. What would you
do? And not even understand the world. It would be like your not part of
