Temys

Welcome. You probably came

here wondering about Temys. Good

place to come.

Temys is the twin brother of Ka Terri.

Temys is the older twin. He is the

god of little boys, adolescance,

nudity, anatomy, wide open space,

in which includes meadows and oceans.

Temys is a god with two forms.

His most popular is that of a

black fox, white patches where

white should be on a fox. He

is a strong muscular young godling

with the head and tail of the

fox. However, he also has a form

of a man with an otter's head and tail.

Temys, unlike most adolescant boys,

is very quiet and reclusive. He's

more of the big-brother type,

always there for his siblings,

which could be classified as us,

being children of the parental

deities. However, not even the

godling is perfect, and he's

entitled to mischief. Although

it is his father, Anubis who is

the god of pranks, whereas he is

more of a god of jokes. His sister

being a goddess of just plain mischief.

Temys, as the otter will wear a kilt,

but as the fox, it is not always

true. Being a god of nudity, he

will go skyclad {naked} in the

warmer parts of the year. In cooler

weather, he will wear a kilt.

Rain does not fall into the

catogory of cold weather necessarily.

Other than that, Temys is a god

full of cunning and silence. He

is a god who appriciates thought and

responsibility. Again, not exactly

like the average teenager, huh? It

can be assumed that Temys is perhaps

a role model deity, or, as said

before, the big-brother deity.

Prayer of the Fox

D.J. Conway

Stealthy messenger of the gods,

Cunning and wise, riliable friend,

Guide my steps through this maze

of deception

And see this problem to its end.

Prayer of the Otter

D.J. Conway

Slipping, sliding, soft fur gliding

Through the forest water bright.

Friendly otter in tumbling water,

Lead me to happiness and light.
