Fix the school system!

I'm doing an assignment in the library at school, and sitting next to three very stupid girls. So far, I have caught the following tidbits:

"London's a country. I'm sure of it."
"He was born in Italy. That means he's Italian?"
"Yes the FBI is in Canada! It's international! That's what the 'I' means!"

Ooooh, oooh, now they're taking an IQ test!
