Tell me about yourself.
Currently I am a student at the University of Houston Central. My major is Information Systems Technology with a minor in Business Administration. I will be graduating this May of 2002.
What is your long-term employment or career objective?
My long-term employment objective is to hold a stable position within the IT department of a company.
What factors do you look for in an organization?
Productivity is always an important factor. However, equally as important is the respect that superiors and employees have for each other. I believe that this type of atmosphere will then result in increased productivity.
What kinds of pressures did you encounter at your last job? How did you handle the situation?
I encountered situations where customers were unsatisfied with their service. I found that the best way to deal with the situation is to not be defensive. It is best to calmly listen to what customer has to say and then ask them what they want.
What are your strengths?
I am highly organized which aids me in dealing with sudden, unexpected complications if they were to arise.
What are your weaknesses?
I do tend to get frustrated when other team members do not put forth any effort in a project assignment.
