Hey, quick update, a bunch of caps from Hobo 13 (Zim). I've decided against the SD-6-esque sidebar. Instead, I'm thinking something different (obviously). I do have a background made, and I think it works well. Now my main focus is making the sidebar and planning the other pages. I'm really sorry about the load time on the Zim pics page. When I redo it I'll only put a few caps on each page, to minimize load times. Sorry again, and same thing with Alias pics. Well, off to slave over HTML and Photoshop for a while. C'ya!

Sorry, but no more major updates from me until I can get the new site design finished. I'm have hell with it. My ideas just aren't coming out the way I planned, both with the HTML and the graphics. I really want to do my own graphics, but I'm really inexpirienced with Photoshop Elements. Same with HTML, I can't do anything really spectacular, and everything I try comes out either really stupid or really pathetic (or both). I'm still stuck on the main page, specifically the sidebar. I've got the news layout, the right hand sidebar, what goes below the left sidebar, the sidebar itself is just sucking, major. I think I may try something simular to SD-6 HQ's sidebar, but I'm not sure yet. I'll stop in to report my progress once in a while, but for now, nothing major for updates. Peace.

Okay, like, a ton of caps. I think sixteen for Alias here at the bottom, and I think twenty Zim caps here. The new layout is looking good so far, even though I don't even have the main page completely done yet. I did figure out color scheme though (I'm so proud!). It's gonna take longer than I expected; my original ideas didn't turn out the way I expected, so I have to completely redo all the designing I did this weekend. Anyway, I'll try to get that up soon, and more caps tomorrow (I've completely capped Friday's ep and still have more from Hobo 13). Peace!

Just for your info, it wasn't the first time I messed up on the caps, and I don't expect it to be the last. Yeah, I'm back, no real updates, but I have a few things to say. One, there is NO Alias tonight, according to SD-6 HQ. Usually they're right, Blake's pretty good about keeping accurate info. As for the new site design: it's coming. Maybe not on Monday or Tuesday because I plan on updating all the pages at once, but I may add the new main page when I get it done. My only real problem is color scheme. I don't know what fits with the theme. But, when I get the whole site done my server space should go down (I've got an idea for thumbnails of pictures). The new design is much sleeker, I think, and hopefully when I figure out colors and get graphics made it won't seem as gaudy (I think the news is really gaudy looking in this design, and the pages don't seem to follow and real pattern. Maybe I'm just paranoid, I do that sometimes). I have decided to remove the random fanart page for various reasons. It will stay up until I update all the pages, but when I do add the new main page it won't have a link to that page, but all the others will. Video clips: hopefully by the end of the summer. Fanfics: if you have any, send them in. I will start going to message boards and such and asking authors if I could use them, even though I hate doing that, when I'm done redoing the site. Send them in, I'd really appreciate it! That's great to hear about Zim, too bad we have to wait until the end of August, but it's worth the wait! I'll update again in the next couple days with more caps, but I may not get to the b&w ones right away.

1. Invader Zim may continue (joy!) 'cause their was a comercial for some block of shows(IZ, The other, stupid, CGI kid friendly IZ wannabe, and some other thing....) but it starts in August, sad, and its the end of August too....

Just two more Zim caps for you. When I get back and update on Monday or Tuesday, some of the caps from Zim will be in black and white because, silly me, I wasn't paying attention when I saved them and accidentally saved them in greyscale (b&w). So, for a while there will be b&w caps, but I will relpace them with color caps when I get the chance. Currently all the caps are from Hobo 13, but I will cap the episodes on this weekend. I do have some Alias caps, but they're from a promo that's after episode 10: Spirit and they're from a bunch of different eps, so I may post them under the actor's pictures, or find out what ep and place them there. For your information, tonight there's a Zim episode, and Sunday there's two on at 1:00/noon central, and 1:30/12:30 central time, and for Alias, tonight on ABC Family is episode 11: The Confession (I think). I'm not sure about Sunday's ep, I heard it was cancelled, but I don't have confirmation of that. Also in Alias news, Alias has been nominated for eleven Emmy Awards:

Yesterday I was pleasantly surprised to find my new OS and capture card waiting for me when I finally emerged from the depths of Super Monkey Ball's multiplayer mode. So, I installed both and today I present you with my very own Invader Zim screen caps! You can find them here. I've come to the conclusion that it's gonna be a little while until I can get video clips from both shows up. The computer that I have it installed on can only hold about 20 minutes of video on it's hard drive (yeah, crappy computer), and it doesn't have a CD burner so I can burn the clips and put them on the family computer (which also has internet access, the other doesn't), so my idea is to network the computers (my parents expressed interest in it awhile ago), so now I've gotta do that before video clips come. In other news, I'm going out of town this weekend (again), so no updates from me. I'll try to have some caps from Alias, and some more Zim ones, up when I get back. That's also when I'll add/subtract pages. So, Monday or Tuesday will have a whole bunch of stuff done. Have a great weekend!

Good morning, everyone! How are you on this lovely day? Me, I'm fine, thank you. . . okay, that was weird. Sorry 'bout that, temporary insanity. . . For today I have fresh quotes straight from Hobo 13, to be found here at the bottom. Also added two new links (not banners, just plain text links) to the main links page. One is an Alias related link; high quality screen caps for your viewing pleasure! The other is a petition to bring the Zoids Saga video game to America in English. Sign it here! And I moved the poll to below the sidebar, so it's not in the way of the news. So, I was thinking (unusual, no?), and I know the design of this site is, well, bland, but there's not much more I can do with it right now, I'm still new to HTML, and as for graphics, uh, if I could ever figure out more advanced techniques in Photoshop, then we'll start down that road, but for now it's going to be bland. I do plan on redoing some of the pages, namely:

Hey, wassup? Got that card thingy ordered on Sunday, but I also had to get a new OS for my comp. Not a bad thing, Win95 was getting really out of date. Anyway, I took into consideration the suggestions of those signing the guestbook, and took most of the banners off of this page. Only the important ones are still there, and the rest can be found on the very first page. I think I may also get rid of the Alias and Zim links page and just have the one page under Main. You wanna hear a stupid story? Okay, so Sunday, you know how Zim used to be on for a full hour, but then Nick stopped showing it then? Well, this Sunday they decided to start playing it again, but I, thinking they stopped playing it, didn't watch it. And it was a good ep too! Anyway, the stupidity continues. . . I went over to a friends house for a few hours to play DnD for a bit (and we ended up playing MechWarrior 4 and a water ballon fight, too), and afterwards went to another friends house and ate supper there. Well, I have my watch set to go off about ten minutes before Alias starts on Sundays, so it went off, but I ignored it like I always do on non-Alias days. Five minutes later (and five minutes to showtime), I realized that it was Sunday, and this week I had to tape it cuz when I first did it came out black and white due to crappy reception. So I bolt home on my bike (normally it takes about 7 or 8 minutes, this time it took me four), grab my tape out of my bag, and hope that it's rewound the way I remember rewinding it so I could tape it again. I get upstairs, turn on the TV change, the TV channel to ABC, put the tape in and hit record about half-way through the opening monolouge. Then I realize I'm on the wrong VCR channel, so I stop recording, change the channel, and hit record again just as the monolouge ends. I watch the rest of the episode in peace, and when it ends I stop recording and rewind to make sure I didn't record over the end of the one before it or something worse. Guess what? I recorded over the end of the one before it. So now I have to tape over that one, also when it comes on this Friday on ABC Family. Well, the good news is it is in color now :). More problems arise because of that, but I won't detail them here cuz you're probably mad at me for rambling on and on. . . Anyway, also put up three new Alias wallpapers, and changed the "Willpaper" a tiny bit (I got "The Scream" in there!), so take a look there. Also, I've made some cool textured "Aliens and Spies" text thingies, so I'll put them under Random Fanart for you to check out. Tomorrow, hopefully, I'll get up some more Zim quotes, and maybe some more fanart. Enjoy!

I have been hanging out at the SD-6 message boards for the last couple days. Oh yeah, and yesterday I went to the Northern Wisconsin State Fair (fun times!). I've decided that when it comes to the episode recaps, I'm just going to put them up when I get them done, which may be while, sorry for anyone who's waiting. Alias icons will be coming soon due to the recent update of the SD-6 boards which allows members to upload their own avatars, so I've been busy making avatars for people. And screen caps/video clips will be soon! I plan on ordering the card today, but I have no idea when I'll get it. It will be a little longer on the video clips, however, because of various complicated reasons (namely, I can't get them on the 'net), but rest assured, they will come! I did tape Hobo 13 last night, so screen caps will come from that one first! Thank you Faith who signed the guest book, I really appreciate it! I really hope that the site will start to shape up soon, just hang in there! Peace!
