Frisco & Felicia #24 November 9, 1989 - January 17, 1990: 8 hour original edit

DVD #24A Decker returns to Kelly’s and thanks Felicia for defending him. He tells her Frisco was upset as he didn’t have any information. He says that Frisco took off into the storm in his squad car. Another cop comes in and says that there was an accident and a cop was injured. Felicia immediately rushes to GH, worried that it may have been Frisco.

She sees him at GH and realizes he is okay and takes off crying. Frisco follows her and they both stand outside in the pouring rain. He tells her it has been long enough, two years, and they both go into each other’s arms. He tells her he is alright and tells her that he isn’t going anywhere. She says she is sorry for everything. They both say how much they love each other and begin kissing and holding each other tenderly.

11/10 Bad storm in PC continues. They arrive back home and begin peeling off the wet clothes. She says its better than fighting. He says that making up is the best part of fighting and she is easy to forgive. Frisco and Felicia get interrupted by Guy calling to tell him the PCPD got a report of more bogus $20 bills now in New Orleans (Jimmy’s handy work) Felicia wants to help Frisco with the case. He tells her no way. Jimmy rents a boat and is off to Spoon Island. Felicia sees him and reports back to Frisco. Not believing her, Frisco tells her to go home.

Felicia decides to follow Jimmy instead. Frisco knows Felicia would not giving up that easy and follows her to Spoon Island. They both hear noises and he gives her his gun for protection and takes off to investigate armed only with a flashlight. Frisco finds the secret passage way at Wyndamere and gets trapped. Jimmy is ripping up floorboards looking for something and hears Frisco. He covers his tracks and hides. Katherine and Robert get interrupted by a call from a frantic Felicia. Bad reception and the call gets disconnection. Frisco is inches from calling into the hole in the floorboards.

11/13 Frisco falls into the a hole in the floor at Wyndamere. Frisco is okay. Frisco and Felicia search for Jimmy. Robert arrives at Wyndamere. He and Frisco search the house. They find a small US mint machine. They think they have Jimmy but they really have Iona. As she tries to flee and they tackle her to the ground. She is arrested and held for questioning.

11/14 Bobbie and Tony are shocked by the morning newspaper account of Iona being a counterfeiter. Felicia happily tells them that Frisco is going to be handing in his badge after this case! Robert wants Frisco to tail Jimmy.

11/15 Anna and Felicia help Tony and Bobbie pack. Colton is uneasy when he see Frisco and Felicia together at Duke’s.

11/20 Felicia is miffed Frisco is still working for the PCPD, but he has to finish the case and then he is done. Jimmy getting another briefcase of fake money to Eileen and then he is to destroy the plates and the press. Frisco is tailing him and sees him come out of Eileen's apartment. Frisco invites Eileen to coffee at Kelly’s. Frisco works over Eileen. Felicia sees them flirting at Kellys. Robert and Frisco tie Eileen to the Tucker case. Frisco breaks into Eileen's apartment. Colton shows up. It used to be his apartment. Felicia sees Frisco coming out of Eileen's apartment.

11/21 Felicia and Katherine at Kelly’s.

11/23 Thanksgiving in Port Charles. Frisco and Tony try and cook. The Jones have Thanksgiving dinner.

11/28 Frisco keeping Felicia in the dark about what extra cases he is working for Robert. He asks Guy not to mention to Felicia that he is woking additional cases. Felicia is going to help with the upcoming GH auction with David and Jimmy as part of the PCPD sting. Frisco tells Felicia about the PCPD's suspicions on Jimmy and the Iona scheme. Felicia meets with David and Jimmy about the auction. Frisco questions Colton about Emil. Frisco and Felicia have a romantic evening.

11/29 Planning of the GH auction. Frisco wants to help with the diamond heist case. Colton and Emil get into a physical fight. Frisco breaks it up and arrests Emil. Felicia learns Frisco is lying and is working several cases for Robert not just the counterfeiting one as promised. Robert and Frisco question Emil. Robert books Emil on assault. Felicia confronts Frisco about all the PCPD work. Frisco gets a call from Eileen. With Scott hot on her tail, Lucy leaves to meet with Benny. Unaware that Robert and Frisco have staked out the docks to catch the diamond thief.

11/30 Felicia fills in Anna and Sean on the set up. Robert and Frisco ambush Scott and Lucy on the docks. They snatch the diamonds and Scott makes up a wacky story to explain whey Lucy has a bag of diamonds. Robert brings them down to the PCPD for questioning. Robert, Anna and Frisco question Scott and Lucy. Robert wants to see if Lucy can ID Emil. Lucy is too scared to finger Emil as her capture. She and Scott are released. Frisco and Felicia make love.

12/1 Frisco gets another call from Eileen. They plan to meet at the Elm Tree Motel. He was to explain things to Felicia. Colton wants to leave PC, too many memories of Felicia. Felicia wants to talk with Colton before he leaves town. Frisco meets with Eileen. She tries to put the moves on him. He stalls and realizes he will not be able to get an information out her. He manages to get out of there. Sam sees Frisco coming out of the motel and Frisco tells her to keep on eye on Eileen for him. Felicia tries to talk to Colton but he is determined to leave PC.

12/4 Olivia hijacks the helicopter that Colton is taking off in. Robert and Katherine are knocked off the side of the building and left hanging for dear life. Frisco finds Robert and Katherine on the hotel sign and rescues them.

12/5 Mouse tells Frisco her aunt wants her to come and live with her. They say goodbye. Frisco stalls Eileen who is trying to leave town. David and Jimmy readying the fake bonds. Felicia sets up Jimmy. Eileen puts the moves on Frisco again. The cops come with a warrant for Eileen's arrest and she learns Frisco set her up. Frisco finds Felicia at the bank where Jimmy is arrested.

12/6 Sean and Anna study the search map. Robert and Frisco interrogate Jimmy. Katherine begs Jimmy to tell the truth to help himself. Robert threatens to charge him with murder if he doesn’t cooperate. He insists that he is innocent. Robert lays out the evidence against him. Then he brings in what of his cohorts who identifies him as her Port Charles contact. They book her and he knows he is in the hot seat. He finally fills Robert in. He says that David was worried that Tucker was getting too close and he wanted one more big score, this is where the GH fundraiser comes in. They scam was for 10 million dollars. Felicia checks in with Anna and Sean who are still going over the search grid. They promise her they will find Colton.

Back home, Frisco and Felicia are in bed cuddling. He senses she is disturbed. She tells him it is nothing important. He knows she is worried about Colton and understands, she spent a lot of time with him. She feels guilty that he is in danger, being lost with gun totting Olivia. Frisco tells her that he is leaving in the morning to help search.

12/7 Anna and Felicia are on their way to search for the chopper. Weather prevents Anna from continuing the search.

12/11 Charlene continues blaming Felicia for Colton's accident. Anna has no news on the chopper. *Note: slight video delay on below scene. Weather has cleared and the rangers are going to begin searching for the chopper again.

12/12 Frisco and Anna find the downed helicopter but no Colton or Olivia. Olivia and Colton struggle with Olivia gun, Anna and Frisco hear the shots. Olivia is injured. Anna and Frisco find blood in the snow but again no Colton or Olivia. Snow storm is getting worse and the have to head back. Colton and Olivia find shelter at an old cabin.

12/13 Anna pressures the local sheriff to continue the search. He refuses to allow her and Frisco to jeopardize their lives with the hazardous weather. Steve fills Felicia in that Frisco and Anna sent in a blood sample but he does not yet know if it is Colton’s blood or not but it is the same blood type. Steve calls Frisco and tells him that the blood type found is the same as Colton’s. Frisco tells Felicia that he wasn’t trying to keep anything from her, he just didn’t want to worry her till he knows more. He says that weather has the search grounded but they will go out again as soon as it clears up. They are finally able to go out again to search. Felicia tries to comfort Charlene but she blames Felicia for driving Colton away.

Dvd #24B 12/13 Blood in the snow revealed to be Colton's. Searching again, Frisco and Anna find the gun in the snow but again the storm forces them back. Anna and Frisco get the report on gun. It is Scott's. Felicia insists on going out again with Frisco to search again for Colton. Colton hallucinates that Olivia is Felicia.

12/15 Robert fills in Felicia on the investigation and the search. Felicia worries that Olivia left Colton to die out there somewhere. Jimmy, Robert and Frisco find David unconscious in his hotel suite. He has been shot in the head.

12/18 Robert and Frisco investigate Jimmy’s murder. Felicia waits in ICU with Katherine, who is at Iona’s bedside. She is in heart failure and there is no match available.

12/21 Frisco and Felicia get a Christmas tree for the brownstone. Felicia, Frisco and Terri decorate their tree. Weather is clearing so Frisco and Felicia are heading out to search. Colton hot-wires the jeep Olivia found to get to to a doctor. Felicia and Frisco find the cabin but Olivia and Colton are long gone. Felicia finds the note to her from Colton.

12/22 Frisco and Felicia tells Robert about their lead on Colton. The children's Christmas party at GH. Steve reads the Christmas story. Colton arrives safely at GH. Christmas morning at the Jones’. Frisco gives Felicia a ring for Christmas and ask her to marry him, again. She happily says yes.

12/26 Frisco and Colton make peace.

12/28 Frisco and Felicia are in bed together and he says he wants to make an honest woman out of her. Frisco and Robert are talking about Tracy's case at Robert's office, and Robert admits that he doesn't think she's the one who did it. Felicia then barges in all giddy to remind Frisco about their date with the Donely's. Frisco tells her he can't come and Felicia is upset but Frisco is able to shuffle her out of the office. Frisco and Felicia meet with Sean and Tiffany for lunch, but Frisco is really there to search the hotel for evidence on Tracy. Sean and Tiffany tell Felicia that they want to give her and Frisco a wedding but Felicia turns them down. Robert and Frisco continue to work on the case and Robert thinks he finally starting to be able to tie it all together.

12/29 Felicia, Frisco, and Terri try to convince Tony and Bobbie to go to the New Year's Eve party, but they turn them down because they want to spend it with BJ and Lucas. Bobbie, Tony, Frisco, Felicia, and Terri all toast each other and the new year. Colton then shows up and breaks his date with Terri so he can spend time with Olivia. Robert uses the tainted aftershave. Everyone is at Decker and Dawn's "murder" party. Frisco and Felicia try to figure out the mystery. Robert finally appears at the party and Anna drags him away. Frisco can't find Felicia. Robert falls down the stairs at the stroke of midnight while a horrified Katherine screams.

1/2 Robert falls down the stairs at the Wyndemere party. Tiffany thinks he's faking, but Sean, Anna, and Katherine prove that he's not. Katherine starts crying that she knew something bad would happen. Frisco is able to get a pulse. Sean, Anna, Tiff, Frisco, and Felicia watch as they wheel Robert out of Wyndemere. Sean comforts a hysterical Katherine. Frisco and Anna arrive at the hospital with Robert and Monica meet them there. Sean, Felicia, Tiff, and Katherine show up soon after.

Monica then comes out and tells them that Robert had a heart attack. Robert goes into a code blue and Monica races to save him. Felicia and Tiff volunteer to go get everyone food. Frisco gets close to figuring out the case, while Sean and Anna comfort a devastated Katherine. Monica tells them that Robert died and Katherine collapses. Tiff calls the news station and breaks the news that Robert's died and then collapses into Sean's arms. Anna and Felicia come back to a sleeping Robin.

1/3 The newspaper headlines scream, “Robert Scorpio Dead”! Robert, Sean, Terri, Anna, and Felicia are all comforting Robin. Tony and Bobbie show up, and Bobbie tries to get through to Robin. Bobbie tells Felicia she tried to contact Luke and Laura to let them know. Anna, Sean, and Frisco all show up at the police station. Frisco then tells them that he thinks Jimmy is behind it all. Rowdy comes by to visit Robin and Felicia. He tries to comfort her but she storms out. Frisco is furious to learn Anna and Sean are going to let Jimmy go. Frisco comforts a sobbing Felicia. Katherine and Sean come to the secret room and are met by a very much alive Robert.

1/4 Katherine rushes into the Donely's penthouse to reunite with Robert. The two of them, along with Anna, Sean, Frisco, and Tiffany discuss how they are going to use his "death" to their advantage. Frisco sneaks into the house and snoops around for information. Mary catches him, but he is able to cover and get out. Frisco comes back to the penthouse to report what he found at Katherine's.

1/5 Day of Robert's funeral. Felicia is having a hard time playing along with rouse of Robert's death. Sean, Tiffany, Anna and Robert meet at the penthouse to go over the plan for the funeral. Mourners arrive for the funeral service. Felicia drops Robin off at Katherine so she can see Robert. Robin helps Robert search for the bonds at the townhouse. Robert's funeral begins. Katherine and Frisco sing. Katherine has to stop Mary from inviting everyone back to the townhouse thus blowing Robert's plan. Robert, while searching for the bonds, does find a semi-destroyed mini-tape near the fireplace. Robert puts the mini-tape back together. It is the tape of David admitting to Jimmy how he killed Tucker.  

1/8 Sean, Frisco, and Anna return to the penthouse after the service and are confused when Robert is not there. Robert disguised as Vladimir at Katherine's townshouse.  Anna, Sean and Frisco show up the townhouse and meet Vladimir and learn about the mini-tape. Sean and Frisco make dubs of the mini-tape. Robert pays Katherine a late night visit. Robert's plan to rattle Jimmy seems to be working. 

1/9 Frisco and Sean trying to get Jimmy to crack.

1/11 Anna thinks Frisco should search for the bonds in Jimmy's old office at GH. Frisco with the help of Monica set Jimmy up thus driving him just a bit more insane. Jimmy removes a vile of poison from a hiding place in his room at the townhouse.

1/12 Frisco, Anna, Sean are tracking Jimmy O'Hurley. Anna and Sean are in a motel room getting ready to make contact with Jimmy.  Robert (disguised as Vladimir) gets Katherine and Mary out of the Katherine's house. Jimmy gets a disturbing phone call from Anna using a voice disguising device. She knows he killed David McCallister for the bonds and then poisoned Robert. She wants money or she goes to the cops. She tells him to meet her at the motel with the money. Jimmy on route to the motel takes a detour to the docks. Frisco is tracking him as he is bugged with a pin like tracking device. Jimmy realizes and destroys the device. Jimmy runs into Katherine who tries to keep the plan in play but he sees right through her. Robert knows Jimmy is aware he has been set up.  Jimmy returns to Katherine’s. Mary finds the bonds Jimmy was hiding at the house. Jimmy surprises her. She is now in danger.

1/15 Jimmy threatens Mary with the same poison he “killed” Robert with.  He starts to crackup and confesses to everything. The police arrive outside. Katherine gives Robert the slip and makes it inside to help Mary.  Standoff with Jimmy continues. Katherine gives the police a way into her house to capture Jimmy. Katherine distracts Jimmy. Tracy  shows up at GH claiming that Larry gave her a black eye in a fight about his jealousy of David. The team moves in on Jimmy. Vladimir is revealed as Robert.

1/16 Robert cracks Jimmy and he is taken into custody. Felicia who was with Robin in hiding during this whole Jimmy fiasco brings Robin back to PC. Robin is then reunited with Robert. Robert reinstated as PC commissioner. Felicia is happy that the O'Hurley case was Frisco's last on the PC force. He is retiring.

1/17 Frisco comes home and sweetly surprises an asleep Felicia in bed with a large homemade Valentine. His valentine invites her to marry him on Valentine’s Day. She teases him that she will have to check her calendar as she might be busy. He knows what he has put her through since his return from prison. He wants to make it all up to her and be the kind of husband she wants and deserves. She is worried about him giving up the police force. He promises her that he is sure about giving up being a cop, that he just wants to be with her.
