6/16/2001 - Brian Krause has just finished filming Return to Cabin By The Lake with Judd Nelson. The sequel to Cabin by the Lake, Brian stars as the overbearing director of a movie about the life story of the notorious murderer of young women, Stanley Caldwell, as played by Judd Nelson. "It was a lot of fun playing this nasty director while working with a director as fantastic as Po-Chih Leong," remarked Brian.

BRIAN KRAUSE'S CHARMED LIFE (TV GUIDE ARTICLE)

4/01/2001 - It's not easy being Brian Krause. In 1991, he was seen frolicking in Fiji with a very naked Milla Jovovich in Return to the Blue Lagoon. A few years later, he played the fiancé of cleavage queen Pamela Anderson in Naked Souls, a film in which the V.I.P., star bared almost as much as she did during her infamous sex tape with former husband Tommy Lee. These days, he stars as Leo, the resident guardian angel to Shannen Doherty, Alyssa Milano and Holly Marie Combs in the aptly titled WB series, Charmed.

"I have a pretty troublesome life," Krause jokingly told TV Guide Online. "It's rough work."

Although he appeared in the aforementioned "skin flicks", Krause admits there was a time when he was ill-at-ease with the idea of taking it all off for the camera. "In high school, I played water polo my freshman year, but didn't continue with it because I wasn't comfortable with the whole Speedo thing," says the Southern California native. "I was pretty shy about it and didn't want to be naked in front of the whole school. Then when I got the part in Blue Lagoon, they were like, 'Okay, get naked, let's go!' I had to get over that uneasiness pretty quick. By the end of the movie, I was totally used to it and sat around with my legs spread, not even realising what I was doing."

Naturally, all of this begs the question: How does Krause's wife, Beth, feel about her husband's on-screen love life, and in particular, his character's relationship with Holly Marie Combs' Piper? "When I met my wife, I explained to her that this is what I do, and that it's going to be like this forever," he says. "It can be tough here and there, but she's okay with it.

"Holly is a wonderful person and we both have separate lives away from the show," Krause adds. "Besides, my wife knows her, so it's okay."

Krause's friends, however, are a different story. "They're constantly asking 'Which girl is the hottest?' and 'When can I came to the set?'" he laughs. "They're out of control."
