Chapter 79

Kevin had called Marcus to meet them at the airport and to be sure they had a room for the night.  Sure enough, the big guy was waiting for them at the gate with a frown on his face.

“You two have lost your damned minds,” growled Marcus as they joined him.  “Kevin, how could you betray a ‘brother’?  And you, young lady!  I thought Alex was the love of your life?”

“Back down,” warned Kevin putting an arm around Chelsea’s shoulder protectively.

“You were supposed to be in Virginia talking to the major, NOT screwing Chelsea!”

“That’s ENOUGH!” snarled Chelsea.  “Marcus, I love you to death but what happened between Kevin and me is NONE of your business.  The only ones who have a right to say anything to us aren’t here right now!  And for the record, Kevin DID talk to my father and I DID take my exams.”

“Oh, believe me, BOTH of them are going to have PLENTY to say!”

“Is Dianne here?” asked Kevin.

“She flew in this afternoon.”

Kevin heaved a heavy sigh.  “Is she at the hotel?”

“And they both know you two are flying in tonight.  Annie is with Brian and Leighanne for the night.”

Chelsea looked up at Kevin.  “Here’s your chance to fix things.”

“Guess I’d better go face the music,” grumbled Kevin.

“Do you two have any luggage to claim?”

“Just our carry-ons,” said Chelsea as Marcus grabbed her second bag.

“Let’s go then,” and Marcus led the way through the almost-deserted airport.

Chelsea walked with Marcus telling him about dinner with her father.  He was extremely glad to hear that things had been straightened out.

At the hotel, Marcus gave Chelsea the key card for Alex’s room and asked, “Do I need to go with you?”

“I’ll be fine, Marcus.  Alex is going to be hurt but he’ll get over it,” reassured the small lady with a smile.  Turning to Kevin, she said, “Come on, we’ll go up together.”

Stepping onto the elevator, Kevin felt like he was about to face a firing-squad while Chelsea was anxious to get back to Alex.  Neither one spoke until just before their floor.

“Chelsea, I have a favor to ask.”

“What?”

“If Alex doesn’t mind, will you go back to wearing the necklace I gave you?”

“I can’t.”

Kevin frowned, “I understand.”

“I can’t because I gave it to Annie,” smiled Chelsea as she put her hand on his cheek.  “She has it in her jewelry box back home.  When she’s older, I’ll tell her why you gave it to me but for now, she just knows that it was something you gave me.”

Kevin smiled, “Thank you.”

The elevator door opened and the couple stepped out onto their floor.  Chelsea led the way to the room and inserted the key card.

Inside the room, Alex was sitting on the bed wearing a pair of lounging pants and no shirt.  He had a notebook that he was writing in but when he looked up and saw Chelsea, he tossed it aside as he got up.  Chelsea dropped her bags just inside the door and rushed into his arms.

His face buried in her neck, he held her tight and whispered, “I love you, Chelsea.”

“I love you too!  God, it feels good to be back in your arms.”

Kevin felt his heart breaking as he looked on.  It was clear that she truly loved Alex.  He’d lost her when he’d walked away and now, if he didn’t fix what he’d done, he’d lose Dianne as well.  Looking into the corner, he spotted Dianne sitting in the chair.  Softly, he said, “Hey!”

Dianne had seen the look of hurt in Kevin’s eyes when Chelsea had rushed to Alex.  “You’re back,” she said coolly.

“Do we have a room where we can go talk?”

With his arms still around Chelsea, Alex said, “You’ve got the connecting room but I think we all need to clear the air before we separate.  Kevin,….”

Chelsea cut him off, “Nothing happened between Kevin and me.  Yes, he filed for a divorce thinking he was going to try and win me back but we’ve talked and I’ve made him realize that he’s not in love with me.  Dianne, seven years ago, Kevin chose you because your dreams fit together.  He didn’t know about Annie so it was an even playing field.  His heart was clearly with you.  The only reason he wanted to be with me now is because of Annie…not because he’s in love with me.  Yes, we both have feelings for each other but that’s as far as it goes.  I hope that you’ll be able to forgive him but only AFTER you’ve made him grovel some.”

That got a tearful chuckle from Dianne and she moved to Kevin to give him a hug.

“Let’s go to our room, baby,” whispered Kevin.

“Okay.”

Looking at Chelsea, Kevin mouthed ‘thank you’ and led Dianne through the door.

Alone, Chelsea turned back to Alex and put her hands on his chest.  “I have MISSED your arms holding me at night.”

“Want to tell me why you lied to Dianne?” questioned AJ with a serious look on his face.

“Because she doesn’t need to hear all of that,” she answered as she placed a kiss on his lips.  “Can we talk later?”

“Depends on why you want to wait.”

“I want to show you how much I love you,” she purred as she ran her fingers over his nipples.  She then moved her kisses down his neck to his chest to lick where her fingers had been and make them into hard pebbles.

“Dayum, baby!  Your mouth is so hot,” he groaned as he ran his fingers through her hair.  “We can wait.  I like what you’re doing right now.”

Chelsea pulled back and smiled at him.  “I though you would,” she answered as she untied his pants.  They fell to the floor leaving him naked.  He was semi-aroused so Chelsea cradled his sack in one hand and wrapped her other around his shaft causing him to harden in her hand.  Kneeling down, she took him slowly into her mouth until her nose was buried in the dark curls at the base of his cock.  Her tongue danced along the vein until she reached the head again.  Then she ran her tongue around the ridge. He was rock hard now.

“Ah…fuckkkkk,” he growled.

“You like?” she purred casting her eyes up at him.

“Hell yeah!” Taking her hands, he pulled her up.  “I have one question.  Did you do this with Kevin?”

“No,” she answered placing a kiss on his lips.  “This is only for you.”

“How about a slow strip tease and a lap dance?”

“You got some music for me to dance to?”

“Of course.  Any particular song?”

“Whatever you want to hear.”

Chelsea moved to turn the lights down low as Alex put on some music.  He also made sure the door between the rooms was closed and locked.  He’d had enough ‘sharing’ with Kevin.  When it was set, Chelsea took his hand and led him to the chair where she gently pushed him into the chair.

The song was a slow with a sensual rhythm so for the next four minutes, Chelsea delivered sweet torture as Alex watched.  She moved slowly to the music peeling each article of clothing from her body and running it across him.  She was careful not to touch him but she got close enough for him to feel the heat of her body.

As the song ended, Chelsea knelt in front of Alex and grasped his hard, throbbing cock in her hand and licked the sweet juices oozing out.  His hands moved into her hair entwining the long locks around his fingers guiding her as she moved up and down his shaft.  She licked and sucked hungrily as her fingers danced over his skin.

“Ah…fuck….Chelsea,” moaned Alex as his thighs tightened.  “I’m going to cum.”

Chelsea knew exactly how to push him over the edge.  Deep-throating him, she moaned and the vibrations rippled through his body.  His hot juices erupted down her throat and she took every last drop.

Spent, Alex took Chelsea’s hands and pulled her into his lap.  Holding her, he ran his hand over her skin as he kissed her.  “Tell me why you were upset last night when I called.”

Chelsea took a deep breath, closed her eyes, and said, “Because I’m not pregnant.”

“Oh!”  The disappointment was clear in his voice.

“Alex, I never wanted to disappoint you.”

“Oh, baby, yes, I’m disappointed but not in you….NEVER in you,” he reassured.  Lifting her chin to look him in the eyes, he gave a sexy smirk, “Think of all the fun we’re gonna have trying again.”

Chelsea laughed, “Kevin said that’s what you would say.”

Alex got serious again.  “Chelsea, I’m not going to lie to you.  It hurts like hell knowing that you were with Kevin.”

“I’m sorry….it was never my intentions to hurt you.”

“I need to know if it’s really over with you and Kevin.”

“What happened in Virginia was what should have happened seven years ago.  He’s my best friend, the father of my daughter, but that’s where it stops.”

Chelsea tried to hide the yawn but Alex saw it and laughed, “Come on, ‘Beautiful’.  Let’s go to bed.  You’ve had a long day.”

“Alex, I want you to know everything.”

“We’ll talk after we’ve both had some sleep,” reassured Alex as he stood with her in his arms.  He put her down in the bed, turned out the lights, and climbed in with her.  Wrapping her in his arms, he placed a kiss on her back.  “Go to sleep, Chelsea.”

She put her hand son his arms and asked softly, “Are we okay?”

“Better than ever, ‘Beautiful’.”

Chelsea gave a happy sigh and relaxed into Alex’s arms.  “I love you.”

“I love you too, Chelsea.”
