If you are a regular visitor, then I’m sure you have noticed quite a few changes I have incorporated for the new year. Either way, welcome to all.
So why all the changes?
Simple explanation, really. It was time for a change. Over the past six months, I have become involved in several other fan communities and have really enjoyed my time there and the smooth operation under which their communities run. I wanted to bring some of that to my own website and perhaps bring back a little of the magic that we all had experienced before. I have listened to many ideas and concerns regarding the message boards over the past years and I think I have found a format that we all may benefit from.

Why the different Message Board Communities?
The question of the Message Boards and how to properly moderate them has been a personal focus of mine for years now. Do to different debates and request from other fans, I have decided to open a more expansive message board community to help the flow of the messages and to give the visitors more liberty regarding Off Topic posting.
What are the different Message Board Comunities?
1. Express Station Message Board - Designed for specific discussions regarding The Young Riders. All topics not focused on The Young Riders will be moved to the designated board.
2. Welcoming Board – This board is for Newcomers to introduce themselves and become familiar with The Message Board Community.
3. The Rock Creek Rambler – This board is specifically designed for all miscellaneous Off Topic discussions.
4. TYR Trading Post – This board is designed to aide fans who are looking to trade, buy or sell copies of The Young Riders
5. The Sweetwater Playhouse – This board is for discussions of Television, Movies, Music and Literature that is not associated with The Young Riders. For Example, discussing Josh Brolin in his role of Jimmy Hickok should be placed on the Express Station Board. Discussing Josh Brolin in his new role of Mr. Sterling should be brought to The Sweetwater Playhouse. Messages can be cross-referenced, however.
6. Ask Emma - This board is simply for fun. Please read the Guidelines to become familiar with the gist of what the Ask Emma Board is about
Why don’t you allow Prayer Requests on the Message Boards?
Simple answer. You can find that here.
But if Prayer Requests are a matter of free speech, why can’t I post a prayer request?
The Young Riders Express Station and the Message Board Community is a Private Website that I run, which happens to be currently open to the public for your enjoyment. On my website, I do not allow prayer requests. If you seek a Prayer Request, there are other Religious websites on the Internet to assist you with that.
Who is the Spawn?
She is the evil that lurks in the foulest corners of the earth. Beware of her.
Is this website friendly for kids?
I like to think it is. I admit, the TYR Express Station is primarily visited by women between the ages of 18-40 and we get a little bawdy from time to time, but we are still pretty tame. Many of us are parents ourselves and we do a good job of monitoring ourselves. I currently have no filters or rules regarding foul language.
Can I post a message on whichever board I want to?
No. I have separated the boards according to topics. I respect your right to post, please respect the separate boards. For the Community to run smoothly, make sure your posts are on the appropriate boards.

Is The Young Riders on video/DVD or in syndication anywhere??
TYR is currently not on any type of video format. There are several campaigns in the works to get it realeased on video. Many times, you will see this topic on the boards. Currently, TYR is in syndication on The Hallmark Channel, however, the showings are somewhat sporadic.
Where can I get copies of TYR?
There are many people in the Community who are looking to Trade or Sell copies of TYR. Please visit the TYR Trading Post to find someone to help you out.
