This van was given to my family. It DOES NOT RUN right now. I am told it needs a new TORQUE CONVERTER, but that's a little beyond my skills.

Upon signing-over title, this van will need to be TOWED TO YOUR OWN PROPERTY. The #1 reason we're giving it away is because the landlord doesn't want it in our driveway any more.

This van used to start right up for me -- Strong V8. I'm told it's a 440 (I thought Dodge built the 440 though?) I did not drive it much, because you have to let the tranny fluid warm-up before you can shift it into gear. Turn the shift lever, wait SEVERAL seconds, THEN it's ready to drive. Not reliable enough for me to put my wife and 2 kids in around town.

If you need the engine, or you know how to swap-in a new Torque Converter, this would be a great project for you.

Here's what I know is WRONG:

Passenger side door needs latch tightened.

Front left bumper is detached.

Windshield cracked.

Right rear door hinges loose / misaligned.

Parking lights need bulbs replaced.

Needs tune-up -- Cap, Rotor, Plugs, etc.

Torque Converter needs replaced, as mentioned above.

Steering Wheel broken.

Some tires need to be replaced.

E-brake needs to be inspected / adjusted.

I'm told the Right Rear Drum Brake Assembly is "disconnected."

Side slider door windows are loose.

Rear door windows are loose.

Passenger side mirror is missing.

Seat covers need washing.

Interior is "dirty" at "best."

TITLE TRANSFER:

I went to D.O.L. at Thrasher's Corner this afternoon to take care of the paperwork. I have Registration and Title of prior owner, and Bill Of Sale into MY name. D.O.L. said 8 to 10 weeks to receive new title from Olympia. Per D.O.L. procedure, a new Bill Of Sale will be signed between myself and receiving party. Receiving party will have standard 15 days to take all paperwork to D.O.L. to have new title sent to you, in your name.
