Part 21- by me
Taisan and Lex were spending another night together. Lex’s parents were never home and Taisan told her mom she was spending the night at Amber’s, again. Taisan and Lex were making out on the couch when Taisan felt really sick.
“Tai are you sick again?” Lex asked.
“I think so” she replied.
“Maybe you should go to the doctor it’s been over a month”
“No Lex, I’m fine really.” Taisan told him.
“You keep saying that and then get sick again, and besides if you are fine, going to the doctor shouldn’t be a problem.” He said.
“I really just want to stay here, please?” she said giving him a puppy dog face.
Lex tried not to look because he knew he’d give in, but he eventually did look.
“Alright but if you get sick again we’re going” he said.
“Okay Mom” she joked and they went back to kissing.
------------------------------- “Bray? You said you wanted to meet me?” Amber asked as she turned on the lights to Bray’s apartment. Bray ran up to her a gave her a hug.
“What is it?” she asked, wondering why he seemed so, excited.
“Well…” he said as he got down on one knee.
Amber looked at him, knowing he was going to propose.
“Amber, will you marry me?”
“Yes. Of course I will!” she said, giving him a hug. “But aren’t we just a little young?” she asked, they were only 16/17ish.
“Well we don’t have to get married right away, we can wait, but I just want the whole world to know you’re mine.” (Can we saw CORNY!? lol)
“Bray I think the world already knows!” she said as she gave him a kiss.
-------------------------------------------------- Ebony sat in her hospital bed, nervously. She didn’t want to get surgery but knew it was the only way she’d survive. What if something went wrong? What if they made a mistake? Maybe she only wanted them to use chemo on her, it was hard for her to imagine them cutting her open and taking organs out and putting them back, just thinking about it made her want to puke. Just then Jay walked in.
“Hey Ebs,” he said as he sat down in the chair next to her bed.
“Hey Jay” she said, trying not to act, or show how nervous she was about the next day, but Jay knew she was scared.
“I know your scared Ebs, you don’t have to hide it,” He said, with a smile that almost made her thoughts about the next day go away.
“I can’t believe this has all happened, I mean, I’m 16 and have cancer,” she said as a tear went down her cheek.
“I know Ebs I know. But your going to pull through, like you always do and then it’ll all be over” he said.
“No it wont, I have remission after this and then there might be a chance of it coming back,” she said as she cried.
“Hey it’s okay, you’re going to be okay,” he said as he gave her a hug.
“ I hope so… I really hope so,” she mumbled.
------------------------------------- Jack and Ellie were going out on a date that night. They were having a great time until Jack felt guilty that Ellie thought he was saved her sister, when really it was his fault she was taken away in the first place. He couldn’t keep it a secret he had to tell her.
“Jack? Are you okay?” she asked, noticing he wasn’t paying any attention.
“Yeah Ellie I’m fine, sorry about that,” he said.
“No need to be sorry” she said with a smile, “ So what’s on your mind?” she asked.
“Well Ellie, I haven’t been totally honest with you.”
“What do you mean?” she asked with a confused look on her face.
“You know how I saved your sister?”
“Yeah, so what’s the problem?” she asked.
“Well… I’m also the reason she was kidnapped” he said in a very quiet voice.
“YOU WHAT!?” she yelled, “ I cant believe you!” she said as she got up and ran out of the restaurant.
Jack left $60 on the table and then followed her out.
“Ellie! I’m sorry! It was all Mega, he made me.” Jack said.
“I’m not mad about that” she said as she continued to walk and not look at him.
“Well then what is it Ellie?” he asked. Now he was confused, wouldn’t she be mad that he kidnapped her sister?
“I mad because you lied to me!” she yelled.
“Well I knew if I had told you, you would have hated me” he said.
“Well I do now! And don’t worry, I am mad about you taking my sister!” she yelled as she ran away from him.
“Great, what have I done?” he whispered. Just then someone pulled him away from the street and knocked him out.
The next morning-
Taisan woke up and felt sick again so she went to the bathroom and sat down. She then started to cry. She knew why she was so sick and she was too afraid to tell anyone, but she was pregnant. She knew she was way too young and that she should have been more careful but what would her parents do? What would Lex say? What was she going to do?
“Hey Tai?”
She looked up at the door. It was Lex. She knew she loved him and he loved her but was he ready to know that she was pregnant?
“Hey” she said as she wiped away the tears.
“What is it?” he asked.
“Oh nothing, I was just thinking about… Ebony” she said, “let’s go back to bed” she said as she stood up and they walked back into the bedroom and laid back down.

Jack woke up the next morning with a really bad headache.
“Where am I?” he said to himself.
“Oh Hello Jack, I’m glad you’re awake”
“Mega?”

Ebony's POV
I awoke to the light beep of the heart monitor, resting on a cart next to the stiff hospital bed I lay in. My whole body ached, but for some reason I felt unusually calm. I slowly opened my right eye, letting it adjust to the light before opening my left one. I felt my hand lift off of the bed, causing a sound of ruffling blankets to echo throughout the small room I was in.
A blond figure leapt up from a chair next to my bed and I blinked to see who it was, "Jay?" I croaked. "Ebony! You're awake..." choked out Jay as he leaned forward and wrapped me in a tight hug.
"Er...Jay...?" I whispered. "Yes?" said Jay in deep emotion. "You mind letting me breathe hun?" I asked. His grip on me instantly loosened as he pulled back, his face reddening a little, "Sorry..." he mumbled. I smiled and ran my hand across his soft, flawless cheek. "So? How'd it go? Did I do ok?" I asked, noticing the bandage where they'd operated wrapped around my torso.
A single tear slid down Jay's face, "You did wonderful Ebs...the doctor says they got it all...you're gonna be ok!" but before Jay could say more, the emotion took over his body again and I found myself being jerked into another bear hug. This time I laughed though, wondering how he could care so much about me; I mean, after all, we were only seniors in high school. "Geeze man! Let the woman breathe!" came a voice from behind Jay. I peered over Jay's shoulder and smiled at the sight of Lex and his cheerful, funny face. I could tell he was just dying to lighten the mood with a few jokes or wise cracks.
"You know Jay....I think all that blond dye's finally seeped through to your brain..." said Lex with a grin. Jay reluctuantly pulled away from me and turned to face Lex. "Oh ha ha...how terribly funny." he said in a sarcastic tone. I began to laugh, "Oh c'mon Jay, lighten up!" I said with a smile as I punched him playfully in the arm. "Lighten up?! Ha! This guy wouldn't know how to lighten up if it hit him in the butt!" said Lex, egging Jay on to lose his cool and go loco on him.
I giggled, "Don't worry sweetie, I like your butt!" I whispered in Jay's ear as I sat up in the bed. Jay cracked a smile at my remark. "So where's your shadow?" I asked Lex, referring to Tai-San.
"Oh, she's feeling a bit under the weather, so I made her stay home in bed while I came up to see you." he said. My eyes filled with concern, "Don't worry Ebbs! She's just got a little virus, she's fine!" he added, seeing my expression. "I hope so..." I mumbled.
KNOCK! KNOCK! I jumped at the loud rap on my room's door and Jay got up to asnswer it, "Well hey there big brother! How's that master of yours doing? Got you whipped into shape yet? Haha, I just bet she does!" came Ved's voice from the door. Jay sighed and rolled his eyes as I laughed, "Come in Ved!" I called out, and soon saw Ved walk in. "Hey babe!" He said, leaning over the bed and kissing me on the cheek. "Hey yourself!" I said with a laugh as I hugged him and kissed his cheek.
"Hey now! At least wait till I'm out of the room before you have an affair!" said Jay as he shook his head and walked to my bed, standing at the end of it, as Ved now stood in his spot. "Ha! If we waited till then big brother, we'd never be able to do anything behind that back of yours!" said Ved with a chuckle.
"Riiight..." said Jay with another shake of his head. I felt Ved squeeze my hand before he leaned down and kissed my other cheek, "Well, just making sure the queen was still alive and kickin! Must jet!" said Ved, "Now don't go cheating on me Ebs ya here?" he added with a wink as he backed towards the door. Jay sighed and rolled his eyes, "Why did God give me a brother?" he said out loud to no one in particular. "To keep Ebony here company, that's why!" said Ved with a wink and another laugh as he disappeared through the door again.
Chapter 23(?): Part 1 Jack's POV - by Kimberly
I woke up again a few hours later. It was cold and dark in the small room that Mega had throne me in. I was really starting to get scared and It seemed like the walls were closing in on me.
"Good your awake. Now we can start your punishment for betraying me." Mega said laughing like a hyena.
"What now" I thought as I saw that he had a whip in his hand.
"See when Betray someone like me there are strong punishments." He said moving closer to me. He grabed me by the arms and threw me against the wall. I was so shocked that I just stood there looking at him. then he turn me around and tied my hands above my hand. This was really getting kinda freaky. All the sudden I hear WHOOSH/SNAP. Then the pain I cry out and he laughed at me.
" Now you see why it was a bad idea to go against me " he hit me again but this time I held the pain in and bit my lip so that he wouldn't know that I hurt. He hit me about 10 times more and then stopped.
"That is all for now. I have to go get my lovely Tai-San now." He said. "And for now you can stay tied up I'm not done with you yet.
I could feel blood running down my back.and I hurt every where .I couldn't believe that he was going to leave me like this.but he did. I heard the look slip in place. I let out a laugh. "Him locking me in. Why I can't go anywhere i'm tied to the wall for heavens sake." I said aloud to myself.

Part 2: Tai-San's POV
I could lay there any longer I had to get up and get some fresh air. Lex had left to go visit Ebs, and he wanted me to rest. but I just couldn't. So I got up and went for a walk. I walked almost all the way to the school. I stopped at the park where Lex and I had shared are first kiss.
"What the hell am I going to do. I know that I have to tell Lex About the baby and my parents need to know as well. But how do I tell them that I am. Mom will be so disappionted in me and Dad will freak! And I'm not sure how the hell Lex will take it. I can't lose him. I love him and It will just kill me if he turns his back on me cause I got pregnate. Some guys do this I know. But will Lex ? I don't know I just don't know. I felt a tear run down my check and I just let myself go. I broke down crying and the next thing I know I smelled something funny close over my mouth.

Part 24-by me
She watched as some guy carried a girl off. She didn’t think that this would happen every day so she followed the man. He went inside some abandoned building and locked the door. “This isn’t right” she thought to herself. “Ruby do something!” she whispered to herself, but what? It’s not like she would go barging into the place or something, for all she knew he could be dangerous. He most likely was.

“Taisan” Lex said as he walked into his house and took off his jacket. He walked into his room and noticed Taisan wasn’t there. Maybe she went out for a walk, he knew she would never just stay in bed when her friend was in the hospital so he decided to give her some time and then he’d call Ebony to see if Taisan was there. ------------------------
A few hours passed and Taisan woke up in a room all alone. She wasn’t tied up or anything so she stood up and looked around.
“Jack?!” Taisan said as she ran over to him. He was bleeding and was tied up in a corner. “ Jack! Oh my god what happened to you?” she said as she started to untie him. He was sort of conscious but in a lot of pain.
“Taisan you, you have to, to get out, of here” he stuttered because it hurt to talk even.
“Where am I? And who did this to you?” she asked.
“We are, are in my old garage, that’s now Mega’s and if you don’t, don’t know already, he, he took you,” Jack told her.
“Come on there must be a way out of here!” she said.
“There is. It’s over there,” he pointed out a spot, “Now go”
“Me? No! I’m not leaving you here, I can’t. He’ll kill you so you go” she said.
“I can hardly walk Taisan, you’d get away faster and would be able to get help sooner and besides…” he trailed off and just passed out.
“Jack?! Jack! Wake up!” she said as she started to cry. She was scared for her friend, for herself, and especially for her baby. Taisan hugged Jack and held onto him. She didn’t know what to do and she wished that Lex were here.

Ellie lay on her bed crying. She loved Jack but how could he? Why was Amber so nice to him? She decided to call her sis and ask what was going on and why she didn’t tell her that Jack kidnapped her in the first place. -----------------------------
Bray and Amber were sitting on a couch together. Bray had his arm wrapped around her and she was resting her head on his shoulder. Things were going great for them. They were engaged and in love. They also had great friends.
“We should go see Ebony” Amber said.
“Why?” Bray asked, he and Ebony never had a great relationship and hardly called each other friends ever since Bray dumped her years ago.
“Why? She just had surgery Bray and I don’t care how much you two hate each other we’re going to see how she’s doing.” Amber said as she got up and got her coat.
“But Amb…”
“Don’t whine Bray. I don’t understand why you two hate each other so much anyway,” she said as she opened the door. Bray got up, knowing Amber wouldn’t change her mind.
“Maybe you two could make up and be friends,” Amber said as she walked out and Bray followed her to his car. ---------------------- A few hours later-
Jack woke up and Taisan was sleeping. He wondered why she had been so tired lately. For the past month or two she and Lex would leave early to go sleep, sometimes Lex would come back but others he wouldn’t. When Jack looked up Mega was standing right there. “Mega, why did you take her? You know her and Lex are happy!” Jack said. Mega only replied by hitting him in the face. Jack cried out in pain and Taisan woke up. She had Jack’s blood on her clothes from hugging him and trying to help stop the blood as much as she could.
“Taisan your clothes are all messed up.” Mega said in a creepy voice.
“I don’t care.” She replied with a strong voice but anyone could tell she was freaked out thinking about what he’d do to her.
“But Taisan” he said as he put his hand on her cheek and she slapped it off immediately.
“Don’t touch me”
“Seems you don’t understand. You’re my prisoner and I can do whatever I want to do to you” Mega said as he laughed.
“Oh but you don’t understand, I’m pregnant and if you hurt my baby or me when I get out of here I can sue you” she said and smiled really fast.
“You’re pregnant!?” Mega and Jack both said at the same time, with shocked expressions on their faces.

Amber and Bray walked into Ebony’s hospital room.
“Hey Ebs” Amber said as she gave her hug, “ How are you feeling?”
“Better” she replied.
“That’s great! Isn’t it Bray?” she said and he didn’t reply so she nudged him.
“Yeah, yeah just great” he said and tried to smile but he couldn’t.
“Well we just wanted to see how you were feeling we’ll come back soon” Amber said, she wanted to kill Bray because he was being so rude to Ebony.
“Yeah okay and thanks for coming it really means a lot to me, to know you actually care.” She said and then smiled at Amber, not Bray.
“Bye” Amber said as she and Bray both left, Bray first of course.
“Why do you two hate each other so much?” Jay asked.
“It’s a long story” Ebony said.
“You know I have all the time in the world” jay said.
“Your so sweet” she said and gave him a kiss.
“So tell me, why do you hate each other?” he asked.
“We dated, before we met you and Amber. It didn’t work out so well and there really isn’t a reason for us to hate each other. I guess it’s just because we both used each other because we needed someone and never really had any feelings for one another. We both felt used. Maybe that’s the reason” she said.
“So there really isn’t a real reason?” he asked.
“Guess so” she said.

Lex was really getting worried about Taisan so he decided to call Ebony.
“Hello?” she said as she answered the phone.
“Hey Ebony it’s Lex” he said.
“What’s wrong?” she asked sensing he was worried because of the tone in his voice.
“It’s Taisan I-“
“Taisan?! What’s wrong!” she practically yelled.
“If you let me finish—“
“Okay finish!” she said with a very worried tone in her voice.
“I can’t find her, I came back and she wasn’t here, so I thought she might be at the hospital to see you” he said.
“Well she’s not here!” Ebony said.
Lex wanted to die. Where was she? If someone came and took her…
“Lex? Lex you still there?” Ebony said.
“Y-yeah, I’m here”
