Here are the Images of Sailor Chibi Chibi Moon. She is actually Sailor cosmos, which is the ultimate form of Sailor Moon. She shows up in the last series Sailor Stars because she wanted to make sure she made the right choice in the past. She fled from a battle with Chaos and wanted to see if she should have destroyed all the evil and the good when she had the chance. She realized that she made the right choice, sent the quartet back to their own time and went away. Then the real sailor Moon restarted the cauldren, and in all theory the whole thing starts all over again because all the bad guys should have been brought back to life along with the good guys.
