Hey everybody,

So this past holiday weekend was pretty good. At the beginning, I felt really ambitious and thought that I'd actually DO something to myself, such as a haircut or even a tattoo. I've decided that the latter will occur during this school year sometime. Anyways.

I made this decision after getting a flyer in the mail which said this place had "1000s of designs under $39.99." And then, in The Stranger, there was a coupon: Weekday special, $20 off any tattoo. It was just a sign, tho there's something weird about paying so little for a tattoo...? Now the question is where! After that is decided, then it's what. And finally when. I'll get around to it sometime.

Well, the past week flew by, especially since I went home to vote. So I was still expecting school at the end of Thursday, because I was preoccupied with getting data at the computer lab. You'd think that after showing us how to manipulate the data, that they would post in the lab? Nope, they said it would be ready later that EVENING. Okay, no I'm not sticking around. So then I started thinking about the next day and stopped myself since I was freeeeeeee.

My sister and I had plans to get dinner and a movie. We were seeing "Billy Elliot." It's a movie about a boy who wants to do ballet. We couldn't decide on what to have for dinner, so we just had Dick's and ate in the car. Only this mom with a wide ass almost knocked me down TWICE. Once as I turned around to leave, and second when she swung the cardoor wide so she could get in. Nice.

The movie was cute! The independent films are always good and their previews are really good! I saw a couple that I wouldn't mind seeing later this year. :) But I thought it was funny how they said, "ballet." Cuz we say "BAL-LAY" and they said "BALL-IE." Hee hee. Afterwards, she dropped me off and I did some other stuff.

As for Friday, I woke up around soap-time and Lar was gonna go to a movie with his friend. But the friend was late so they just ended up going on his boat! I watched my soaps and did some stats. Lar got the mail and had some very good news from the school, so we went out to celebrate.

We ended up at RR and it was earlier than we usually go, around 7pm. I forgot how the mall becomes a middle- and high-school hang out. Cuz they were *swarming* everywhere. It was terrible. Plus the wait was gonna be an hour! But a lot of people didn't come back, so we were actually seated in 20mins...

..next to this retarded couple. What I didn't like about them, was they had no freaking manners! They, namely the woman, were yelling and constantly talking. Her voice was the most grating thing I've ever heard! When the man did talk, he was pretty loud as well. Then to my left was this old couple..and well, the man was trying to take a part the table! He was mumbling something about similar designs...

So we had freaks on both sides!

I didn't know where to talk, so I kind of mouthed directly at Larry that I wanted to move. However, he didn't understand me and wanted me to actually say it out LOUD and I told him to forget it. In the end, he got the point, went up to the waitress and asked if we could move.

Meanwhile, the retarded couple's food arrived...so I thought things wouldn't be so bad. Cuz you're eating, right? That'll shut you up! Nope. "They didn't cut this in half..and I don't a knife. I need this to be cut up..." "Well, why don't you go tell them that." "I'm gonna!" *OMaG* Ayie.

Then our food came, but Lar reminded the girl that we wanted to move, so she said that there was a table available. So we got up, but she said it wasn't cleaned yet. So I sat back down..but Lar got up and left! Oh well...I got up and followed him, and it was pretty obvious that we were moving-MOVING, you know?

But at least it was quieter and far from those strange people. Too bad we traded peace and quiet for no waitressa, because now we were out of our waitress' section, so she forgot about us! Until the end, so that part sucked, but oh well! Lar told me he told her that the people next to us were chewing with their mouths open and grossing us out cuz he didn't think that we could move on account of them being loud. :P

After food, we went to rent some movies at Hollywood. We ended up getting "Mallrats" and "Beowulf" cuz Lar likes the poem. I told him it looked bad, and plus, I hated the poem in high school! Then we went across the street to get some milk shakes. And once again, we were plagued by high schoolers.

They were literally screaming behind me. One girl in particular, decked out in school spirit or whatever, was just hyper as hell and yelling the entire time. They were also standing really close to us, practically enveloping us with their obnoxiousness. It didn't help that the people in front of us ordered the entire restaurant so we waited about 15mins just on their order!

Towards the end of our torture, Lar made a comment about us being loud and obnoxious "as fuck" loud enough for a few of them to hear. I didn't pay any attention to them, but Larry told me later that one of the boys actually glared at him! Sure, like some skinny white boy can do some harm to him? I don't think so! It was funny to picture though. :)

We watched "Mallrats" because I refused to watch the other. Then I went online to talka Ellen for longtemps! We were just messing around on Yahoo!chat and I think I pissed some girl off bad enough so that she caused my computer to freeze up. *shrug* She was so stupid! I ended up going to bed at 4.30, while Ellen stayed up longer! *Whew*

Saturday, Lar had collegebowl at 9am, a football game, and plans with another friend. I, on the other hand, just had plans to wake up at 1pm to record the PowerPuffGirls marathon! *LOL* It was good, but they also showed the 'music videos'..and well, there are only about 6 of them, so they kept on being replayed. ARGH! But I wasn't taping the videos. :) I taped a few episodes I haven't seen before, so that was cool. PPGs always puts me in a good mood, so I'll have this tape on handy for a blue day like Thursday was...I forgot why Thursday was so blue for me, but it was. :P

Lar came home and was too tired for the game, but he wanted to watch some on TV. So there was a mini battle for it, but I gave up and did mo stats. :PPPP I have a few hours taped. :DDD

It was getting on in the day when Wilson called to let me know that he and Annie were going to see "Charlie's Angel's." After talking with Larry over our plans for the night (he was going out with the friend) I joined them!

At first we had to go get some tights for Annie at Target and that took a lot longer than it should have. :P The colors they have! Nude is too dark, sheer is too light. Come on, a little help here. Eventually she picked something out. Wilson and I were hungry so we ate at the foodcourt and talked. Annie and I talked about getting new glasses and I suggested we go to America's Best. Two pair plus eye exam for $60? Deeeeeeal!

Then we went downtown and to the movie place. We could have gone to the next show in 5mins, but I didn't want to be rushed and have bad seats, so we took the next one, an hour later. We went back to Barnes&Noble and looked thru magazines. Then we went back and got some seats and it was coo.

The movie was fun, campy..all that stuff. Lots of Matrix-y fight scenes which many have mentioned about. But it was fun. I'll prolly see it again with Larry cuz he hasn't seen it yet. Afterwards, we went to Wendy's for frosties (in Annie's case, a Biggie Diet Coke) and then they dropped me off just after midnight.

I dunno. It was a lot of fun. Very simple night out. No circus. We were just hanging out. :D

Lar had a complication with his friend so he was home early. *L* He wanted cheezcake and that reminded me that I have a nifty recipe so we went to Safeway! Our no-bake fast cheezcake was on sale so we got 2 boxes and then I got the makings for my cheezcake and the dude at the register thought we were really crazy or fat, I don't know which. *LOL*

We watched "Beowulf" and it was terrible! Bad acting. How can you fuck up your lines that badly? OMG. It was disappointing. Then we watched random tv until 3am.

On Sunday we woke up and studied. Watched election stuff constantly and when we weren't, we were watching the Crocodile Hunter...he's crazy! *LMAO* In the evening I was pretty hungry. I had offered to go out and find dinner, but by then it was pitch black and I can't go anywhere on my own...so Lar took me grocery shopping, which I wasn't in the mood for. I did say I'd look at the deli though.

There wasn't anything..so what was I gonna eat?! I ended up getting some tangerines and a couple danishes. Nice dinner, huh? We also had to get back in time for Simpsons, we were in a rush! But when we got to the car to leave, Lar thought he lost his credit card. So we looked thru all the bags and then he went inside..and nothing. I grabbed his wallet and looked thru it myself and found it....in another pocket. So we wasted time! HA! Missed 6mins of Simpsons. D'oh.

As for today, I had my 9.30 class. And we just watched a lot of those short, silent blacknwhite films. They kind of ran long though. *LOL* I was losing concentration. My partner and I briefly talked about meeting the professor and decided to do it the Wednesday before Thanksgiving...early right at 9.30 (he cancelled class), so that was coo cuz then I can skip out the rest of the day and chill. :) But I still don't have anything yet....d'awwwww.

At the break I went to the lab to get the data..which were there! Then I talked to Ellen a lil' and went off to class. I already figured that I don't have to be there since there is no final exam, only a final project. My participation grade is out the window already, and all there is left is the reading journal. Surprisingly I AM caught up, but they didn't collect today.

Sandy and I left at the break. I went to find some grub. I had pho cuz it was chilly outside and that's when it's the best. I also bought some creampuffs to take home. Then I just watched TV for a couple hours. *LOL* But I did go and work on my data and I'm doing good! The assignment isn't due until next month and I'm halfway done. WOO HOO!
