The three women walked out of the apartment to find Ryan looking at one of Lena’s suitcases oddly. “Lena your suitcase is making some sort of buzzing noise.” Ryan held up Lena’s suitcase and pointed at where he thought the noise was coming from.
“I’ll fix that it is probably my electric toothbrush.” Lena managed to find a lie that seemed good enough.
“Right, I am sure that is what it is.” Kendall said as she gave her stuff to Ryan then went to watch Lena fix the “toothbrush”.
“Honey, that isn’t my gift is it.” Bianca leaned in close to Lena and whispered into her ear.
“Probably now keep Kendall distracted while I try to turn it off, please sweetheart.” Bianca saw Kendall approaching them and stepped in between her sister and her frantic lover.
“Oh, come on I wanted to see if it was really a toothbrush.” Kendall tried to move her sister out of the way but Bianca held her ground.
“Lena will die on the spot if Ryan figures out what that is so stop Kendall, please.” Bianca grabbed Kendall by the shoulder and held her in place.
“Fine, but only if you tell me I was right about what it is.”
“Okay fine, what do you think it is?”
“A toy you and Lena play with in bed.” Bianca rolled her eyes and nodded yes. Satisfied Kendall went to go help Ryan load the car.
“Thank you, Bianca.” Bianca turned around to see Lena zipping up the suitcase.
“I have to warn you she will now tease both of us for the rest of our lives.”
“Wonderful.” Lena picked up her bag and handed back to Ryan.
“Everything fixed.” Lena just nodded as she watched Kendall try to control herself from laughing hysterically.
“Guess we will meet you over at your apartment.”
“Alright, see you over there.” Bianca said and followed Lena to her car.
“Remind me to take the batteries out next time.” Lena asked Bianca as she opened the car door for her.
“I will, don’t worry about Kendall we will find a way to get her back.” Bianca gave Lena a kiss on the check then got in the car.
“Probably not before she informs the whole Enchantment Cooperation.” Bianca couldn’t help but laugh at the situation, which earned her a dirty look from Lena.
“Baby, it is funny.” Lena knew she was right and gave Bianca a small smile.
When they got back to the apartment they were surprised to see Jackson standing outside the door. “Uncle Jack, what are you doing here?” Jackson turned and faced the four he didn’t look very happy.
“Tiring to get a hold of your mother she is refusing to answer her phone and now she won’t let me in.”
“Well, we will let you in big guy.” Kendall said as she gave Jackson her keys.
“Thanks Kendall.” He opened the door and let everyone inside.
“Why did you let him in?” Erica asked the four as they walked in with Jackson.
“Because he looked so sad sitting out there all alone.” Kendall teased Erica as she sat Lena’s stuff down. Erica just scowled at Kendall then at Jackson.
“Well this is fun and all but I think we will just put this stuff in Bianca and Lena’s room then I will take these three lovely ladies for dinner while you two order in and talk.” Ryan suggested as he headed towards Bianca and Lena’s bedroom.
“Sounds, like a good idea.” Lena agreed with Ryan, she didn’t want to be here for this either.
“Yeah sounds good, come on Bianca let’s go put this stuff away.” Kendall prodded her sister and they both followed Lena and Ryan back to the bedroom.
After all of Lena’s stuff was in their bedroom, the four left the apartment quickly.
“I wonder if mom and Uncle Jack will be okay?” Bianca questioned as the four of them waited for the elevator.
“Sure they will, sweetheart.” Lena wrapped her arm around Bianca and pulled her in close.
“Hope you are right.” Bianca sighed and laid her head on Lena’s shoulder.
Part Twenty-Seven
At dinner Bianca forgot about the problems at home and enjoyed being with Lena, her sister and Ryan. “So Lena I am surprised you are hungry after all the eating you have been doing today.” Kendall said after Lena ordered her food.
“Well I have a hearty appetite.” Lena shot back which surprised Kendall, who decided to keep quiet for a while.
“Baby, that was good, keep that up it will throw her for a loop.” Bianca whispered into Lena’s ear as she took Lena’s hand into hers.
“Thank you sweetheart.” Lena leaned over and softly kissed Bianca’s cheek.
“So Bianca and Lena, Kendall told me I was needed to help make some pieces of furniture for the nursery.” Ryan said as Kendall snuggled up into him.
“We would love your help, but don’t worry about it if you don’t have the time.” Bianca answered.
“Just tell me when you need help and I will arrange to be there. I’ll even bring my handy assistant over too.” Kendall raised her eyebrow when she heard Ryan mention an assistant.
“What assistant?”
“You of course, with coveralls and tool belt on.” Lena and Bianca started to laugh at the mental picture of Kendall in coveralls.
“Right me in coveralls, I don’t think so.” Kendall scowled at Lena and Bianca as they laughed hysterically.
“Sure, why not.” Ryan teased Kendall some more, earning him a punch in the arm.
“Watch out Ryan, the Kane women have a mean right hook.” Lena laughed as Kendall playfully beat up Ryan.
“I will not wear coveralls, or a tool belt, is that clear Ryan?” Kendall asked as she bent one of Ryan’s fingers back.
“Okay, Okay no coveralls and no tool belt. Now let go of my finger.” Kendall satisfied at Ryan’s answer let him have is finger back.
“You two should have stood up for me instead of sitting over there giggling like schoolgirls.”
“Right, after all your jokes about me and my hearty appetite I don’t think so.” Before Kendall could think of anything to say the food arrived. The rest of the meal was quiet with only a few smart remarks from Kendall.
After dinner Ryan dropped Lena and Bianca back at their apartment with a promise he and Kendall would be back in the morning to build the rocking chair.
“That was really fun especially the Kendall and coveralls thing.” Lena laughed as she held the door open for Bianca.
“I am glad I can share moments like that with you.” Bianca slid her arm around Lena’s waist and brought her in close.
“Me too.” Lena smiled as Bianca snuggled up into her side as they rode the elevator.
“Do you think they have resolved everything?” Bianca asked Lena as she pulled out her key.
“Hope so but if not we can just busy ourselves in the bedroom.” Lena tried to put a smile on Bianca’s face but only got a weak smile from her lover. They walked in to find Jackson and Erica sitting on opposite sides of the room talking heavily about something.
“You two have a nice dinner?” Jackson stopped talking to Erica and asked the two women.
“Yes, we had a nice dinner with Kendall and Ryan.” Bianca answered as Lena helped her with her coat.
“That is nice, Jackson refuses to let us eat until we talk.” Erica snapped at Jackson.
“I am not stopping you from eating Erica. Go ahead and eat.”
“I will when you come to your senses and stop taking Greenlee’s side and take mine.” Erica yelled at Jackson. Lena tried to get Bianca to head back to the bedroom but she wouldn’t budge at all.
“Greenlee is upset she needs someone right now, why can’t you see that, Erica?” Jackson yelled right back at Erica.
“Mom, Uncle Jack, please don’t yell at each other.” Bianca stepped in she wasn’t about to let her family break apart.
“Bianca, sweetheart this is between your mother and I.”
“You and mom are my family. This concerns me too.” Bianca stood her ground.
“Honey, listen to Jackson this isn’t your fight. Lena please take her back to the bedroom.” Lena reached out for Bianca but Bianca moved away from her.
“I am staying.”
“Bianca, please sweetheart this stress isn’t good for you are the baby.” Jackson tried to reason with his upset niece.
“Fine, you don’t want me here I’ll just leave.” Bianca yelled and brushed passed Lena and ran out the door. Lena stood in shock as she watched the door slam against its hinges.
Part Twenty-Eight
Finally Lena snapped out of shock and grabbed her and Bianca’s coats, her purse, and keys. “It would be great if you two could try to resolve your problems before we get back.” Lena snapped at Erica and Jackson then left to go find Bianca. Bianca hadn’t gone far, she was standing at the elevator when Lena found her. “Baby, are you okay?” Lena asked as she approached her lover cautiously.
“Lena, you came after me.” Bianca turned around to see Lena standing there looking worried.
“Of course, sweetheart.” Lena was a little upset Bianca didn’t think she would come after her but then remembered that Jackson and Erica weren’t standing here with her. Bianca engulfed Lena in a hug.
“I just want our family to be complete.” Lena could barely hear Bianca’s soft whisper.
“I know, baby. How about I take you somewhere where we can talk?” Lena suggested as she stroked Bianca’s back.
“Okay.”
“Here sweetheart let me help you get your coat on.” Lena separated from Bianca and held her coat out for her.
“You are so thoughtful baby, you remembered my coat.” Bianca felt the anger leave as Lena helped into her coat.
“I will always remember your coat, sweetheart.” Lena said as she kissed Bianca’s lips softly.
“I love you so much, Lena.” Bianca returned the kiss then linked her arm with Lena’s and stuck her hand in Lena’ s coat pocket.
“I love you too, Bianca.”
Lena decided they would go to a small coffee shop to talk and get something to warm them up. “I have never been here before. How did you find this place, Lena?”
“Actually I just stumbled upon it one morning, I am really surprised I found it again.” Lena helped Bianca out of her coat and got her settled at their table then went to hang their coats up. While Lena was hanging up their coats a piece of paper fell out of Bianca’s coat. She picked it up then went back to the table. “Sweetheart, this fell out of your pocket, thought you might want to put it somewhere safer.” Lena handed Bianca the piece of paper.
Bianca unfolded the paper and realized it was a poem she had written about Lena and her.
“Something important, Bianca?” Lena knew she should probably just mind her own business but something made her ask about the mysterious piece of paper.
“Well sort of, it is a poem I wrote awhile back.” Bianca surprised herself by telling Lena about the piece of paper.
“Can I hear it? I mean if you want to share it. Sorry, I don’t mean to be so nosey.” Before Bianca could answer the waitress came over and took their orders. They both order large mugs of hot chocolate.
“I will read you the poem but it really isn’t that good.” Bianca nervously played with the piece of paper.
“I am sure it is wonderful. If you are comfortable with sharing it with me I would love to hear it.” Lena took Bianca’s hand into hers and gave it an encouraging squeeze.
"Okay, I’ll read it but just remember I am no poet.
As I walk down this path I can’t believe I am doing this again.
All the heartache, tears, and hurt should have kept me away from straying
Down this path again
Friends threatened me not to
Family warned it would only bring pain
But despite their warnings and threats I still continue down this path
My only hope is that this time it seems different
The path is a smooth and paved instead of a rocky and unpaved

Tell me they won’t hurt me and they make me feel like the path is the right way.” Bianca finished and looked up to see Lena with tears running down her face. “I didn’t mean to make you cry, sweetheart.” Bianca leaned over the table and wiped the tears from Lena’s face away.
“It was beautiful Bianca thank you for sharing that with me.” Lena took Bianca’s hand and held it against her cheek.
“Really, you thought it was beautiful?”
“Yes, Bianca I did.” Lena took Bianca’s hand away from her cheek then kissed it softly.
“Thanks, I am sure you will inspire me to write more.” Lena smiled and rubbed her thumb over Bianca’s hand. They stayed in the moment until their drinks came. After they finished their drinks they headed home. When they got to back to the apartment nobody was there which Lena thanked god for.
“Well, I am exhausted I am sure you are too Bianca. What do you say we go to bed?” Bianca nodded and followed Lena back to their bedroom. Bianca finished getting ready for bed first and crawled into bed while she listened to Lena brush her teeth. By the time Lena got into bed Bianca was sound asleep. Lena smiled then curled up behind Bianca then fell asleep.
Lena was the first one up and decided she would make breakfast and hoped Erica wasn’t already trying. She untangled herself from Bianca and left the bedroom. Erica was sitting at the kitchen table drinking coffee and reading the newspaper when Lena walked in.
“Good morning, Lena.” Erica put down her newspaper and watched Lena pour herself a cup of coffee.
“Good morning, Erica.” Lena sat down across from Erica and waited for her to start talking.
“We didn’t fix anything last night, but we did agree not to talk here anymore for Bianca and her baby’s sake.”
“Thank you, I don’t think our doors can take much more of this intense slamming you Kane women tend to do.” Erica laughed and was glad Lena lightened the mood she didn’t want to talk about Jackson anymore. Before Erica could say anything else there was a knock at the door.
“I’ll get it.” Lena got up and headed for the living room. She opened the door to and saw Ryan and Kendall standing outside with too big boxes. She looked at the boxes then she looked at Kendall and started to laugh hysterically.
“Shut up Lena it really isn’t’ that funny.” Kendall walked into the apartment with Ryan following behind with the two boxes.
“Kendall, what in the world are you wearing?” Lena shut the door and saw Erica had come out of the kitchen and was trying hard not to laugh at Kendall’s outfit.
Part Twenty-Nine
“I think she looks adorable.” Ryan defended Kendall as he set the two boxes down.
“Lena, if you don’t stop laughing I am going to tell Erica about the incident with your suitcase.” Kendall threatened Lena who instantly stopped laughing.
“So Kendall how did Ryan get you to wear this interesting outfit?” Erica asked looking Kendall up and down.
“I lost a bet, alright.” Kendall huffed then sat down on the couch.
“Do I dare ask what the bet was you lost?” Erica couldn’t control herself anymore and started to laugh.
“No, and stop laughing mom.” Kendall scowled at Erica then at Ryan who had started laughing.
“What is going on out here?” Bianca asked as she walked into the living room rubbing her eyes trying to wake up. “Kendall, what are you wearing?” Bianca looked at her sister who was dressed in blue coveralls, a red bandana covering her head and a tool belt complete with tools around her waist.
“Don’t start Bianca, your girlfriend here already has laughed at me enough for both of you.” Bianca just shook her head and walked over to Lena.
“Good morning, baby.” Lena pulled Bianca into a hug then kissed the top of her head.
“Morning, Lena.” Bianca yawned then snuggled up into Lena’s side.
“So Ryan what is in the boxes?” Lena finally asked about the mysterious boxes in the living room.
“A beautiful crib, and changing station.” Ryan announced as he went over to look at the rocking chair.
“Wow, you guys didn’t have to buy us anything. Thank you.” Bianca dragged Lena over to the boxes so she could look at them.
“Of course we did, that is what family is for, right?” Kendall answered as she watched Lena and Bianca.
“These are beautiful gifts, thank you Ryan and Kendall.” Lena said as she watched Bianca happily start to open the crib box.
“They are beautiful.” Erica agreed.
“Sweetheart, before you get too involved in the presents, you need to eat breakfast.” Lena bent down and ran her hands through Bianca’s hair.
“Okay.” Bianca reluctantly let Lena help her up off the floor.
“My assistant and I will go check out the guest bedroom while you two eat breakfast.”
“I might be wearing this stupid outfit but there is no way I am doing any work.” Kendall gave Ryan a dirty look as she made herself comfortable on the couch.
“Yes, you will or I will inform everyone what the bet was that you lost.”
“You play dirty, Ryan.” Kendall sighed and got up and followed Ryan back to the guest bedroom.
“So what do you want for breakfast, sweetheart?” Lena asked as she guided Bianca into the kitchen.
“Some cereal is just fine.” “Are you sure you don’t want something like pancakes, sweetheart?” “No pancakes!!” Kendall yelled from the guest bedroom causing Lena and Bianca to start laughing.
“Alright, how about eggs?” Lena suggested then waited for a response from Kendall.
“No thanks, cereal is really okay.” Lena gave up and went in search of some cereal in the pantry.
“You really seem to know where things are, Lena.” Erica said as she sat back down at the kitchen table with Bianca.
“I think I looked in every cabinet for a glass once.” Lena grabbed several cereal boxes and set them down on the table then went to get the rest of the stuff she needed.
“Do you have anything without tons of sugar, Bianca?” Erica asked looking at the selection of cereal on the table.
“Nope that is it. Hey I get my sweet tooth from you.” Erica shook her head then decided to eat some cheerio looking cereal.
After breakfast Lena and Bianca went to take a shower while Ryan started to put the rocking chair together.
“Erica you want to be my assistant since my assistant seems to be taking a break?” Ryan asked as he watched Kendall stretch out on the couch.
“No thanks, Ryan I have some work I need to get done. Kendall get up and help.” Erica answered then went to her bedroom.
“I will tell them about the bet, if you don’t get up Kendall.” Ryan told Kendall as he dumped the pieces of the rocking chair on the floor.
“Go ahead, your measuring every damn thing in the guest bedroom was tiring.” Kendall grumbled and pulled her bandana over her face. Ryan just shook his head and went to work on the rocking chair.
By the time Lena and Bianca emerged from the shower Ryan had the rocking chair and the changing station put together and was resting with Kendall on the couch.
“You two sure take long “showers”. I am sure mom loves that.” Kendall teased the two lovers.
“Hey, she used all the hot water the other day, so we were just getting even.” Bianca pointed out as she sat down in the rocking chair. “This is great, thanks Ryan.” Bianca said as she slowly rocked herself in the chair.
“Your welcome. Did you know your sister here isn’t very helpful?” Kendall punched Ryan then went back to resting her eyes.
“I thought you were threatening to expose her if she didn’t help?” Lena questioned as she watched Bianca contently rocking herself in the new chair.
“The bet was I couldn’t chug a beer as fast as Ryan, okay. Everyone happy alright I am going back to sleep.” Kendall huffed and laid back down.
“That is it.” Bianca didn’t really understand what the big deal was.
“No, she was lying that wasn’t the bet. Tell them what the real bet was or I will.” Ryan lifted Kendall’s bandana up.
Part Thirty
“Alright, Alright, I will tell you what the stupid bet was but now Lena is going to have leverage on me.” Lena smiled she liked the sound of having something to harass Kendall with. “So Ryan and I went to one of his favorite clubs last night up in Philadelphia. This is a place you and Bianca would just love, Lena.” Lena just looked at Bianca and shrugged her shoulders not knowing where they went.
“She means a Gentlemen’s Club I go to sometimes, mostly before I met her. She was complaining about there being nothing to do and I remembered that it was ladies night at the club.” Ryan piped in so Lena and Bianca could get a better understanding.
“But since he hasn’t been there in awhile, the schedule changed and it wasn’t ladies night it was amateur night. Ryan bet me if I would go up and perform he would stop going to the club and if I didn’t perform I would wear this lovely outfit.” Kendall looked over to Bianca who was laughing hysterically as were Lena and Ryan. “Shut-up, you three it really isn’t funny.” Kendall yelled as she punched Ryan.
“I can’t believe you went to a strip club, Kendall.” Bianca just couldn’t believe the situations Kendall got herself into.
“It wasn’t a strip club it was a Gentlemen’s Club, get it right Bianca.”
“There is a difference?” Lena took a shot at teasing Kendall, which earned her a dirty look from Kendall.
“Yes, a strip club isn’t a upscale place like a Gentlemen’s Club.” Kendall tried to explain which made everyone laugh harder.
“What is going on out here?” Erica came out into the living room to find out what all the noise was about.
“Mom, you never going to believe this, Kendall went to a strip club.” Bianca ratted on her sister to get even with all teasing she had done to them.
“It was a Gentlemen’s Club, mom.” Kendall defended herself while giving Bianca a dirty look.
“What is the difference, anyways Kendall please try to have some class and some respect for yourself. Can you try to keep it down?” Erica wasn’t really upset at her daughter she was just trying not to laugh at her.
“Sure, mom.” Kendall said while her face turned ten different shades of red. Once Erica went back into her room, Kendall got up and started to pace across the living room. “I can’t believe you told her that, Bianca. Now she thinks all kinds of bad things about me.”
“Did you see her face, she thought it was as funny as us, she was just putting up a façade.” Bianca reassured Kendall, which finally got her to sit down.
“Bianca is right, she was just acting the part of the pissed off parent.” Ryan pulled Kendall into his lap. “Plus, I think I will ask her to go with us when we go there for Valentine’s Day.”
“What!!! We aren’t going back there, especially not with Erica in tow.” Kendall moved off Ryan’s lap and started to playfully hit him.
“That is right Valentine’s Day, is coming up.” Lena already was thinking of things to do for Bianca on Valentine’s Day.
“Alright, stop day dreaming Lena, we still have to build the crib and changing station.” Ryan brought Lena out of her daydreams about Valentine’s Day.
It was late in the afternoon when all the furniture was built and Kendall and Ryan took off. “Thank you so much for everything, Ryan and you too Kendall.” Bianca hugged both of them tightly.
“Yes, thank you, the furniture is beautiful.” Lena was surprised when Kendall and Ryan brought her into the hug.
“I will see you both at work.” Kendall said as she started to drag Ryan out the door.
“And I will see you tomorrow night.” Ryan said before he was dragged fully out the door.
“That sure was an interesting day.” Lena commented as she slipped behind Bianca and brought her in close.
“It sure was, I still can’t get over Kendall going to a strip club.”
“No sweetheart, it wasn’t a strip club it was Gentlemen’s Club.” Lena teased Bianca as she ran her hand through her lover’s hair.
“Oh yes sorry, I forgot.”
“Bianca and Lena, I am going to go dinner with Jackson to talk about some things.” They separated from each other when they heard Erica talking.
“Hope things work out, mom.” Bianca hugged Erica then went to the guest bedroom.
“Make sure she eats and try to get her to bed earlier, we have a long day tomorrow.” Erica gave Lena a warm smile then left.
Lena went to find Bianca. She found her standing in the guest bedroom doorway staring into space. “Sweetheart, are you okay?” Lena moved in behind Bianca and slipped her arms around Bianca’s waist.
“Yes, I am fine just day dreaming about the future.” Bianca took Lena’s hands into hers and set them on her stomach.
“Our baby is going to have a bright future.” Lena sighed and leaned her head against the door.
“Yep, I think we can official call this the nursery now.” Bianca said as she leaned into Lena.
“Wonderful idea, sweetheart.” Lena kissed Bianca on the top of head.
“I am so glad you are here now helping with everything.” Bianca turned to face Lena and brought her into a passionate kiss.
“I will always be here for you Bianca, and our baby.” Lena said as Bianca rested her head onto Lena’s chest.
“I love you so much, Lena.”
“I love you too, Bianca.”
Part Thirty-One
It was two days before Valentine’s Day and Lena was trying desperately to smooth out the wrinkles in the plans for her and Bianca’s special day. She already made sure her mother had sent several items for Bianca, made dinner plans with Kendall and Ryan, made sure Erica would be out of the house, and bought several presents for Bianca.
“Hey sweetheart what are you so deep in thought about?” Lena looked up from her desk and saw Bianca standing in her office door way. Lena marveled at the fact that Bianca looked more and more beautiful every day of her pregnancy. “Hello, earth to Lena.” Bianca came over to Lena and put her hand on her lover’s shoulder and gave her a little shake.
“Sorry, I am here just caught up in your beauty.” Lena pulled Bianca into her lap and kissed her softly on the lips.
“Hard not to get caught up in your beauty, too.” Bianca returned the kiss and laid her head down on Lena’s shoulder.
“So what were you thinking about?” Bianca cupped Lena’s face gently and moved Lena’s face so she was looking into her eyes.
“Plans for Valentine’s Day. Anyway are you feeling alright, any more leg cramps like this morning?”
“Changing the subject, you are tricky. No more leg cramps but this afternoon I felt like scratching my back on the wall like a bear. I have never felt so itchy in my entire life.” Lena chuckled and brought Bianca into a closer position on her lap.
“I’ll rub some of that cream Erica bought on your back and any where else you would like.” Lena whispered into Bianca’s ear as she set her hand on Bianca’s thigh.
“I would like that.” Bianca kissed Lena’s neck softly then trailed her hand down Lena’s arm. “So what are your plans for Valentine’s Day?”
“Our Valentine’s Day plans will be revealed on Valentine’s Day. No amount of your seducing will get them out of me either.” Lena laughed as Bianca’s smile turned into a pout. “Don’t pout sweetheart, it will be more special if you wait.” Lena kissed Bianca’s lips gently.
“Hey you two this is no place for you to get on with each other.” They both turned to see Kendall coming into the office.
“Like you and Ryan behave in your office?” Bianca teased Kendall right back.
“I shut the door at least. Anyway just dropping some paperwork off, don’t let me interrupt. Oh, by the way Ryan wanted me to ask you two if you wanted to join us for dinner. Maybe I should just tell them you have already enjoyed dinner together at the office.” Kendall teased as she started to walk back out of the office.
“Funny, Kendall.” Bianca commented as she got off Lena’s lap.
“We would love to join you. Where and what time?” Lena was used to Kendall’s comments she heard them daily.
“SOS, at seven.”
“Will be there, thank Ryan for us.”
“See you then.” Kendall smirked then left the office.
“Her and those eating out comments are getting old.” Bianca sighed as Lena started to get ready to leave.
“Well, we tease her regularly about the strip club and that lovely outfit of hers. So she has to give us a hard time back.”
“Guess so well I am going to go get ready to go. Meet you downstairs in fifteen.” Bianca kissed Lena on the check then left the office.
“So Ryan said if you would just bring a bottle of wine and something for Bianca to drink, he has the rest covered.” Kendall came in and shut the door.
“Great. I want Valentine’s Day be wonderful for Bianca.”
“It will be don’t worry so much, with my help it will be a day to remember.” Kendall started to go into a daydream when there was a knock on the door.
“Come in.” Lena called out.
“Lena, we need to talk. Oh, Hi Kendall.” Greenlee barged into Lena’s office startling Kendall and Lena.
“Okay, well we will talk more tonight. Is Bianca waiting for you somewhere? I would be happy to keep her company while she waits.”
“Yes, she is downstairs, could you tell her I will be downstairs soon, thanks.” Kendall nodded then left the office.
“Make it fast Greenlee, I don’t want Bianca to have to wait long.” Lena continued to get ready to go home.
“So it is true you that you and Bianca are hooked up again.”
“Yes we are back together, but you didn’t come here to congratulate me so why are you here?”
“Erica is why I am here. My father and her are having these screaming fights at our apartment. I was wondering if you could just keep Erica under lock and key for awhile.” Lena resisted telling Greenlee to go to an unpleasant place and just listened. “She is ripping my father apart, could you please just make sure she stays home.”
“Greenlee, Erica is a grown woman. Neither Bianca nor I can tell her what to do. Plus if she doesn’t go to see Jackson, Jackson comes to see her. They already upset Bianca once with their fighting. It isn’t good for Bianca to be exposed to that.”
“Oh, but it is okay for me to be exposed to all that yelling.”
“She is pregnant Greenlee, upsetting her could hurt our baby.” Greenlee’s eyes rose when she heard Lena refer to the baby as hers and Bianca’s.
“Last time checked it was impossible for two women to make babies.” Lena felt the anger start to flow through her veins.
“And last time I checked it was you who decided to move in with Erica and Jackson and it was you who are the cause of their fights. Please leave Greenlee.” Lena pointed towards the door and Greenlee scowled at her then left.
Still angry Lena grabbed her coat and briefcase and stormed out of her office. She stayed angry until she got off the elevator and saw Bianca talking to Kendall. The anger melted away as she watched Bianca. “Ready to go sweetheart?” Lena asked as she approached the two sisters.
“Yep, see you at dinner sis.” Bianca hugged Kendall then wrapped her arm around Lena’s waist and followed her out the door. “Kendall said Greenlee came to see you, she okay?”
“Just trying to get us to keep your mother under control, I just told her to buzz off basically.” Lena didn’t want to go into details so she summed up conversation she had with Greenlee.
“Okay, well why would she come to you about that and not me.”
“Who knows maybe you already left to go downstairs?” Lena just shrugged as she opened the car door for Bianca.
“Guess so.” Bianca saw the subject was irritating Lena so she decided to drop it.
When they got to their apartment there were several boxes sitting outside the door. “Oh, they came just in the nick of time.”
“What are they?” Bianca picked one up and was about to shake it when Lena snatched it out of her hands.
“Sweetheart, please don’t shake these boxes.” Lena bent over to pick up the other two boxes but Bianca grabbed them before her. “Hey, Bianca those aren’t for your prying eyes. Hand them over.” Bianca opened the apartment door and raced in with Lena closely behind her. “Bianca, come on sweetheart give the boxes back.” Lena could tell Bianca wanted to play so she wasn’t very upset.
“You will have to catch me first.” Bianca told Lena as she moved to the other side of the couch.
“This is how it is going to go down, well alright.” Lena teased Bianca as she set her briefcase down and took off her coat. Lena started moved towards Bianca. Lena chased Bianca around the apartment and after awhile finally caught her. “I never thought a pregnant woman would be so hard to catch.” Lena laughed as took the packages out of Bianca’s hand.
“Getting out of shape?” Bianca teased Lena as she reached for the boxes in Lena’s arms.
“No, you aren’t getting these again. I am going to put these somewhere safe, be right back sweetheart.” Lena kissed Bianca on the cheek then went to hide the presents.
When Lena came back out in the living room Bianca was lying down on the couch. “Are you tired, sweetheart?” Lena asked as she got on to the couch and situated Bianca so she was lying on top off her.
“Yeah, it was a long day.” Bianca yawned then laid her head down on Lena’s chest. Lena smiled and ran her hand through Bianca’s hair. “I love when you do that.” Bianca mumbled as she snuggled into Lena more. Before Lena could reply the sound of someone turning a key in the door caught their attention. “Probably, mom or maybe Kendall.” Bianca said as she watched the door open to reveal someone that hadn’t been expecting.
Part Thirty-Two
“I am so sorry, Ms. Kane informed me nobody would be here.” A frazzled looking woman said as she started to walk out.
“Wait, Erica sent you?” Lena shifted Bianca off of her and got up.
“She hired me to clean and cook for you ladies.” Lena and Bianca both looked at each in confusion.
“Not to be rude but there really isn’t anything to clean.” Bianca just couldn’t believe her mother sometimes.
“Well, we could use a snack, that would be nice.” Lena offered as she gave Bianca an ‘a try to be nice’ look.
“Alright, my name is Rose.” Rose shook both women’s hands then went to busy herself in the kitchen.
“I am going to have to have a serious talk with mom.” Lena chuckled as Bianca pretended to be mad.
“Well, at least about scaring the crap out of us by giving someone else a key.” Lena sighed and sat back down with Bianca.
“A maid why do we need one?” Bianca grumbled as she laid her head on Lena’s shoulder.
“She probably doesn’t want you to stress yourself by cleaning or cooking. Plus we already saw your mother’s culinary skills, we don’t need her in the kitchen.” Bianca laughed when she remembered the pancakes la flambé. Lena was glad that Bianca was calming down about the situation.
“Here you go ladies.” Rose sat some crackers and cheese in front of Lena and Bianca.
“Thank you, Rose.” Both Lena and Bianca said at the same time making Rose chuckle.
“Your very welcome, ladies.” Rose watched the two women for a couple moments then went back to the kitchen to clean up.
“She is nice, that is good.” Bianca commented as Lena fed her a piece of cheese.
“Yes, she is nice.” Lena agreed as Bianca snuggled up into her side.
“Ladies, Ms. Kane wanted me to work out a schedule with you.” Rose came back into the living room and sat down.
“Well, I guess you could come in the morning and cook breakfast then clean once we leave and then cook dinner.” Lena suggested. She knew they could do all this stuff themselves but didn’t want to upset Erica.
“Sounds okay.” Bianca still didn’t agree with the whole maid thing but it might be nice.
“Okay, what time would you ladies like breakfast?”
“Seven is fine and we should be home around five or six most nights.”
“Sounds good, is there anything else I can do for you ladies right now?”
“No, I think we are fine, thank you.” Bianca finally spoke up.
“Well, then I will see you two ladies tomorrow morning.” Lena got up and showed Rose out.
“I think we better get going, sweetheart.” Lena looked over at Bianca who lying down with her head on a pillow.
“Okay.”
“If you are tired we can just stay here, baby.” Lena suggested as she helped Bianca up.
“No, I am fine. Let me go wash the sleep out of my eyes then I’ll be ready.” Lena smiled as she watched Bianca walk to the bedroom. Lena went about cleaning up while she waited for Bianca.
“Girls are you home?” Lena came out of the kitchen to see Erica coming in the apartment with several bags.
“Hi Erica, we are about to leave.”
“That is fine Lena, I just picked up something for you two at the mall.” Erica set her bags down on the couch and started to dig through them. “Here this is a Valentine’s Gift for you and Bianca.” Erica handed Lena a beautifully wrapped present.
“I will wait for Bianca to open it.” Lena put the present down on one of the bar chairs.
“Wait for me to do what?” Bianca asked as she came out of the bedroom.
“To open this beautiful present your mom got us.” Lena picked the present and handed it to Bianca.
“Mom, you shouldn’t have.” Bianca was surprised at how heavy the present was.
“Nonsense, just open the present Bianca.”
“Lena sweetheart, help me please.” Lena took the present and held it while Bianca opened it. Bianca’s eyes widen as she pulled off the wrapping paper to find a remarkable gift basket. “Wow, mom this is amazing.”
“Thank you so much Erica.” Lena was stunned at all the stuff in the basket. There was tons of different kinds of chocolate, several kinds of defecated tea, coffee and hot chocolate, several kinds of lotions and bath salts. There was even stuff in the basket Lena couldn’t figure out what it was.
“Thanks mom.” Bianca let Lena take the basket and set it down on the counter in the kitchen while she hugged her mom.
“Bianca we better get going or Kendall and Ryan will start to worry.”
“Okay, we won’t be too long mom.” Bianca hugged Erica again then let Lena help her get ready to go.
“Alright, I will see you two ladies when you come home.”
“Oh yeah, mom thanks for the maid.” Bianca said as she walked out the door.
“Thanks for everything Erica.” Lena said as she followed Bianca.
“Your welcome, see you when you two get home.” Erica chuckled knowing Bianca was probably not really happy with the maid but was being nice because of Lena.
Part Thirty-Three
“Sorry we are late we had several distractions at the apartment.” Kendall raised her eyebrow at Lena who was helping Bianca out of her coat.
“Kendall not those kinds of distractions. Mom, got us a maid and she showed up and scared us to death then mom came home and gave us a gift that took a while to unwrap.”
“Oh the gift basket, she gave one to Ryan and I. Have you opened it all the way, yet?” Kendall asked the couple trying not to laugh.
“No, why?” Bianca asked as Lena pulled out her seat and she sat down beside Kendall.
“Something exciting in there we should be worried about?” Lena asked as she sat down between Ryan and Bianca.
“Well, just be prepared, right Kendall?” Ryan looked at Kendall trying to make sure she wouldn’t give away the surprise.
“That is it just prepared.” Kendall gave Bianca and Lena a wicked grin and went back to reading her menu. Bianca let it drop knowing better to play games with Kendall who was so good at them.
“So after we order I have a question for you two.” Ryan said as he got the attention of the waiter. They all ordered and Lena and Bianca waited for Ryan to ask his question.
“I am going out of town after Valentine’s Day for three months. I have some important business, I was wondering if Kendall could stay with you two while I am gone?”
“If you can handle living in the nursery, you are more than welcome to stay with us, Kendall.” Bianca answered as she looked at Lena for approval.
“I think I can handle that. It is mom I might not be able to handle.”
“Well, we are hoping she resolves things with Jackson soon.” Lena took Bianca’s hand and gave it a gently squeeze.
“So you are okay with this Lena?” Ryan asked as he watched the couple’s interaction.
“Yes, of course. With Kendall around maybe Erica will focus her attention on her oldest daughter.”
“She will probably start trying to reform me, thanks Lena.” Kendall laughed and everyone joined in.
They finished dinner while talking about Kendall moving in and various other things.
“Well, I will see you two tomorrow at work.” Kendall hugged both Bianca and Lena then let Ryan hug them also.
“I will see you both on Valentine’s Day. Good luck with the doctor tomorrow.” Ryan said as he kissed Bianca’s cheek then followed Kendall to their car.
“Thanks Ryan, see you later.” Bianca said as she followed Lena.
“We are going to the hospital then to work tomorrow, right sweetheart?” Lena asked as she helped her love into the car.
“Yep, I am excited the doctor said we might get to hear the baby’s heartbeat tomorrow.”
“Wow, that would really make my day.” Lena smiled as she placed her hand on Bianca’s stomach.
“Me too.” Bianca covered Lena’s hand with her own.
When they got back to their apartment they found Erica watching the television and working on paper work. “How was your dinner, ladies?” Erica asked as she watched as Lena helped Bianca out of her coat.
“It was nice, mom Kendall is going to be living with us for a couple months while Ryan is out of the country on business.”
“I am sure glad I hired Rose now.” Erica could just imagine what was going to happen when Kendall moved in.
“So I think we should take that basket in the bedroom and open it.” Lena whispered in Bianca’s ear.
“Good idea, wonder if we can get out of here without mom noticing.”
“What are you two whispering about?”
“About if we should turn in or not.” Bianca lied to her mom while Lena snuck off to get the gift basket.
“Why don’t you grab two mugs and have some hot tea with me while you to open up the gift basket.” Lena cursed under her breath then went into the kitchen and grabbed two mugs for Bianca and her.
Bianca mouthed, “I am sorry” to Lena as she picked up the gift basket. Lena poured the tea while Bianca carefully opened the gift basket. Bianca set each item on the table while Lena and Erica watched. “Mom, what in the world?” Bianca felt her face turn red as she pulled out a bottle of K.Y. Jelly.
“Thought you two could use it, well at least that is what Kendall said when we shopping today.”
“What is it, Bianca?” Lena picked up the bottle and started to read the label on the back.
“I will explain later, sweetheart.” Bianca took the bottle out Lena’s hands and set back in the basket. “Okay, mom is there any more surprises in this basket that Kendall picked out.” Bianca was going give Kendall an earful tomorrow at the office.
“Think that is it. Don’t you like it?” Erica was a little offended at Bianca’s reaction to gifts.
“Mom, I love it and I will personally thank Kendall tomorrow at work. Lena I am tired let’s go to bed.” Bianca hugged her mom as Lena gathered up the gift basket.
“Kendall is going to get it tomorrow.” Bianca picked up the bottle in question and couldn’t help but laugh a little.
“Are you going to tell me what it is or at least let me read the back?” Lena whined as she tried to get the bottle away from Bianca.
“Lena, seriously you don’t know what this is?” Bianca asked as she played keep away with Lena.
“No, never seen it before now please tell me what it is.” Lena pouted and gave up and went to get ready for bed.
“It is a lubricate used mostly for sex.” Lena’s eyes got wide finally understand why Bianca was so upset.
“Your sister is twisted, getting your mom to give that to us.”
“Yep, but just wait until she moves in then we can get her back.”
“She was probably getting back at us for telling your mom about the strip club, you know.” Lena teased Bianca as they brushed their teeth. Bianca couldn’t say anything because her mouth was full of toothpaste so she just scowled at Lena.
“Well, anyways she will be paid back in full for her devious act.” Bianca said after she rinsed her mouth out. Lena just chuckled as she continued to brush her teeth.
Bianca left the bathroom and crawled into bed and waited for Lena. When Lena came back in the bedroom she found Bianca fast asleep. She smiled and got into bed and snuggled up into Bianca’s side. Lena placed her hand on Bianca’s stomach and made lazy circles around it while she waited to fall asleep. Bianca woke up slightly and placed her hand over Lena’s then went back to sleep. They stayed embraced like that until the morning.
Part Thirty-Four
Bianca sat at her desk at Enchantment remembering earlier events of the day. She still couldn’t believe how wonderful it at felt to have Lena with her when she heard the baby’s heartbeat for the first time.
“If you listen carefully you can hear your baby’s heartbeat.” Lena held Bianca’s hand tightly as they strained their ears to hear the heartbeat. Finally they could hear it and it brought tears to their eyes.
“That is the most beautiful sound I have ever heard.” Lena commented as she kissed Bianca’s forehead softly. Bianca smiled as she felt the tears fall. Until this moment she thought things couldn’t get any better. Then as she felt Lena wipe away her tears she knew things were going to get better every day as long as Lena stayed with her.
Bianca wiped the tears from her face then started to go back to work.
“Sweetheart, are you okay?” Bianca looked up to see Lena walking quickly towards her.
“I am okay, just remembering this morning.” Bianca reassured her lover.
“It was a wonderful morning wasn’t it?” Lena reached for Bianca and gently pulled Bianca out of her seat into her loving arms.
“You made it special, Lena.” Bianca hugged Lena tightly as she rested her head on her love’s shoulder. Lena wanted to stay like this forever but knew they should get back to work.
“So how are you feeling?” Lena asked as she separated from Bianca.
“I am feeling great, don’t worry so much.” Bianca softly caressed Lena’s cheek then brought her in for a loving kiss.
“I’ll be back in an hour to take you home.” Lena returned the kiss then left Bianca’s office.
“So I have been dying to ask all day, you open your gift all the way?” Bianca turned to see Kendall standing in the doorway of her office.
“You are going to regret every putting that stuff in the basket, Kendall.” Bianca teased her sister.
“I know especially since I am going to be living with you two soon. If Ryan had told me before I went shopping with mom, I don’t think I would have done it.” Kendall laughed but knew she would be in for it when she moved in.
“Lena and I were thinking about how you would look with green or maybe bright pink hair.” Bianca watched as Kendall’s eyes got wide.
“You wouldn’t dare?” Kendall whined as she ran her hands through her hair.
“Maybe, it is just a chance you will have to take when you start to live with us.”
Thanks, for giving me heads up. I think I will find someone in your apartment building that will let me use their shower. Anyways mom wants to see you in her office.”
“Alright. And Kendall don’t think we won’t bring our neighbors in on our plans.” Bianca teased Kendall who actually started to look worried.
“Wonderful, see you tomorrow.” Kendall left the office and Bianca gathered her stuff up so she would be ready when Lena came to get her.
“Mom, you wanted to see me?” Bianca knocked on Erica’s office door.
“Yes sweetheart, come in and shut the door.” Erica beckoned Bianca into her office then ended her phone conversation. “I wanted to know how the doctor’s appointment went?” Erica got up from her desk and sat down on the couch.
“It was wonderful, mom I wish you were there. Lena and I heard the baby’s heartbeat, it was so amazing.” Bianca took a seat next to her mother.
In the beginning when Erica first found out about Bianca’s pregnancy she tried to convince her daughter abortion was the only way she would find peace but Bianca was stubborn and kept the baby. Erica thought it had been the wrong decision but she stood by her daughter hoping that everything would turn out okay. Now as she watched Bianca vividly describe the morning’s events she knew that keeping the baby was the best decision Bianca had ever made.
“Mom, are you even paying attention?” Bianca asked wondering what her mother was so deep in thought about.
“Yes, of course I was just caught up in how healthy you look. You are simply glowing Bianca.” Bianca blushed at her mother’s comments.
“Don’t be embarrassed sweetheart.” Erica brushed a stray hair out of Bianca’s face and put behind her ear. “I also wanted to tell you I am going away on a business trip. It is just for a couple days I should be back on Monday or Tuesday. Lena asked me if I would find a place to stay on Valentine’s Day so this trip came up at the right time.” Bianca wondered what Lena was up too and wondered if her mother just gave away one of her lover’s secrets.
“When are you leaving?”
“Tonight, I will be home for a little bit then I have someone picking me up and taking me to the airport.”
“Uncle Jack is picking you up isn’t he?” Bianca knew from her mother’s expression, exactly who was picking her up.
“Yes, he wants to see how you are doing. So he offered to come and pick me up.” Bianca smiled she missed seeing Uncle Jack and it would be nice to see him. “Well, I need to get some more work done.” Erica said as she got up then helped Bianca up.
“Okay, mom I will see you at home.”
“Don’t forget the presents for Lena, they are sitting over by the cabinet.”
“Thanks, almost forgot.” Bianca was glad her mom said something or she would have forgotten. Bianca went over to the cabinet and picked up the bag full of presents then left her mom’s office.
Bianca went back to office looked at her watch and decided to pack up her stuff and head to Lena’s office. Bianca made her way to Lena’s office and found her lover typing away on her computer.
“Ready, to go sweetheart.” Startled out of her thoughts Bianca looked up to see Lena getting ready to go.
“How did you know I was here?” Bianca walked into Lena’s office and set her stuff down.
“I just know.” Lena smiled and looked up to see Bianca shaking her head and laughing.
“You must have sixth sense or something.” Bianca took at seat on the couch as Lena continued to get ready.
“Yep, that is right. So what is in the bag?”
“You tell me, you are the physic one.” Bianca teased her lover as she made sure Lena couldn’t figure out any of her presents.
“Presents for me, I hope.” Lena guessed making Bianca laugh.
“Maybe, they are for you. So mom is leaving for a couple days, I didn’t know you asked her to find another place to stay on Valentine’s Day?” Lena swore under her breath she should have known Erica wouldn’t keep quiet.
“It was a secret, but hopefully that is all she told.”
“Kind of figured that, but she didn’t say anything else don’t worry.” Bianca reassured Lena that Erica didn’t leak any more secrets.
“So since you know one of my secrets, can I know one of my presents?” Lena asked as she helped Bianca up from the couch and helped her gather her stuff up.
“Nice try, but you don’t even know if these are for you.” Bianca teased Lena who in return pouted at her. “That won’t work either, sweetheart. Tomorrow is Valentine’s Day so I think you can wait.” Bianca linked arms with Lena and left the office and headed for the elevator.
“I guess so.” Lena stopped pouting and snuggled up into Bianca.
When Bianca and Lena got home they found a large vase of roses sitting in front of the apartment. “They are for mom.” Bianca had picked up the vase and looked at the card.
“From Jackson I bet.” Lena guessed as she opened the door and helped Bianca get inside.
“I am sure they are.” Bianca said as she set them down on the table then went to put Lena’s presents in the nursery.
“Trying to hide my presents?” Bianca turned to see Lena standing in the doorway.
“No, just putting them somewhere where you won’t be tempted to shake them.”
“I wouldn’t shake them, well much.” Bianca laughed then joined Lena in the doorway.
“They will stay here until tomorrow, just in case.” Bianca wrapped her arms around Lena’s waist then laid her head down on her lover’s chest.
“I love you, Lena.”
“I love you to Bianca.” Lena kissed the top of Bianca’s head and held her lover close.
Part Thirty-Five
“Girls, I am home and Jackson brought dinner.” Bianca and Lena separated and headed for the living room.
“Uncle Jack!” Bianca hurried over to Jackson and gave him a warm hug.
“Hi sweetheart. You are looking so good, how was the doctor’s appointment?” Jackson was happy to see Bianca looking so healthy.
“It went great, Lena and I heard the baby’s heartbeat today.” Lena watched as Bianca told Jackson about the doctor’s appointment. She smiled as Bianca recalled every detail of the appointment.
“Lena, I could use some help here.” Erica shook Lena’s shoulder to get her attention.
“Sorry, Erica.” Lena went to help Erica set up dinner in the kitchen.
“So what’s for dinner, Erica?” Lena asked as she entered the small dining area.
“Tacos, burritos, and some other stuff I have no clue what it is. Jackson’s idea, I played no part.” Lena laughed as Erica held her hands up like she was surrendering to someone.
“Are we ready to eat?” Jackson came in with Bianca in tow.
“Yep, looks like we are ready.” Everyone sat down and dug into the feast that Jackson brought for dinner.
“Well, after we clean up, Erica I think we should go.” Jackson said as he helped clear the table.
“I almost forgot to tell you girls that Rose won’t be back until Tuesday morning. So you two can enjoy the time alone.”
“Thank you Erica, that will be great.” Lena had forgotten about their newly acquired help and was thankful Erica was keeping track of things.
“Wondered where she was tonight, thanks mom.” Bianca hugged her mom thankful nobody would interrupt their weekend together.
“You two are welcome.”
“Well, we are going to miss our plane if we don’t hurry.”
“Wait a minute, this isn’t a business trip. Mom spill, what is going on?”
“Jackson is taking me away for a couple days.”
“That is great where are you two going?” Bianca was so happy her mother was working things out with Jackson.
“New York, but we have to get going.” Jackson said hugging both Lena and Bianca.
“Alright well you two have fun, and I’ll call you tomorrow.” Erica hugged them both then Jackson hurried her out the door.
“We are alone at last!” Bianca shut the door and locked it.
“Yes, we are.” Lena laid down on the couch and breathed a sigh of relief. She was thankful everything was going so smoothly.
“What are you thinking about?” Bianca asked as she lay down on top of Lena.
“About how nice it is to have the apartment to ourselves.” Lena kissed Bianca’s soft lips tenderly.
“It will be nice, we can do anything we want without having to be quiet.” Bianca returned Lena’s kiss then cuddled up in her lover’s arms.
“How about I give you one of your gifts right now?” Lena didn’t plan on Erica being gone until tomorrow so she hadn’t figured she and Bianca would have alone time.
“I like the sound of that but only if I get to give you a gift too.” Bianca smirked and ran her hand down in between Lena’s legs. Lena groaned as Bianca rubbed her lightly through her pants. Before long they were unclothed and making love to each other on the couch.
“Well, you almost made me forget your gift.” Lena said as Bianca crawled back up into her arms.
“Oh, really must be losing my touch.” Bianca teased Lena as she pulled a blanket over them.
“I wouldn’t say that at all.” Lena kissed Bianca passionately while she flipped her over. “I would never forget something even if you try to make me pass out with your wicked ways.” Lena got up and grabbed a blanket then headed towards Erica’s room. “Close your eyes, Bianca. I’ll be right back.”
“I can’t watch you walk around in the nude if I close my eyes.”
“Close them, trust me this will be worth it if you do.” Lena found Bianca’s present and carefully pulled it out into the living room. “Okay Bianca open your eyes.” Bianca opened her eyes to see a massage table beside her.
“Lena, oh my god you bought me a massage table.” Bianca got up quickly and was examining her gift.
“It is a special type, look here is a place for your belly so when you grow bigger you can still use it.” Bianca looked so happy it brought tears to Lena’s eyes.
“Lena why are you crying?” Bianca turned her attention to her lover.
“I am just happy you like your gift.”
“I love my gift.” Bianca took Lena into her arms and wiped away the tears.
“So do you want to try it out?” Lena asked as she ran her hands over Bianca’s back.
“Yeah, that would be great. I love you so much Lena.” Bianca hugged Lena tighter against her.
“I love you too, Bianca.” Lena kissed Bianca on the cheek then went to go get a towel and the massage oil. “I’ll be right back.” Bianca nodded and went back to investigating the table.
Lena came back and found that Bianca had discovered the massage table’s up and down mechanism. “So what is this for?” Bianca turned to Lena while she continued to fiddle with the lever.
“It is to lower the table, so later in your pregnancy you don’t have to strain yourself to get on it.”
“You thought of everything. Look I can give you massages too, because the belly feature can be taken out and replaced with a flat piece.”
“This is for you Bianca not me.” Lena definitely didn’t want Bianca to strain herself by giving her back massages.
“Yes, I know but you still deserve pampering too.”
“Well maybe after your pregnancy you can give me a massage, but for now it is strictly for you. How about you get on the table so I give you a massage.”
“Okay.” Lena helped Bianca get on the table then raised it to the height, which was comfortable for herself.
Lena laid the towel on the lower half of Bianca’ s body. Then drizzled the warm massage oil onto her lover’s back.
“How did you get the oil so warm.”
“I have my ways.” Lena chuckled as she started to gently massage Bianca’s back.
“That feels wonderful.” Bianca moaned softly making Lena smile. Lena made her way to Bianca’s tight neck muscles, which earned her another soft moan from her lover.
Lena finished Bianca’s upper body and worked her way down to Bianca’s legs. She would let her hand slip between Bianca’s legs occasional sending waves of pleasure through Bianca.
“Alright sweetheart it is time to turn over.” Lena helped Bianca turn over and started to gently rub her feet.
“How much weight can this thing hold?”
“Quite a bit, why.”
“Because I want you to come lay with me.”
“What about the rest of the massage?”
“Later, come here please.” Lena did as Bianca requested and carefully positioned herself onto Bianca.
“I am not hurting you am I?”
“No, this is just fine.” Bianca brought Lena in for a tender kiss. Lena returned the kiss then laid her head down next to Bianca’s. Eventually both women fell asleep in each other’s arms.
A knocking at the door startled them awake and Lena fell off the table.
“Lena, are you okay?” Bianca started to panic when Lena didn’t get up right away.
“I am fine, just a little shocked.” Lena got up and covered Bianca with the towel then wrapped a blanket around her. “What time is it?” Lena asked as she walked to the door. “Too late for someone to be visiting.” Lena looked through the peephole and saw Greenlee standing outside their apartment. “It is Greenlee, want me to let her in?” Lena grumbled as she looked over at Bianca.
“Guess we shouldn’t leave her out there, even though it is tempting.” Bianca got off the massage table and started to put her clothes on.
Once Bianca was dressed Lena opened the door and Greenlee stormed in.
“Where are they Bianca?” Greenlee sat down on the couch not even noticing she sat down on Lena’s clothes.
“I am not telling you, so you should just leave.” Bianca watched as Lena started to sneak to their bedroom before Greenlee noticed her.
“Lena, tell your girlfriend to tell me where Jackson and Erica are.” Lena looked like a deer caught in headlights when Greenlee turned towards her. “What in the world are you wearing Lena?” Greenlee started to take in her surroundings. She noticed the massage table, blankets all over the place, and she was sitting on something other than the couch.
“I am going to go change, be right back.” Lena made a quick escape to the bedroom before Greenlee could say anything more.
“What is that?” Greenlee stood up and went over to investigate the massage table.
“None of your business, now Greenlee if there is nothing else you want you can leave.” Bianca’s patience for Greenlee was growing shorter by the minute.
“I never knew you had a kinky side Binks.” Greenlee chuckled then went to sit back down on the couch this time not on Lena’s clothes.
“Don’t call me that.” Bianca glared at Greenlee hoping she would get the hint she wasn’t welcome. “I interrupted a love fest didn’t I, oops?” Greenlee laughed again angering Bianca even more.
“Okay Greenlee it is time for you to go. Bianca needs her rest so let’s go.” Lena came back into the living room and grabbed Greenlee by the arm and started to drag her out the door.
“Hey, I am not leaving until one of you tells me where my father is.” Greenlee tried to get out of Lena’s grip.
“Timbuktu, now goodbye Greenlee.” Lena opened the door and pushed Greenlee out.
“Fine, play it that way I will go bug someone else.” Greenlee yelled at Lena as she closed the door.
“She is going to go to Kendall next, I am going to call her to warn her.” Bianca went to get the phone while Lena bolted the door shut.
“Good idea.” Lena went about cleaning the living room while Bianca called her sister. She folded up the massage table and stuck it in the corner of the living room.
“Okay, Kendall has been warned.” Bianca came into the living room to find Lena folding blankets.
“Good hopefully she won’t let her in.” Lena just shook her head and set the blankets down on the couch.
“Let’s go to bed sweetheart you look exhausted.” Lena nodded and followed Bianca to their bedroom.
“I should have just kept the blanket on.” Lena commented as she pulled off her clothes.
“Yeah and while you were throwing Greenlee out on her ass, the blanket would have fallen down giving her a good view.” Bianca laughed as she slipped into bed.
“Maybe it would have shocked her into never coming back.” Lena slid into the bed next to Bianca.
“Never know she might have come back more just to get a look at your hot body.” Bianca teased her lover as she cuddled up into Lena.
“Right.” Lena rolled her eyes as she covered them both up with the bed’s blankets. It didn’t take long for sleep to come for the two women. In the matter of minutes both of them were dead asleep.
