The
Losers Challenge is a 12-week challenge where you will choose your
own diet plan and fitness plan. You will be held accountable
of your own weight
loss and/or weight gain
through emails with Me, Ivy on a weekly basis (Every Monday is
weigh-in). I will post your weight on your own personal
webpage so others can see how you are improving. You
will also send in pictures of you now, and one at the end of the
12-weeks. You are always welcome to send during photos but
not required to.
At
the end of the 12-weeks, the whole group will email me a vote of
whom should win the $ 10.00
gift certificate to Wal~Mart. If you don't have
a Wal-Mart in your area, I will make my best attempt to
accommodate you.
On
your webpage, you will have your stats, your current (before)
picture and your weekly weigh ins. If you want to put
something else, that is your decision. All you have to do is

your email available to others. Your webpage will also have
your name on it. This does not have to be your real name.
