On my recent trip to Disney World
in Orlando, Florida with my family, I spotted some things that
related to The Drew Carey Show and Whose Line is it Anyway? I
managed to get some pictures of the Drew spottings I found. Check
them out below!
This advertisement for
the Drew Carey Show was posted in almost every Disney bus I took...for
those of you who can't read it, it says "Keep all hands
and arms inside the living room until the comedy has come to a
complete stop". Very cute.
This poster was in the
ABC Commissary restaurant in the Disney MGM-Studios for what was
on ABC Wednesday nights. The flash on my camera reflected on the
glass...that's why Mimi looks a little weird. But Drew is giving
her devil horns. There was also a poster of Whose Line in there
on Thursday nights...the picture was of Ryan, Colin, Drew and
Wayne (I think) in the director's chairs looking back. There was
also a video running in the restaurant (since it's sponsored by
ABC). For the Drew Carey Show, Drew, Ryan Stiles (Lewis)
and Kathy Kinney (Mimi) were shown in interviews from the
DCS set. For Whose Line, they interviewed Drew, Ryan and Colin.
Colin was adorable...they only showed him for a minute, but he
said that some of the stuff on the show was sometimes so stupid
that you couldn't help but laugh.
Also at Disney MGM-Studios,
Drew appears in a show called "Sounds Dangerous" where
he plays an undercover cop. The show is very clever...it takes
place in a soundstage where you follow Drew as he tries to solve
a mystery. Most of the show takes place in the dark, and all you
can do is sit there and wear headphones. You're so aware of what
Drew is hearing. Here is me in front of the soundstage and in
front of the poster outside it.
