The Caretaker Gazette
Advertising Rates The Caretaker Gazette is the only publication in the world that covers the property caretaking field. We are in our 42nd year of publication.
  1. classified ads cost $0.65/word per issue.
  2. display ads start at $65 for a 2¼" wide by 1½" height sized display ad, or $130 for a 2¼" wide by 3" height sized display ad.
  3. we charge $275 for a 8½" X 11" tri-folded insert that is enclosed with our subscriber's current issue of The Caretaker Gazette. The inserts must be folded into thirds before they are delivered here so that they can easily be inserted into our # 10 mailing envelope.
  4. we charge $65 for an email broadcast advertisement emailed to all of our subscribers with an email address.

Please note that because of limited space available in The Caretaker Gazette, we normally sell out of space weeks before the listed closing dates. We do everything on a first-come-first-placed basis.
