So, you're not quite getting the results you want or used to have? Have you noticed that your competitor's website looks a lot better than yours? You really should change your website's design at least once a year - if for no other reason than to show your visitors your still there.

The look of your site can make or break you. You have only seconds to make that first impression.. and if it's not a good one, you've lost a potential customer. Attention to detail and good design sense can go a long way.. and contrary to what someone may have told you, you do not need lots of bells and whistles to entertain your visitors. A simple, well designed site is generally the winning combination. Who wants to wait 5 minutes for a Flash intro page to load? Not us! Music, flashing graphics, moving text.. you've seen "those" sites.. the ones that crash your browsers or require you to download plug-ins just to view them.. these will kill you.

Remember, just because your employee's sister's 14 year old son's friend can build a web page with a copy of Front Page Express, doesn't mean it's going to be a success. It takes talent, learned skills and a lot of hard work to be able to create a successful Internet presence.

Once your site is live, it will inevitably need to be updated to keep your content fresh. With each site I design or re-design, I offer the option of maintenance packages. These can be done on an hourly basis or a service contract. Maybe you already have a website and need help fixing a few things, or maybe you tried to do the updates yourself and things didn't go so well. Don't worry, I can help.

• Basic Rate: $50 per hour
  One hour minimum
• Monthly Contract: $45 per hour
  Two hour minimum per month
• Annual Contract: $40 per hour Two hour minimum per month

I also frequently do maintenance and front-end designs for other designers and developers, so please do not hesitate to contact us if you need a helping hand from time to time.

Getting started with your project is easy. Below I outline the first steps and what to expect as we begin to consider your project for development. Remember, you under no obligation or need to pay any costs up front for consideration or a quote.

• Fill out the Project Survey Package
  I will attach to my reply - to the address you use to e-mail me from.


• If everything is satisfactory and you are happy with the quote, I will
  deliver a development agreement to you to sign and return. An intitial payment
  will be required, a special client area will be created for you
  and I will respond with a username and password, reciept, and begin working.

From that point foward I will guide you through the entire development process and you will always have a number of ways to reach me directly, monitor progress being made, and many opportunities to make changes to the project as we go.
