Mixed Ingredients CSS Totals
1 pound of ground sorlin 90-10 (thawed) 4 ounce's = carbs 0 sugars 0 sodium 60 mg's (sodium is 240 mg's per pound.)
4 teaspoons of French's Worchestershire Sauce. 1 teaspoon = carbs 1 sugars 1 sodium 45 or 65 depends on which type you buy there is a low sodium choice for this sauce now.
1 teaspoon of garlic. 3 cloves.

1/4th teaspoon of sage per burger. carbs 0 sugars 0 sodium 0
1/4th teaspoon of mustard per burger. carbs 0 sugars 0 sodium is brand dependent french's mustard is 13.75 mgs of salt per 1/4th tsp. gulden's brown spice mustard is 10 mgs per 1/4th tsp.
1/8th teaspoon of Heinz ketchup per burger. 1/8 teaspoon carbs 0.125 sugars 0.125 sodium 7.9125
4 slices of sargento's sliced cheddar cheese
1 slice per burger.
carbs 0 sugars 0 sodium 130 mg.
Instructions.

get mixing bowl to hold the worchestershire sauce, beef, onion, garlic,
place all in bowl and mix up

form 4 hamburger patties out of the mixed ingredients
fry or grill to your preferred amount of cooked beef, rare, medium well , or well done.

when finished place 1/4th teaspoon of red pepper on each burger, 1/4th teaspoon of sage on each burger, one slice of cheddar cheese on each burger, then place one slice of tomato on each burger.
now put the mustard and ketchup on the burger, and place burger on bread if you use it,
or server burger as chopped steak on a plate, to get lowest amount of carb's,sugar's, and sodium.
There Does not Seem to be a Standard C,S,S for Bread so that Depends on Brand Also,
So i did not add it in the above because there is no way for me to try every bread made.
