DRAGONS

Introduction to Dragons

Dragons are creatures of myth and legend. Mostly only heard of in stories and bedtime tales.
There are many perspectives and ideas that pop into mind when the word Dragon is heard.
I myself have been quite intrigued by the idea and concept of dragons.
I know it would be quite a terrible thing if they truly existed.
Even though in a sense they do.
They can be found in texts or more like fiction books.
Depending on how you think of it, there are some dragons even in our zoos.
Like the Komodo Dragon, our world's largest living lizard.
As well as many other lizards that may be called dragons.
The Komodo Dragon being the most heard of.
Anyway before I babble on and on.

A Closer Look

Dragons tend to be told in stories that include knights and wizards.
Like in some versions of King Arthur.
Either the dragon is terrorizing a kingdom or it is aiding the knights in battle.

In reference to some of my favored authors, Margaret Weis and Tracy Hickman,
some of their books display dragons of all sorts.
Good and Evil...the good dragons were given metallic names.
For Example:

While the evil dragons were just given colors.
For Example: I've had an interest in dragons for a long time.
I collect most things that relate to them.
Like figurines, posters, and so forth.
I also read books and do drawings about some of them.
Most of my drawings are done from the collectible card game known as Magic: The Gathering
Here are some pics of some of the cards I drew from:

Here are some of my pictures of my own pencil drawings.
I wouldn't exactly say they are any good,
but just some examples of what I like to draw.
Also some are more than just dragons.
