You travel further into the valley awaiting the appearance of another Corpadra. Lady Reaper saunters peacefully behind you. She's quiet, you think, too quiet. Just as you're about to turn around to confront her silence something darts passed the corner of your eye. Apprehensively, you look around but the valley is silent. Mocking you, the wind whispers passed the grass. A full, brilliant moon lights your way but you still feel uneasy under the night sky. You notice Eve looking at you curiously since you've unwittingly stopped moving. Grinning sheepishly, you keep walking. All of a sudden, the shadow moves again but this time you find yourself on the ground.  Dancing quickly, the bright red and white Corpadra takes you down without a hitch. With a purple cloven hoof on each side of your head, she stares you down. She has a slightly curved violet horn and spikes down her neck like the Lorekeeper but they seem more threatening on her. Her lips curl up into a Cheshire Cat grin and she laughs, a menacingly, hissing sound. She gracefully steps away from you. Each hoof finds its place close to your head and she trots away, tail swaying, you can't help but shudder. Eve giggles behind you. "Hunter Hayasha. I'm sure she's pleased to meet your acquaintance." Eve puts her hands on her knees and looks down at you with a sparkle in her blue eyes. You both look up simultaneously as the Corpadra returns. You can hear her purring loudly. Hayasha is quite pleased at having scared you. "Her title is well-deserving. I've never seen anyone capable of taking down prey with such precision and still remain so eerily serene." The feline's words ring true as you watch Hayasha move. Her long legs move languidly, her hooves make not a single sound and her eyes are perfectly focused. She circles the two of you, then jumps up, spreading her deep red wings. The fem settles and continues padding around you. The wind rustles the grasses of the valley and makes more noise than she does. You smile at her serenity until suddenly she's half an inch from your face. Blinking, you swallow back hard and stare into her narrow eyes. A smile, at least the feline equivalent of one, dawns her lips. Content at having scared you again, she bounds away. One, two, three leaps and she's in the air. "Ah, off for a midnight snack." You look at Eve standing next to you and you both watch the red dot fade into the night. "They have this entire valley to themselves. Best be off then, before Hayasha reconsiders either of us for a meal." The cat-morph grins morbidly. She opens a portal for you to get back to the mountains and vanishes in a wink of red stardust.
