A Letter From Celeste

Celeste Adame is a very special person to me, and we have been through a lot of very similar things in our past. Those of you, who know me well, know that I was sent away for some time, and while away, I met Celeste. When I was leaving, she gave me this collection of poetry written by her, and in the letter with the poems it said I would know what to do with them. I just hope that this is the right thing.

Ryan,

Hey, there buddy. So you leave tomorrow. Shit, I still can't believe that we have been here that long. I get out in 6 more days. Well, last night as I layed in my bed I was trying to figure out what to give you. I prayed that I would know when I woke up. So, I woke up and the first thing I saw was the notebook that is like the American Express to me. I just can't leave home without it.

You should feel special because most of this collection of twenty-five poems, I don't share. Every single one of them stays on my disk. I printed them all out and figured since you are a poet as well, you'd know what to do with them.

Keep in touch, bro. Send me copies of your latest poems. Maybe next year around this time, we'll be living up here. And maybe, just maybe, you and I could publish a collection of poetry through a small company that is just now starting up. You and I both know it as POeT's Inc.

Always A Poet At Heart,
Celeste Adame

P.S. Please note the copyright laws that poets like to keep. I'm sure you know all about it.

Well Celeste if you ever read this, I hope that this does you well. I felt as if your poetry should be shared with others, who may be able to relate with it, and maybe, just maybe, get the feeling that they are not alone, like some of us do tend to think, once in awhile. Thank you so much for the poems, they are a great attribute to this page.
