10 ballpark all beef deli style hotdogs. carbs 20 sugars 10 sodium 4500 miligrams
5 tablespoons of graded Parmesan Cheese. carbs 0 sugars 0 sodium 1275 miligrams
3/4 pound of elbow macaroni carbs 328 sugars 16 sodium 0
1 cup diced onions carbs 24 sugars 8 sodium 8 miligrams
1/2 cup of diced minced tomatoes. carbs 14 sugars 10 sodium 18 miligrams
1/4 cup of water. carbs 0 sugars 0 sodium 0
1 tablespoon of spicy brown mustard carbs 0 sugars 0 sodium 150 miligrams
1 tablespoon of land of lake's no salt butter. carbs 0 sugars 0 sodium 0
2 sweet bell peppers any color you want red yellow or green, seeds removed and sliced length ways into slices of half inch wide make sure you have 10 slices. carbs 20 sugars 10 sodium 10 miligrams
Instructions.

boil a pot of water for the macaroni when it is rapidly boiling put in the elbow macaroni and cook until tender, 7 to 12 minutes depending on size and brand of macaroni.

when cooked strain the water out of the macaroni place the pasta back in to the pan on a cold stove burner, now stir in the mustard, now slice hotdogs 4 even slices across the hotdog (don't cut it in half leave it connected so it acts like a hinge but don't cut it too thin either about 1/4 of the way across should be left connected).
make all cuts on one side of each of the hotdogs, place in skillet with the butter and the 1/4 cup of water and cook on medium heat until the hotdogs are browned on all sides and swelled to look like the slices have opened up on each hotdog.

place 2 hotdogs on spaghetti platter forming a ring.
take 2 of the pepper slices and place over the hotdogs. if ring is too large for both ends of the pepper slice to lay on the hotdogs then cut pepper slices in half
and place one end of the slices on the hotdog ring with one of the ends laying on plate in middle of the ring, so there will be 4 ends of peppers on the hotdogs.
when the plate is finished it will look like only two pepper slices going across the ring.

take equal amounts of cooked macaroni and place on each of the 5 plates, on top of the peppers in middle of hotdog ring, place equal amounts of the onions and tomatos on each plate, and dust each serving with red pepper, and put one tablespoon of the parmesan cheese on each serving.

and place on table to enjoy.
no your right the peppers, onions, tomatoes were not cooked, so make sure you cleaned them well.
