Frisco & Felicia #23 September 23 - November 9, 1989: 8 hour original edit

DVD #23A Tony lies about Frisco to Colton and later to Charlene. Frisco and Felicia show up the “Hat Trick” yet again for food. Felicia persuades Frisco to call Tony and tell him that he is all right. Felicia also calls Colton. She lies to him and tells him she is still on the train. Decker hustles some bar customers and a fight breaks out. Frisco is roughed up a bit and re-injuries his shoulder. Felicia taking care of Frisco after the fight.

9/14 Fearing what might happen if Colton finds Felicia with Frisco, Anna tells Tony that they must delay Colton.

9/15 Felicia taking care of Frisco who has developed a fever. She gets him antibiotics. Frisco is having dreams of his past with Felicia. Frisco is somewhat milking his fever so Felicia will stay with him. Colton wants to go to Ohio.

9/18 Frisco is trying to stall Felicia as she packs. She is leaving on a bus now for Texas. Lucy overhears Tony trying to get a message to Frisco about Colton leaving to find them. Frisco and Felicia kiss goodbye. Frisco gets Tony's message. Felicia now wants to go back to Port Charles and explain everything to Colton. She ditches Frisco and takes his rental car. He will have to hitch back. Lucy tells Colton about what she overheard from Tony. Colton is now determined to find them and is angry with Tony for interfering. Colton goes to confront Tony at the brownstone and is surprised to see Frisco already there but no Felicia. They get into a physical fight. Felicia’s rental car gets a flat and she has no spare. She is stranded in the middle of no where.

9/19 With still no Felicia, Colton and Frisco call the PCPD. Felicia tries to call Bobbie but the call has a bad connection. Robert puts an APB out on Felicia. Frisco and Colton go with Sam to search for Felicia. Decker and Phoebe accidentally hit Felicia with the motorcycle. They panic and hide the bike and take Felicia, who is unconscious, to a cabin in the woods. Frisco and Colton find Felicia’s belongings on the side of the road but no Felicia.

9/20 Phoebe wants to split but Decker refuses to just leave Felicia. Felicia wakes up in the cabin. Decker is no where in sight. Felicia finds Phoebe’s wallet. She believes that is her. Decker returns to the cabin to find Felicia dressed in Phoebe’s outrageous clothes.

9/21 PCPD thinks the worst when the lab matches Felicia’s blood to the blood on her belongings they found on the side of the road. Decker lets Felicia believe she is Phoebe. Frisco agrees to come back to the force so he can search for Felicia in a official capacity. Felicia leaves a note for Decker that she is going to a local bicker bar for food. Decker returns to find Felicia’s note. Felicia at the bar having a great time. Colton and Frisco show up but they don’t see her in her disguise. Decker finds her.

9/25 Felicia and Decker hop on a train heading for Louisville. Anna, Frisco, Lucy and Bobbie get word on the fire at Tony's. Robert brings Tanganvia back to the cottage to stay with him. The PCPD arrive at Tony's. They suspect arson and Bobbie seems like a likely suspect thanks to Lucy as she threatened to burn the house down before she let Lucy have it. Decker and Felicia arrive in Louisville. They check into a fancy hotel they cannot afford. Colton joins Frisco for a drink at Dukes.

9/26 Felicia running up hers and Deckers hotel bill. Decker begins to teach her some of his cons. Felicia sees the ad in the paper about the missing Phoebe. She calls the number. Anna misses the call. Anna gets Felicia’s message left on answering machine. Felicia practicing cards for Deckers cons. *Note: Slight video glitch in this scene.

9/27 Anna, Colton, and Frisco are baffled by Felicia’s message. Felicia wants in on Decker’s poker game. Frisco sings at Duke’s to get his mind of Felicia. Felicia and Decker score some money from their poker game. They stiff the fancy hotel they are staying at. The manager of the Louisville hotel Decker and Felicia are staying calls Anna to report that he has seen Phoebe. Frisco recognizes Phoebe from Anna’s missing person’s flyers. Felicia and Decker gets tickets to Atlantic City.

9/28 Anna and Frisco get information that Phoebe is on her way to Atlantic City and that Decker is with her. Charlene overhears them. Felicia and Decker on a a bus. Charlene believes Decker is innocent in all of this and that Phoebe is the cause of his problems. Frisco and Anna take off for Atlantic City. Felicia and Decker arrive in Atlantic City. Jimmy O’Hurley (David McAllister’s new assistant) gambling in Atlantic City. He runs into Decker and Felicia.

Anna and Frisco arrives in Atlantic City. Anna and Frisco almost run into Felicia on the boardwalk. Felicia it seems is beginning to get some of her memory back. Felicia and Decker gambling pretty heavily. Anna and Frisco get a lead on Phoebe and Decker.

9/29 Decker and Felicia are doing very well at the craps table. Frisco and Anna arrive at the casino. Decker spots them and he ushers Felicia to hide. Anna gets a message from Colton about Phoebe and she and Frisco decide to head home as the case is solved. Frisco and Ann return to PC to question Phoebe. Her parents arrive to take her home but not before Frisco is able to get her fingerprints on a glass to compare to the one found on the stolen motorcycle. Felicia pickpockets Jimmy. She steals a cameo from him with Andrew Jackson face on it.

10/2 Phoebe’s prints match the prints found on the stolen motorcycle. The PCPD want to question her again. Decker tries to call Phoebe and is told she is with the police. Decker is freaked out. Felicia is wearing the cameo as a necklace. Jimmy runs into Decker and Felicia again in a diner. Frisco grills Phoebe again at the PCPD. She is confronted with the fingerprint evidence. They don’t get anything out of her though. Decker and Felicia run some more cons. Frisco wants to get together a flyer to help in the search for Felicia. The PCPD get the flyer printed and out. Decker talks with the real Phoebe and she tells him she did not rat him out to the police.

10/5 Mouse wants to help Frisco at the PI office with his hunt for the missing Felicia/Phoebe. Frisco wants Mouse to get her job back as part of the crew working at Wyndamere She agrees to try. Colton wants Charlene to get a recent picture of Decker as he believes Decker is with Felicia. Decker calls Charlene and Colton is certain he hears Felicia in the background. Felicia on the run with Decker. Colton tells Frisco about the phone call from Decker. Decker and Phoebe run some cons at some local stores for cash. They almost get caught. Frisco tries to trace Decker’s call but no luck. Frisco and Colton get a lead. Decker and Felicia are in Atlantic City. Frisco and Colton rush out the door together.

10/6 Colton and Frisco believe she has been lying to them. Decker and Felicia check into a cheap motel. Decker goes out to wrestle up a poker game for money. Colton and Frisco come up with a plan to make Felicia come home. Jimmy O’Hurley (Mary’s nephew) comes to PC. At Deckers‘ poker game, one of the players thinks he recognizes Felicia from a missing person’s flyer. Decker covers. Frisco and Colton set up a hotline for information on Felicia They question whether Felicia left on purpose to get away from both of them. Frisco attends BJ’s birthday party. Jimmy meets with David at his motel home to discuss their money counterfeit scheme. Jimmy tells him that a crazy chick in Atlantic City picked his pocket. David tells him to find the girl and get his counterfeit Jackson cameo plate back, no matter what he has to do! Felicia and Decker have dinner at a fancy restaurant with the poker winnings. Felicia sees her photo on Tiffany’s newscast as Colton and Frisco each make a plea for her to return.

10/9 Felicia tries to flee the motel room, but Decker stops her. He is ready to tell her the truth. Felicia sees Decker’s photo on TV. Decker learns Felicia and Colton were married and he explains why he couldn’t go to police after her accident. Felicia is confused by her feelings and decides to stay on the run with Decker a little longer. Felicia leaves a message for Anna on her machine saying she is all right but is not ready to face the music yet in PC. Jimmy tells David he knows where Phoebe is, in Connecticut. Anna misses Felicia’ s message.

10/10 Jimmy shows up at the real Phoebe Dawson’s house in Connecticut. He realizes he has the wrong Phoebe.

DVD #23B

10/13 Frisco helping to plan Tony and Bobbie’s wedding. Frisco and Felicia almost run into each other at the hotel. Ruby, Terri, BJ and Lucas arrives in Puerto Rico for the ceremony. They were all in on it. Prep for the wedding. Decker and Felicia have dinner at the hotel restaurant. Colton gets a call on the hotline that Felicia has been spotted in Puerto Rico. Tony and Bobbie’s Wedding. The reception for Tony and Bobbie. Colton shows up in Puerto Rico. Felicia is in the lobby and overhears Frisco and Colton arguing about her. Then suddenly they see her.

10/16 Felicia pretends she is Phoebe even though she has regained her memory. She is not ready to deal with Colton and Frisco yet. She tells them her name is Phoebe. Colton tells her that her name is Felicia Shore. Frisco inserts that it is Jones! Decker reminds Felicia she called Anna as Felicia. Colton and Frisco arrive at Felicia’s room. While Frisco believes she is faking, Colton believes she just may have amnesia. Decker splits after Felicia tells him she does not want see him get into any trouble. Frisco interrupts Tony’s honeymoon to have him check out Felicia.

Tony examines Felicia and she keeps up the charade. Colton suggests they bring the real Phoebe to PC and Felicia will then be confronted with the truth and drop the act. Sean notices that Anna answering machine has been unplugged. He gets Felicia’s message. The Jones’ convince Felicia to return to PC. Both Frisco and Colton insist on staying in Felicia’s room for the night.

10/17 Colton, Felicia, and Frisco arrive in PC. Sean is waiting for them. He knows Felicia is lying. He confronts her privately and he agrees to go along with the charade for now. Colton and Frisco try to trip Felicia up. They want her to see Tom Hardy. Felicia tells Robert that Decker was not involved in anything that happened to her. Felicia meets with Tom but realizes she is not fooling him with her act. She is confused about her feelings.

Robert, Colton and Frisco arrive at the Jone’s home to grill Decker. He denies hitting Felicia with the motorcycle. Robert informs Colton and Frisco that their plan to get the real Phoebe Dawson to PC won’t work as she is away with her parents. Frisco takes Decker to be fingerprinted. Decker is off the hook for now. Frisco tries to get through to Felicia. She is not giving up.

10/19 Colton, Frisco and Felicia arrive at Kelly’s. Ruby is thrilled to see her! Felicia slips up a little as she starts to order her favorite and then remembers and stops. Frisco continues to order Ruby’s famous flapjacks for her, knowing that is what she wants. Dexter soon joins the group. He pretends to have only met Felicia at The Hat Trick with Frisco.

Felicia visits Anna and Robin next. They each hug her and she refrains from returning the joyous hugs. Robin asks her if she remembers the house? Felicia says she wishes she did remember it. Robin encouraged her that last year when Robin was sick that her friends got her through it, including Felicia who hugged her and loved her till she got through it. She promises to do the same for Felicia.

Sean takes everyone into the kitchen leaving Felicia alone with Anna so she could tell her the truth. She says there was a time when she really did have amnesia until she saw them on TV and remembered them. Decker sees Felicia at GH. She wants to know why he came back to PC. Colton gets jumped, tied up, and thrown into a GH linen closet. Someone wants his helicopter to make a run to the prison to pick up Victor Jerome.

10/20 Frisco tries to put the moves on Felicia. He orders pizza. Decker shows up at Felicia’s apartment. Frisco and Robert arrive at GH to investigate the helicopter theft.

10/23 Jimmy shows up at Felicia’s but never makes it inside her apartment as Bobbie and Tony visit. He hides. Anna, Robert and Frisco find out where the chopper landed and who was on it. It was used for Victor Jerome’s escape from prison. Colton arrives at Felicia’s and Jimmy is forced to flee.

10/26 Felicia finds a big package outside of her door. Frisco soon appears wearing a Rhett Butler hat. He shows her the Scarlett O’Hara dress and tells her it is for the Halloween party that night. He wants her to be his date. She asks what if she doesn’t want to go with him? He tells her, “Frankly my dear, I don’t give a damn!” She asks what if she doesn’t want to be Scarlett? He checked with the Halloween shop and no one else is going as Scarlett. He tells her she was born to be Scarlett. When she continues to be snarky, he snatches up the dress and tells her to never mind. She stops him from leaving. He gets excited and shows her his costume, then realizes his pants are way too short! As he leaves he tells her, “Your going to look mighty pretty in that dress Miss Scarlett!”

Felicia is dressed in her Scarlett attire as Colton arrives wearing a knight outfit and invites her to be his date. Frisco arrives dressed as Rhett and tells him that Felicia has made her choice. Frisco and Colton have words arguing over who she will go with. Felicia gets irritated and tells them she isn’t going to the party with either of them! Felicia arrives at the party with her suitors following close behind her. She tells them to leave her alone and she stalks off with Tom. She tells him those two guys are driving her bonkers!

Jimmy breaks into Felicia’s but she is wearing the cameo as a bracelet to the party. Decker tells Colton he should read the writing on the wall. Frisco is Rhett and Felicia is Scarlett and Colton is out in the cold! Colton continues to exist in denial and insists the outcome will be Felicia & Colton!

10/27 Robert is dressed as The Lone Ranger, and Katherine as Pocahontas, Frisco tells Anna that he thinks Felicia is faking her amnesia. He thinks she is hiding something. He asks Anna what she thinks? She will only tell him that she thinks Felicia is very confused. Then uses the start of the Scavenger Hunt to evade Frisco’s questions. Colton asks Felicia to be his partner for the Scavenger Hunt? Before she can answer, Frisco approaches them. Colton warns him off that he has already asked her to be his partner. Felicia braces for Frisco to argue this idea. Frisco says he won’t argue about it, that he isn’t interested in doing the Scavenger Hunt.

Felicia is immediately suspicious of Frisco backing off. He says he thinks it is a great idea for Felicia to be Colton’s partner. She can spend some time with him and let him down easy. He tells her that it is time she is honest about the game she is playing. He knows her better than anyone else and he knows who she wants. He tells her, “Admit it Scarlett, you can’t live without me!”. The Headless Horseman (Jimmy) follows Felicia. Colton loses Felicia on the scavenger hunt. When Jimmy notices the cameo on Felicia, he tries to grab it from her. She flees into the woods crying for Frisco to help her. He hears her cries for help and runs to the rescue.

Frisco finds Felicia before Jimmy can and she runs into his arms. She sobs as she tells him about the man chasing her. She admits she has been faking. She begs him to hold her and never let her go. She cries that she loves him and she is so sorry. She asks him to forgive her for everything. He promises to never let her go and kisses her! Colton has come upon them and watches as he realizes he has lost.

10/30 Felicia is worried about hurting Colton. Decker tells her that Colton saw her and Frisco kissing. Felicia finds Colton and tells him that she is sorry for hurting him. He is very angry and hurt. He tells her she should have told him that she was still in love with Frisco, he never would have married her. She thanks him for being there for him, for helping her to heal and feel whole again. She cries that Frisco was her first love. She begs him to forgive her. He tells her that he just wants to forget her and takes off.

Frisco comes across Felicia crying on the docks. She is devastated for hurting Colton but tells Frisco she knows she made the right decision. Felicia and Frisco decide to go to a hotel as Felicia doesn’t want to go back to the brownstone. He realizes she is hurting over letting go of Colton. He tells her he has waited a long time for this. He wants to wait to make love though and says they should just get some sleep. They kiss and hold each other, finally together as “Lady of My Heart” plays in the background. He reminds her that she is the lady of his heart.

10/31 Frisco wants Felicia to tell him the truth about what happened after the accident with Decker. She denies being with him. Frisco and Felicia make love. Decker beats Jimmy to finding the cameo.

11/2 Decker hides the cameo in Charlene’s jewelry box.

11/3 Note: Technical Difficulties on station. GH joined in progress :30 seconds cut into a F&F scene. Frisco and Felicia in bed. He asks her if she wants to get married again? She wants to wait as she doesn’t want to rub Colton’s face in it. Frisco agrees but tells her he doesn’t want to wait too long. Frisco goes to see Robert and turns in his badge. Robert runs by the counterfeit case with Frisco. He has promised Felicia he would get a career with no risks. Frisco and Felicia talk about the counterfeiting case and she remembers about the cameo. Decker goes to retrieve the cameo from the jewelry box but it is gone. Seems Charlene has donated it to the rummage sale at GH. Decker calls Felicia and checks in. Colton finds a picture of Decker with Felicia. He confronts him and punches him out and leaves him in an alley unconscious.

11/6 Colton shows Frisco the pictures of Felicia with Decker, proof that she was on the run with Decker. Decker tells Felicia the cameo is gone and he learns Charlene has put it in the rummage sale. Frisco confronts Felicia about lying about Decker. Sam shows Robert the cameo. Tiffany tells him she bought it at the rummage sale. One of the thugs following Decker shoots a gun off just as Sam is showing Robert the cameo. Felicia cries to Frisco that they are after the cameo! In the confusion the cameo is dropped and one the thugs gets it. Robert takes Felicia and Decker down to the PCPD. Felicia tells Robert about lifting the cameo in Atlantic City. Robert cuts them a break and lets them off the hook. Frisco is upset at Felicia for not telling him the truth about Decker. He points out that she put Robert’s life in danger!

11/7 Frisco starts packing up and Felicia asks him where he is going?Frisco tells her he is going to move to Kelly’s. He is hurt and tells her that he doesn’t want to hear anymore lies from her. She assures him that she did have amnesia. He asks if she had amnesia when she came home? When he found her in Puerto Rico? He tells her that he can’t deal with her feeling confused any longer or hear her talk about being confused. He tells her that she has been acting like a spoiled little girl since she has been back in Port Charles.

He tells her that he never played with her feelings, that he was honest about what he wanted from her. He rubs it in that Robert was almost killed yesterday. She pleads with him that she now wants to tell him everything, explain everything. He tells her to go tell it to Colton, maybe he will want to hear it. He tells her that it is time for her to take responsibility for her choices, for her mistakes. She asks him what he wants her to do? He tells her she will have to figure that out.

Devastated Felicia tells Tony, Bobbie and Terri that Frisco has moved out and doesn’t want to have anything more to do with her. She shares that she wasn’t honest with Frisco and acted like an irresponsible spoiled little child. Tony assures her that Frisco loves her and he will talk to Frisco. Felicia says she lied to Frisco and when you love someone you shouldn’t lie to them. She really thinks it is over.

Frisco interrogates the shooting witness at GH. Decker shows up to see Felicia. She snarks, “Who let you in?” She tells him this is all his fault! If only he had given her the cameo, she could have given it to Frisco. She tells him that Frisco doesn’t want anything to do with her and it is all Decker’s fault! Felicia backs off and tells Decker that she is now trying to blame him for something she did. Decker offers to try to talk to Frisco on her behalf. She tells him not to, it will only make things worse. She can’t believe this has happened after everything they have gone through. Decker says that you don’t fall in love every day, that Frisco loves her and she loves him. He encourages her to fight for Frisco as that kind of love doesn’t come along every day!

Felicia stops Colton at GH and tells him she wants to tell him about Decker. She pleads with him to believe that she didn’t tell him about Decker only because she didn’t want to get Decker into trouble. She assures Colton that Decker only tried to help her through the amnesia. He says that he thinks he knew all along she was going to choose Frisco, ever since that night in the warehouse. She says she has never seen him so cold before. She fills Tony in and she remorsefully says that she betrayed them both. Tony points out how much she loves Frisco and he knows Frisco loves her. Frisco walks into the GH nurse’s station. Colton stops him and points out that he was right about Felicia being with Decker.

11/9 Felicia is at Kelly’s and they all listen intently as a severe storm warning for Port Charles is broadcasted. Decker comes in and joins them. Frisco then comes in and says he wants to take Decker down to the PCPD for questioning again. Felicia warns that if she takes him in that she will never speak to him again! Decker offers to go with him, that he has already told him everything he knows but if he wants to hear it again that he will cooperate.

Felicia says this is exactly why she did not tell him about Decker helping her during the worst time of her life! She knew he couldn’t handle it! He tells her that she will never know how he would have reacted. She points out that his behavior now is a pretty good indicator. She accuses him of just wanting to throw his weight around. Frisco grills Decker and gets rough with him. Sam breaks it up.
