View of the Drulian Forests during the Autumn Months.
There are trees in the forests that have feathery crimson foliage
and bright blood colored bark throughout the entire year.
Entire forests of these trees give the impression from a distance that the forests are burning.
The trees produce an eight pointed star shaped nut with a sweet meat.

Stonehaven is located in the Northern territory known as Dru'lian. Here the climate is mild. The domain experiences the four seasons of the year and specific climatic periods of the dry and raining seasons.

The Dru'lian Forests are full of ancient trees, glens, races of Fae, secret pools, lakes, forest creatures, and caverns that lead to subterranean worlds of fragile and dangerous beauty. When in the forests, it's wise to use all senses so that nothing is missed because even the forest floor is alive with many wonders. One might find a small hatchling or rare wild flowers indigenous to this region only. The forests are not only a great treasure house of biodiversity but off medicinial plants.

It's true that the very forests offer feasts for the eyes;
however, one can be sure to see a the mystical inhabitants of the forests near the water ways.
Here unicorns, faes, spirits, satyrs, and other creatures gather to frolic.
There are freshwater merfolk who inhabit the large lakes and other bodies of freshwater.
This includes freshwater dolphins who with age turn a rich mauve color.

The Six Imaji Sisters grace the dark cloak of night and Three small suns, the Solarians or the Three Brothers, grace the light tinted sky. Imaji Espe'jismo is a giant planet thrice the size of earth's Jupiter and Saturn. Beyond the Dru'lian Forests can be seen the snow covered peaks of the Fire Mountains. Here the Imaji's Dragon race dwell. At nigth, their songs of of by gone days can be heard as the night sky above the mountian peaks is ablazed with reds.

The great Silerian Lake is found in the heart of the Dru'lian Forests. A lake of pure-crystalline waters, where water nyphms frolic while unicorns, deer, and other forest dwelling creatures come to drink. The inhabitants of the forests are shy and have never know the bite of steel against their forms.

In the high mountains, one will not only find the Dragons but will find an elusive shy creature, the Mountain Unicorn.
These unicorns resemble a mixture between a horse and deer.
Their pelts range from black to a rich reddish brown.
Like their lower land cousins, the common unicorn, they are associated with good fortune and purity.
It should be noted that the common Imajian Unicorn is a wild temperamental creature and not docile.
Any foolish maiden attempting to lure one with the old "virgin in the forests" trick
will find herself dealing with a bucking nightmare.
They are associated with not a physical purity, but with the purity of freedom and of the soul.
The main lake of the forests resembles a small sea.
It is not an uncommon site to see Pegusii diving in its waters.
The winged horses stay near the mouton tops and the lake areas.

Throughout the forests, one will find small clearings where crude monolithic circular stone temples have been erected to the All Mother ((the Lady)).

These are found thrhoughout the forests.
The view is of a forest shrine to the All Mother where anyone
whether homid, beast, or animal may take shelter and seek sanctuary.
Those that cross the threshold of the Shrine step on sanctified ground.

The Forests Spirits are the perpetual guardians of the lands and all in their environments. Their laws and punishments are harsh for those who bring malice and harm to the forests and its inhabitents. Be warned that some of the spirits have a taste for flesh and blood. Hunters must offer a prayer for each life that they take and offer thanks to those that have been slain to sustain them. If this is not observed, the forest's spirits will take their vengeance upon the hunter. Earth and stone carved steps are found snaking throughout the forests. These take pilgrims to the sacred pools and the Shrine of the All Mother for prayer and purification.
