 Do you have a family member
that is mentally challenged? Most likely you don't. this is because
only 2% of Americans are mental. Your thinking,so, what so important about
that? Well it is important, and you won't know that until it happens to
you. Mental challenged or mental retardation is a damaged in the brain
or undeveloped part of the brain that can never be healed. Intelligence
test is taken to see if the human is mental. They do this by coming to
your house and setting out certain things. Mental retardation people are
usual misunderstand, these people are just unable to take care of them
self. I know this because my baby brother(3 years old) is mental retardation.
He is unable to communicant with us. He does not understand much .He try
his best. If he wants something we don't understand what he wants because
all he does is cry. Sometimes he talk but just a little. Usual, at the
age of three you are talking. Not my brother. My parents don't know what
happen during birth with my brother. All they want to know is what happen.
They don't want to "throw the book" at the hospital but they do want to
