Rules
|
| Always roleplay a Drow: You believe yourself to be a member of a superior race, destined by the Goddess, Lolth, to rule over all other races. There is no such thing as honor or goodness; these ideas are idiocies for weaklings. All trust is foolish. You must be willing to follow cultural standards and norms. This includes being humble towards females in Drow society. The Roleplaying section goes over much of this topic. All roleplaying content of the Guild will be enforced, this rule encompases banned armors too Slaves acting out of character. Failure to abide by this rule can yield from warnings too expulsion from the guild. It is strictly enforced. |
| Do not fight fair: Drow do not believe in honor. A Drow who stands her ground in the face of a superior (or even an equal) foe is not a hero, but an idiot. We will take every advantage. If we are outnumbered, even in our home, we will retreat and attack when we have the advantage. The Drow have only scorn for failure. Its not how you play the game, but rather whether you win or lose. This rule is more for roleplaying flavor and is lightly enforced. Keep in mind the attitude towards combat that the Drow hold. If it can be done with a dagger to the back, there is no need to soil your own hands. |

Interacting with rivvil: Qu'ellar Myrdaruk is besieged by hordes of slave races upon the surface. Humans, Elves, and all others have a possibility of interacting with your drow. These surfacers are not your allies, your friends, and are not to be trusted. All surfacers are seen as Slaves too the drow, and deserve the respect of a slave. Often, surface blood is spilt in honor of Lolth. The death of a rivvil is of no consequence to the House, and is encouraged. However, do not let yourself fall under the red haze. When you encounter a surfacer whom is interested in roleplaying with your drow, that ends in combat, do not loot that individual, unless you are given a murder count. The same would go if you were slain; if they do not loot your corpse, do not give a murder count. You are a drow, a wicked dark elf, masters of the Underdark. You stop for no human, no surfacer. Remember always to maintain your roleplaying persona at all times. Failure to do so will result in punishment or expulsion from the guild. |
| Respect our Roleplaying enemies: We are engaged in a war with several Roleplaying guilds. Guidelines for the rules of war are shown below. Failure to follow the rules will lead to punishment of expulsion from the guild. If they say they dont want to fight, respect that, but possibly make them leave the immediate area or something along those lines. We are all friends Out-Of-Character, do not develop grudges against the person for what he did in game, as long as it was In-Character. If there is a problem with an enemy guild, do not start whining or flaming. Instead, seek out an elder to speak with about the problem. |

1. No looting. 2. If you die, gather your belongings promptly and leave the battefield. Do not return into combat. For Drow, seek out other fallen members or regroup at the Guildhouse. 3. Do not bring non-warred allies to aid you in battle, unless it has been talked about or they show a clear interest to roleplay. If they intend to join the battle, they can do so as a criminal. No blue healing. 4. Respect an enemies request to end the battle. Do not camp an opponents house or return to do battle without giving some time in between fights. 5. On enemy territory, you can expect to be ambushed or attacked without provocation. Otherwise, interact before any fighting has begun. Enemies at the Qu'ellar can expect quick retaliation for penetrating our borders. 6. If you have a problem in game about one of the following rules, or problem in combat with our enemies, possibly about a breach of a rule; do not take matters into your own hands. Speak about it with a higher ranking drow. Please remain civil at all times. |
