Overall, the second bedroom was not in bad shape. There was a little water damage and some painting needed to be done. This room has one of the only light fixtures original to the house.
The closet in this room, however, was a nightmare. Water damage, mold, rot, and mice. It had to be completely gutted and the whole interior replaced. We have now turned this room into a nursery featuring Beatrix Potter murals around the room. |
