My mind is full of joy and kind remembrances

That filled my heart with such ecstasy
I can still feel his breath as he kisses my cheek
The sound of his voice as he whispers love's sweet, sweet poetry in my ear
Yes, these memories will rest safely in my heart so deep
Far away from the rest of the world where no others can come near
I will hide this sweet, sweet love of ours deep inside my heart
Until we can be together once again; encircled in the love only we can know
Yes, I will wait here, until my sweet, sweet love returns to me
Though it be a lifetime, I will wait
And this love inside my heart will keep me
Forever warm with the knowing of the joy of our precious love
And it will make the wait more than worth the pain
For we will know this love once again.
