Each prospective patrol member is required to undergo a training seminar. The training provides information on observation techniques, incident reporting, note taking, traffic direction and the mandate and rules of the patrol.
Information will be provided on proper deportment and your role with the police and the community
Termination of an applicant may occur if the applicant does not meet the training requirements
Members of the patrol are required to contribute a minimum of one shift every two months.
Members are further required to participate in additional training as directed by the program coordinator.
