STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:

HENRICUS EDUCATIONAL TRUST

[1] Promoting knowledge of and appreciation for "Liberty Under Law",
as exemplified in the purposeful principles, precepts, and practices of the
Judeo-Christian system of Civil and Religious Liberties characteristic of
American Civilization in particular, and basic Western Culture in general,
especially as that system was planned and then planted in English North
America by the historic Virginia Company between 1606 and 1624 A.D.

[2] Supporting a revitalization of "America's First Educational System",
(founded originally in 1618-1619 A.D., by the Virginia Company, to be
sited along the upper-tidal James River near the 1611 Citie of Henricus)
adapted and modernized, thru three specialized, conjoined organizations
dedicated to American Heritage Research and Continuing Education, i.e.

Henricus Colledge (1619) ® America's 1st College
University of Henricus (1619) sm America's 1st University
Va East India Schoole (1618) sm America's 1st Publique Schoole

[3] Encouraging Henricus Historians, and other organizations, groups, or
individuals, in (a) Publicizing the historicity of America's First Education-
al System, sited along the James River near the 1611 Citie of Henricus,
(b) Esteeming "Fact-based History" as a Core Academic Discipline in all
types and levels of education, (c) Recognizing Historical Interpretation as
a distinct teaching-occupation, and (d) Establishing such relationships as
may further the comprehensive Judeo-Christian Educational Purposes
and activities of the Henricus Educational Trust.
