Operational Support - Adult Mental Health
I oversaw the operation of adult mental health, monitored efficiency, billing, productivity of over 650 staff members.  I generated reports using MSAccess, Focus, Crystal Reports and PL/SQL to monitor unit progress and compliance with workload/performance contract requirements.  Performed QA audits, isolated problems and provided training sessions to correct these problems.  Extremely knowledgeable about managed care, CPT/billing codes, streamlining services and networking providers.  I was the recipient of the "It Takes a Village to Raise A Child" award for going above and beyond the call of duty.  I also received numerous letters of commendation for excellence.

Team Leader-Pathways Clinic(Adult Mental Health)
Supervised a clinic with approximately 30 staff members, which served over 1,000 consumers each month.  Monitored efficiency, productivity, billing and the delivery of service using PL/SQL, Focus, MSAccess and Excel.  I was quickly promoted to "Operations" which monitored all of adult mental health.
