- You laugh at all my jokes. I know that most of them aren’t really that funny, but the fact that you get them at all is pretty cool to me.
- You are intelligent. I hate stupid people. ‘Nuff said.
- You are trustworthy. One of the most difficult questions I’ve ever been asked is which is more important in a friendship: trust…or other stuff that’s really hard to choose from, but I can’t remember now! Anyway, it doesn’t matter, I know that I can trust you and that’s important to me. I know I don’t really have a lot of juicy secrets but even if I did, I know you wouldn’t blab them. And also, trust in I know you’ll always be there for me. If anything ever happened, and I needed your help, you’d help. You’re just wonderful like that.
- You’re not afraid to let on when you don’t know how to do something. That’s important. There’s just something detestable about ignorant people that don’t know they’re ignorant.
- You like the Simpsons or Jane Austen. Either one or the other or both will do for these five points.
- You’re one of the few people that I know that doesn’t spend all her/his time either talking about TV, how cold the school is, and other people. Yawn.
- You’ve made me laugh. If this is “false”, maybe you better go home. You’ve failed.
- I’ve made you laugh at some point.
- I like you. If I like you, you must be pretty awesome. I have a big head.
- You’ve got a pet goldfish or some kind of lizard named “Bon-Bon” or you’re planning to get one or the other sometime in the future.
- Either you always have the time when I ask for it, or you never do. None of that in-betweeny stuff.
- Since I’ve never owned a security blanket in my life, and I think my insecurity when I leave places and people I’m used to comes from that, I need you to be like a security blanket. The good things about security blankets never change. They’re always there. I go away all day, and I come back, and they’re the same. You’re a security blanket.
- You’ve never said anything in your entire life (and for those of you that have known me longer, EVEN those lovely little kiddie years…) evil about me behind my back.
- I’ve never said anything evil about YOU behind YOUR back in MY life.
- You’re strange, but a good strange. Like the strange, sweet people you meet in a dream.
