The four sisters' doorbell rang just as they were watching the end of their favorite TV show. No one got up to answer it and being quite coherent, Birdie stood up. "Don't bother getting up you guys. I'll get it for you," she exclaimed sarcastically and heading to the door. "Hi can I help you?"
"It's me Birdie, Serena!" the fake Serena said coming into the light.
"Oh! I didn't know that was you, come right in honey," Birdie smiled and took her jacket.
"Oh hello Meatball Head! What brings you here so late?" Catsy said yawning. Serena smiled.
"I was just in the neighborhood. Out thinking. Um do you mind if I get something to drink? I am so thirsty!" Serena replied. The sisters nodded and went back to their show.
(Now is the perfect time!) Serena shape shifted back into Iris, her true form. Iris had long wavy blonde hair and piercing blue eyes with a fatal flicker in them. She wore a short black mini skirt and an emerald green halter top with pump heels. Not much different from Serena on looks so the change wasn't hard, just some height adjustments and a little bit of facial and body change. On her forehead, the black star sat proudly. Iris walked out with a smirk on her face.
"SISTERS!" Prisma screamed just as a curtain of blackness fell over them. Iris spun around and threw out vine like whips at them and tie them down to one another.
"Who are you! Leave Serena out of this!" Birdie protested trying to wriggle free.
"Don't bother escaping!" Iris shouted binding the four sisters back to back in a bunch of long black vines in a circle. "And that blonde you thought walked in was actually me. Names Iris, glad to meet you. And as for you four, it's time to reunite with your other sisters! Borealis are we clear for transport?" Iris said now talking into a very techie cell phone.
"Roger that!" Borealis laughed from above in space.
"Girls, Borealis!" Catsy shouted. They knew who they were dealing with now.
"All right ladies! Time to go home!" Iris exclaimed.
"I don't think so Nemesis Scum!" an angry voice bubbled from behind. The sisters' attention shot to the front door. "I am Sailor Moon! And behalf of the moon, and the four sisters, I will right wrongs and triumph over evil and that means you!" Sailor Moon declared with a gleaming grin.
"Time for you to learn some manners deary!" Iris burst out and rammed SM feet first in the stomach. Serena crashed into the wall, stars swarming her vision. She shook it off quickly knowing she had to save the others. "Ready to go," the blonde assailant began
"Back off!" Sailor Moon said skillfully tossing her tiara. It sliced Iris' arm and shoulder.
"AHHHHHH!!!! You stupid little Moon brat!" she exploded angrily. With her remaining good arm, Iris chucked a blue spherical mass of energy at SM. Sailor Moon swiftly knocked it out of her path with her scepter and cried:
"Moon Spiral Heart Attack!"
"No! No! NOOOOOOO!" Iris screamed helplessly as she was disintegrated by the pure and powerful energy. Sailor Moon breathed a collective sigh of relief.
"Phew you girls alright?" SM asked worriedly untying them.
"Yes, but I'm so glad you got here just in time! Iris almost had us!" Avery exclaimed.
"Is it those creeps from the Nemesis Star?"
"Most definitely, I would know that slimy black star anywhere!" Prisma replied smugly.

"What happened?" Serena said a while later once everything was fixed up.
"Birdie went to answer the door, and she found you. Well I guess not you but Iris who had shape shifted into you. Must've been another lackey of one of the sisters. Then poof, she was Iris and caught us off guard and tied us up like farm animals. There's no telling what will happen next," Catsy explained.
"Do you know any of these women's names? We saw one with lavender hair named Aurora. We figured she was a loner and well " Serena broke off.
"Don't blame yourself for this. You had no way of knowing about them-
"But I should've been more responsible! This only proves that when I don't pay attention at the most critical moment and I don't even realize it-well I put you all in danger. You could've been taken away or worse-killed!" Serena went on guiltily, and cutting off pretty Birdie.
"Oh meatball head don't beat yourself up like that. The important thing is that we're all okay. It's late-let me drive you home," Avery said soothingly. Serena merely nodded and waved goodbye to the other sisters.

(I can't wait to see Serena when I get back. I miss her so much!) The tall dark haired cutie sat by the window of his seat on the airplane, lost in thought.
"Excuse me, Mr. Chiba, would you like something to eat-drink?" a very kind and smart stewardess asked. Darien turned to her with a thoughtful smile.
"No thank you," he said and returned his gaze to the view below. (A whole new world from up here. Now the moon is even cooler. I wonder what happens to me between now and the time I become King.) One hour later, the plane landed, and Darien was on his way home. "I can't wait to see her!"
Meanwhile, Avery had just dropped Serena off a moment ago. "Thanks Avery, for the ride I mean. Now you sisters be careful alright? Don't be fooled by any-
"Meatball Head, we're not dumb." Avery glared at Serena and softened in a great smile. "I'm just kidding honey now go get some rest!" Two waved and Avery was gone. Serena although stood outside her front door for a moment and perched herself on the stoop.
"Serena?" a quiet voice came. The blonde beauty turned. Luna leapt up beside her and curled up on her lap. "Is everything okay?" the moon cat inquired gently.
"The sisters were attacked by a shape shifter sent by the Infinite Storm Sisters. But I got there just in time to stop her. They're all right but " Serena decided the specifics would be best left until tomorrow morning.
"We'll talk more about this tomorrow. Go inside and get some rest you look very pale my dear." Luna looked up at the day dreaming or well actually night dreaming girl. She heard but hadn't heard. She saw but had not seen. Everything was misty but she knew tomorrow had to be better than this.

"Here I come sweetie," Darien said cutely, strutting up to his girl's front door. He knocked a few times and waited, with a colorful assortment of flowers and roses in hand. He knocked twice more. No answer. Darien touched his hand to the door and pressed firmly and it slowly swung open with a drawn out creaking. The house seemed deserted, like no one had ever lived there at least for a few days. (Knowing Serena food would be everywhere-oh no! What if she isn't here! What if they moved while I went to Europe and-wait! Now there's a sound. Like a soft pattering. Luna.)
"Darien!" she said happily, but not too loudly to wake up sleeping Serena. "So glad to have you back."
"Yes I am too. Where is everyone?"
"Serena's parents took Sammy to a family convention a few towns over. She has the house for the long weekend." The Moon cat composed herself after a body-shaking yawn. Luna sat atop the stairs and flicked her tail this way and that.
"Oh that would explain things. Do you mind if I go see her?" Darien asked after a moment of looking around.
"Be my guest. She could use some cheering up lately."

"I cannot believe this! I just cannot believe this! When they find out-
"When they find out what?" Glimmer said sinisterly. Borealis had been pacing her bedroom wringing her hands at this new defeat. Glimmer had come in silently. Borealis spun around.
"Uh-uh-um-" she stuttered.
"Huh!" Glimmer laughed as an evil grin spread over her face. "You failed!"
"Glimmer please don't say a word!" Borealis pleaded.
"Oh, Borealis my dear, dear sister. My poor pathetic sister." Borealis tensed at this insult. Her face grimaced and she molded her hand into a iron fist. "Let me get this straight. I got and succeed Aurora follows and fails, and then you supposedly sending your best turns out not to be well best. It was a good idea, I'll admit. Become the enemy, fool the sisters, turn into the real monster and capture them. Then bring 'em home. The only flaw Borealis, was that you told Iris is she became Serena she'd know everything the true odangoed one knew. But your STUPID little Iris was too caught up in her superiority that she forget and didn't pay attention. She fails and you come to me begging not to breathe a word. Let me tell you something my friend." Glimmer softened into a fatal yet seemingly sweet and innocent expression.
"And what is that smarty?" The pink haired pretty one murmured.
"I'm sorry my dear girl. You are the one closest to me in age but I must tell you the truth. Sisterly rivalry is a tradition. And if I didn't uphold tradition well we couldn't be sisters. Sorry Borealis."
"Glimmer please!" Borealis jumped in front of the door. (It was closed after Glimmer had come inside earlier.)
"Borealis everyone gets what they deserve. All I have to say-is that-you lose." Glimmer pushed by her and out the door. "And don't bother trying to knock me out. Then I'd have to hurt you." Glimmer left with a glorious smile on her face. (Glacier won't be happy! Good and things will run smoothly for me.)

Darien stood in the doorway of Serena's room. Flower's in hand, he smoothly walked over and kissed her forehead. She stirred slightly and then her eyes opened wide. She blinked a few times and smiled at the sight of him. "Darien " she murmured happily. Darien bent down and picked her up into his arms and sat down on the bed.
"These are for you my pretty," he said sweetly.
"Oh! Darien thank you. I missed you so-
He cut her off with a sweet kiss. She was so happy he was home. Darien was her strong hold, her true love, and sworn protector.
"I love you," Serena said moments later.
"With every day that passes, I only delight in the love I have for you which grows every passing moment. Serena, I missed you so much I thought I'd burst!" Darien replied.
"I thought you'd never get home soon enough. I've been so upset. But I can't deal with-
Darien pressed a finger to her soft lips. "Shhh forget all of your worries my sweet. Get dressed we're going out." Serena smiled and sat up, kneeling on the bed.
She leaned forward and kissed him hard over and over. She finally ran out of breath and went to take a shower and get dressed. Darien was dazed as he put the flowers into a vase with water. He decided to wait downstairs with Luna while she got ready. When at last she was ready, Serena came down wearing a straw sun hat with a red ribbon on it, and a short light yellow sun dress with red, white, and pink floral. He breathed a breath of delight and amazement. (She can really pull an outfit together.)
"Have fun you two!" Luna laughed waving her paw as the two got into Darien's car and drove away into a beautiful sunlit morning.
