3. Loan amount.
4. Down payment.
5. Marital status of owner.
6. Dwelling type - condos, single family residences.
7. Loan type - VA conventional assumed loan, etc.

Optional selections with additional charges:

1. Ethnicity - Asian or Hispanic.
2. Listed telephone number - DNC screened.
3. Formatted for automated pre-sort postage.
4. Lenders.

Pricing is based on last year's recorded deeds extracted directly from court records and the county recorder's office and divided into equal monthly averages.
