TIDBITS:A copy made from the Original Bible was found in 1980’s at Pulaski County KY Historical Society. Attached to it was the following Deposition of J.M. Hubble in the foregoing Circuit Court Case, Pulaski Co. KY.Dated Aug. 12, 1908 “My father, DAVID HUBBEL died May 4, 1889, soon after I moved to his place to care for him and my mother, which was on March 27, 1889. My father was born on 1808, and my mother in 1811. She died on SEPT 15, 1903. Their children were: Elizabeth J. REID, who has died since the institution of this suit , and left as her children, Albert REID, A.D. REID, J.K. REID, Ollie REID, W. W. REID, and Mattie DUNGAN; Martha PHILLIPI now dec'd, whose children are Mary ISON and Louisa ISON; W.H. HUBBLE, Peggy REID; D. R. HUBBLE now decd., whose children are Nora LANGFORD and Ethel PIERCE; J.B. HUBBLE and myself, J.M. HUBBLE. On same page was the following:I, Margaret D. FRYE (D.A.R. # 259600) do hereby certify that I personally copied the above shown gravestone inscriptions, the family records of Mrs. L. E. TAYLOR and recorded her statements. I also abstracted the County Court Deed, and the Circuit Court Records of Pulaski County Kentucky, and herewith declare that all the above are true and correctly copied from the originals. Also attached as part of the deposition was Sontes at graves in Union Churchyard, off Crab Orchard Road near Somerset, Pulaski Co., KY., as copied by the affiant. Albert F. Reid shows her birth date as 10-8-1830, heading the list of births of all his children.) Pulaski Co. Ky. Deed Book 39:467 8 February 1849 Elizabeth J. Reid, wife of John J. Reid, relinquished her rights to land deeded by her husband to Vincent Garner, 2-8-1849. Affadavit further states: DAVID HUBBELL’S BIBLE Taken by the affiant, on 1-7-1951, from a copy in the possession of Mrs. L. N. TAYLOR (D.A.R. #236707), having been made by her, on 10-23-1947, from the original Bible of David Hubbell, then owned by his daughter-in-law, Mrs. J.M. HUBBELL, living at the old David HUBBLE homestead to which she had come in 1889. (From Somerset (Ky) Journal of May 19, 1949--Mrs. Ellen HUBBLE, widow of Joel Madison HUBBLE, died on May the 12th at the home of her son, William D. HUBBLE, in Nelson Valley this county. Mrs. Hubble was born March 9th, 1853. The following is from a 1967 copy by Ella A. TAYLOR of the Joel HUBBLE Bible-which was a continuation of the same Bible, but she called it now the Joel HUBBLE Bible and recopied the above also.

Artemacia REYNOLDS 2nd wife. CHILDREN:Trifena HUBBLE m. Garland SINGLETON. The Singleton children were:Wallace SINGLETON, Walter SINGLETON, Mamie SINGLETON and Clarence SINGLETON; Julia Ann HUBBLE; Minnie Della HUBBLE; Caleb HUBBLE; William Baker HUBBLE; Joshua HUBBLE. Joshua's Children:Clifford HUBBLE and Beatrice HUBBLE. Lois HUBBLE; and Lucy HUBBLE.
