"If America attacks Afghanistan, I myself will kill George
Bush," vowed Zikria Agha, 18, his eyes and voice cold with
conviction. "The Muslims of the world are united. We are the
real superpower. If America attacks, it will be the
beginning of World War Three." - This is a citing from
Washington Post. Terrorism has been around for a long time,
and none of the major powers has done anything about it.
Yes, it was a wake up call for America; Yes America thought
she is invincible. However, what they intended to do is
break Americans apart. The opposite has happened. Even
people who do not particularly like living in this country
are today behind it. All bi partisan ship has voted
unanimously for the decisions that are about to be made that
will change this world. Although many think that Americans
deserved this, this should be a wake up call to the whole
world that the fight against terrorism has begun. After the
attack, I personally was behind George Bush and approve of
his actions. This step may be needed in this world to bring
about peace and a higher standard of living in all nations,
and once again, the world needs to unite and cooperate to
remember the dead and bring peace. Many of you may be able
to relate to this incidence through any personal experiences
with terrorism, whether it has to do with LTTE killing Rajiv
Gandhi, or the closing of Kashmir for three decades and own
Indians not being able to visit the beautiful state because
of it. Please send this to as many people as you can, and
mourn for the lost lives, not just in New York but also
around the world in history. In addition, make peace, any
way you can.
"What are
we waiting for, another day another dawn, some way we have
to find a new way to peace"?
