JESUS Christ had said "as the Father has said to Me, so I speak" and as written in the previous Sermon "Now before the Feast of the Passover, Jesus, knowing that His hour had come that He would depart from this world to the Father, having loved His own who were in the world, He loved them to the end" (https://www.angelfire.com/ut/a2/jesusjohn13v1.html)
and the word "end" means "not merely love until His final breath, but love in absolute completeness" (https://biblehub.com/q/what_does_'loved_to_the_end'_mean.htm).
JESUS Christ said and did as His Perfect Heavenly Father as Sent and as written above JESUS Christ "loved them to the end", fittingly emphasis is on the word "end".
So Judas was in cliche caught in the middle as JESUS Christ loved to the "end", and as the conspiritors concealed their murderous ideas.
