The Sea

Why has fate chosen me
to cast out upon an ugly sea?
A sea so full of pain and tears
and memories of some taken years.
How much longer can this go on?
I am trying my best to weather this storm.
But the skies are gray and the seas are high,
sometimes I think I am
gonna
die.
The sharks are circling all around,
and I am just floating here no
where
bound.
Bound for no where that's the name of this game,
and I know I'll never
be the
same.
For when I look into that cold black sea
all that's there is a
reflection of
me.
That's my pain and my tears
that's built up over so many years
and has
turned
into a raging sea
that's waiting here to swallow me.
