    • Am currently working on a project whose scope includes managing and updating software programs to all computers with consistency, enhancing the existing database for receiving a quarterly or annually report by the CTC, teaching and training the five volunteers on operation of the Registration database and assisting in general hardware installation implementation Created a scheduling program prototype in Access 2000, a series of PowerPoint and Director presentations for their CCU, and assisted in the design of the PACU flowsheet currently in use. Literacy Volunteers of Fort Bend County: Volunteering using QuickBooks to keep track of accounts. UH DigiTechs: Created their Contact Manager/Event Planner using ADO in Visual Basic 6.0.

    • Was responsible for providing site computer support and associated services support, troubleshooting site hardware, software, and network problems, and maintaining local site computer network within generally defined procedures and practices.
