To be really funny, one must be able to look at yourself and laugh, because if you can laugh at yourself, it makes life much easier to deal with. Much better than being serious all the time. Stress and conflict happen in our lives so much that we need some release, some type of balance to be restored, and humour does that for us all. Tension and pressure just melt away when you laugh, so do it as much as possible, and you will live longer.
