There really isn’t a lot of additional Felicia storyline. After Frisco departed in June, 1987, she did not have much storyline through the rest of the year. She was involved in Duke & Anna’s wedding as a bridesmaid on the Duke & Anna #23B in the fall of 1987. Early 1988, she was involved in The Snowman storyline when Anna is held captive by Grant as she comforts a catatonic Robin who witnessed Philomenia’s death.

Frisco & Felicia #20 June 2 - July 25, 1989: 10 hours original edit

DVD #20A Felicia is moping around, missing Frisco. Terry asks Felicia to attend a prayer meeting with her. Felicia meets Coltin Shore. Felicia and Terry arrive home from the prayer meeting to find a letter from the WSB.

March 4 The letter from the WSB says that Frisco is MIA. Felicia is devastated. Tony and Felicia contact the WSB for info on Frisco. The WSB is giving Tony the brush off, so Felicia decides to go see Sean. He calls his contact at the bureau but learns nothing. Coltin sees a heartbroken Felicia wandering the docks and follows her into the church. He listens to her sobbing prayer to bring Frisco home to her.

March 7 Sean tells Robert about Frisco's disappearance. Robert contacts the WSB for info on Frisco. Unfortunately, nobody there seems to know anything. Felicia becomes angry, and blames Robert and Sean for filling his head with all the glamour and intrigue of the WSB.

March 8 Felicia and Lucy discuss the plans for the daycare center. When Steve announces that he is going to hire an assistant, Felicia and Lucy try to persuade Tony to apply. Felicia bemoans the WSB and their treatment of Frisco. She decides to find her husband on her own.

March 9 While Felicia is getting the run around from the WSB officials, Sean is trying to track Frisco down using the computer. Terry tries to help Felicia deal with Frisco's disappearance. Felicia goes to visit Anna.

March 11 Felicia is on her way to Washington DC to WSB headquarters. Felicia meets with the director of the WSB to find out about Frisco. Unfortunately, he gives her the run around too.

March 14 Felicia holds a WSB official hostage in his office until he gives her information on Frisco. Felicia finally learns that Frisco is alive, but she has to pretend he's dead for his protection.

March 15 Felicia visits Tony and confides in him that Frisco is still alive. She also informs him that they must pretend he is dead for his safety. Tony is ecstatic and willing to go along with it.

March 16 Felicia arrives and tells Sean that Frisco is really alive. Felicia and Cheryl watch Tiffany's show with Sean. The girls seem to like Colton while Sean thinks he's a fruit loop.

April 26 Felicia gets a visit from Mr. Kinley of the WSB. He informs her that Frisco is officially missing and presumed dead. Felicia faints. When she comes to, she asks where Frisco was. Mr. Kinley refuses to tell her anything more. Felicia runs out of the house hysterical. Scotty appears from the kitchen where he overheard everything. He yells at Mr. Kinley and then runs after Felicia.

Sean and Colette arrive at the park looking for clues as to Felicia's whereabouts. Colette thinks it's a dead end and leaves. Sean sits there until he notices the message on the pipe. Unfortunately, Felicia has the other half of the message. Leblanc interrogates Felicia about a package Frisco sent her. She doesn't know what he's talking about. She tells him that she never received any package. Leblanc doesn't believe her and turns to go. Just then, a sniper starts shooting. Colton rushes in and saves Felicia.

May 30 Back at the warehouse, Leblanc is hit by the sniper. Colton decides to go for Leblanc's gun, while Felicia creates a diversion. Colton grabs the gun and starts shooting back. They exchange shots for a few minutes and then the sniper leaves. Colton tries to drag Felicia out of the building but she refuses to leave without Frisco's ring. Felicia gets the ring and Colton checks to see if Leblanc is dead. As they leave, Leblanc's body is dragged out of site. Felicia arrives home with Colton to find Sean waiting. They explain what happened at the warehouse. Sean asks Colton to take him there. Felicia refuses to be left alone so she tags along. Sean, Colton, and Felicia arrive at the warehouse but can't find Leblanc's body or any evidence of a shootout for that matter. Suddenly, the police show up. Colton and Felicia make it out but Sean has to hide.

June 1 Felicia and Colton talk about the shooting. He tries to convince Felicia to let it go but she refuses. She's determined to find Frisco or at least his grave. Colton finally agrees to help but he needs to know exactly what is going on. Felicia reveals everything, the kidnapping, and breaking into the WSB. Jerome's. She tries to distract him with another conversation.

June 6 Felicia wants to know how Leblanc got a hold of Frisco's wedding ring. Felicia replays the shooting in her mind, but is startled out of her memory by the phone. Colton wants to meet. Felicia informs Colton that she's going to Quebec.

June 7 Sean finds Colette in his house. They try to figure out what Frisco was after that everyone wants. Sean thinks maybe Leblanc was the unknowing messenger. Colette finally gives in and tells Sean what Frisco was doing on his last mission.

June 9 Felicia receives a package with no return address at the brownstone. She leaves for work and forgets to take the package. Colton receives a letter telling him to back off the Frisco investigation or Felicia will be hurt. He meets Felicia at Kelly's to walk her to work. Colette sneaks in the PI office and eavesdrops on them until she's caught. She questions Felicia about what Frisco sent her. Colton doesn't like where the questions are going so he asks her if Sean knows about this meeting. Colette gets the hint and leaves.

June 14 Felicia visits Anna. Anna asks her about the Lockenbooth and who found it when she was kidnapped. Felicia meets with Tony. She shows him Frisco's wedding ring. They try to help each other through the realization that Frisco is dead.

June 15 Felicia and Colton talk about her wedding anniversary. Terry gives Colton the package for Felicia.

June 16 Felicia shows Anna Frisco's wedding ring. When Anna asks who gave it to her, she lies and says, “The WSB”. Felicia invites Colton to dinner. Felicia finally opens the package with no return address. It turns out to be a music box from Frisco for their anniversary.

June 17 Felicia discovers that the postmark on her package is from Washington DC. She's thrilled because Frisco is alive. However, Colton is not convinced. He explains that Frisco could've sent the package to Washington months ago with instructions to forward it on a certain date. Unfortunately, Felicia doesn't want to hear that and becomes angry with Colton. He decides to leave her with her memories and goes home. Flashbacks of Frisco and Felicia when they got engaged and when they got married.

A fire breaks out in the brownstone while Terry and Bobbie are at the table talking. Terry rushes upstairs to get Felicia. Unfortunately, Felicia is sound asleep and doesn't hear Terry frantically beating on the door. Terry continues to pound on the door and starts screaming. Finally, Felicia wakes up and stumbles to the door. Smoke is already pouring into the apartment when she opens the door. Terry drags her down the stairs and out to safety. Suddenly, Felicia realizes that her music box is still upstairs. She runs back into the house unnoticed. She grabs the box and runs to the stairs. The smoke is so thick that she can't see the top step and falls down the stairs. Colton arrives on the scene and becomes hysterical when he can't find Felicia.

June 21, 1988 (:20 minute news pre-emption) Tony and Patrick examine Felicia in the hospital. She remains unconscious. Tony and Colton discuss Felicia's condition. Colton shows him the music box and explains where it came from. Tony is elated. He feels that Frisco must be alive. Colton tells him exactly what he told Felicia. Tony sits with Felicia. (End of show was interrupted for a special news report)

June 23 Felicia remains unconscious. Colton returns to Felicia's apartment exhausted. As he looks around, it suddenly occurs to him that maybe the music box is what everyone's looking for. He places a call to Sean. However, he doesn't realize that Felicia's phone is tapped and the terrorists are recording the call. The terrorists discover that Colton has taken the music box to be fixed. After placing the call, Colton falls fast asleep on the couch. He dreams about the music box and that the store, where he left it, is being broken into. When he wakes, Colton calls Sean. Sean doesn't understand him and thinks he's still half asleep. So he ignores Colton's warnings and tells him to get some sleep. Felicia starts to wake up. She mumbles in her sleep about the music box.

June 24 Sean and Colette visit Felicia in the hospital. Sean is convinced that if Felicia hears the music box she will wake from her coma. Colton retrieves the box and immediately returns it to Felicia in the hospital.

June 27 Colton plays the music box for Felicia. Unfortunately, she doesn't wake up. Colton lays the box in her hands and winds it up before he leaves. Someone sneaks into Felicia's room and tries to pry the box from her hands. Just then, Tony walks in. The man attacks him and runs out. Tony chases after him which allows Colette to slip in undetected. She tries to take the box from Felicia. Felicia starts to wake up. Sean arrives and finds Colette in Felicia's room. Felicia wakes up and Sean tells her what happened in the fire.

June 28 Sean informs Felicia that Frisco may have hidden something in the box. She allows him to check it. Sean explains to Felicia that they need to take the box apart to find out if there is anything in it. (Flashbacks of Frisco singing Lady of My Heart to Felicia) Felicia gives Sean and Colton permission to take the box but only for one day. They bring it to the jeweler and ask him to dismantle it. He finally agrees when Sean gives him $100. The jeweler finds some initials on the box. (C.N.A) Colette chases a man out of Felicia's room.

June 29 Felicia asks Colette who the man was. Felicia feels somewhat grateful and tells Colette that Sean and Colton have the music box. Colton and Sean return to the hospital with the music box. Felicia tells them about the man that broke into her room and how Colette chased him away.

June 30 Sean tells Colton he's going to Washington. Felicia wakes up alone. She reaches for the music box and plays it. Colton comes in with breakfast shortly after. She tells him that she had a dream that Sean kissed her head and told her that he was going to Washington. Colton tells her it wasn't a dream. Just as she asks when he will be back, Colette barges in.

July 1 Colton and Felicia try to discover what the initials C.N.A. mean. Felicia has a meltdown and snaps at Colton. Colton and Felicia finally discover where the music box was made. Unfortunately, so do the terrorists. Somebody breaks into the PI office and trashes the place.

July 4 Colton spends the night on Felicia's couch. Felicia wants to go to Quebec in search of the music box maker. Colton thinks they should wait for Sean. Felicia agrees to wait for Sean to go to Quebec. She and Colton pack a lunch and head down to the docks to watch the fireworks.

July 6 Colton talks Felicia out of going to Quebec. Felicia arrives at work and finds Anna cleaning up the office. Anna inquires about Sean and if he's coming to work. Felicia tells her that Sean is in Washington tracking down leads on Frisco. Felicia helps Anna clean for a while then decides she's going to Quebec with or without Sean and Colton. She has to know what happened to Frisco so she can move on with her life. Colton becomes concerned when he can't reach Felicia at home or the office. He has a hunch that she has gone to the airport. Colton catches up with Felicia on the plane to Quebec. He agrees to go with her.

July 7 The terrorist's arrive in Quebec before Felicia and Colton. They hold up the store owner and hang the closed sign. When Colton and Felicia arrive they find the store closed so they decide to come back later. While being interrogated, the store owner discovers that the knob on Felicia's box is different. Kinly tries to tell Sean about the danger that Felicia is in and who is behind it, but before he can he collapses and dies.

July 8 Colton and Felicia return to the store only to find that it is still closed. It suddenly occurs to Colton that they could have been followed by the terrorists. They decide to check with the local police on any recent explosions in the area. The shop owner is jumped when he arrives to open the store. He is coached on what to say when Felicia and Colton arrive. Colton and Felicia arrive and question the store owner. They show him a picture of Frisco and the music box. He denies selling the box or knowing Frisco. Just then, the terrorists grab Colton and Felicia and drag them into the back room.

Dvd #20C July 11 The two men holding Colton and Felicia try to take her music box. Just then Sean bursts in and frees them. They all escape before the police get there. Sean tells Colton and Felicia that Kinley was murdered. Sean and Colton speculate on whether or not the store owner was involved with the terrorists or not. Meanwhile, Felicia excuses herself to go to the ladies room. However, she never returns. She sneaks out and returns to the store. Sean becomes suspicious when she doesn't return so he asks the waitress. She informs them that Felicia left. They race back to the store. Sean finds Felicia and drags her out before she has a chance to speak with the store owner. The two men who attacked them are outside watching the shop and see them leave.

July 13 Sean and Colton worry about how to disguise Felicia with her long hair. She decides to help them and cuts it. Sean, Felicia, and Colton head back to the store in their disguises. Colton sits outside the shop disguised as a panhandler. Sean and Felicia discover that the shop owner has been removed and replaced by a woman. Sean figures that she is one of the terrorists. He drags Felicia out of the store. They meet up with Colton and head back to the hotel. Sean gets the feeling they are being followed.

They decide to return to PC at once. While Colton is packing, he notices a newspaper article of a terrorist bombing. Amongst all the rubble, there is a clear shot of a symbol painted on the wall of the building. Colton thinks it looks familiar for some reason. He begins having flashbacks to when he was stationed oversee with the Marines. On the plane ride home, he relives the horror of waking up in the middle of all that death and destruction. He tells Felicia about the bombing and how his friends all died but somehow he survived. Colton realizes why the symbol in the paper looked familiar. It is the same symbol that was painted on the wall of his Marine barracks.

July 14 Sean and Colton meet to discuss the case. Something jars Colton's memory and he remembers the symbol next to Leblanc's body when he was killed.

July 18 Colton informs Sean that there was a medallion with the terrorist symbol next to Leblanc's body. He discovered it when Felicia was searching Leblanc for Frisco's wedding ring. Sean realizes that Felicia actually met with one of the terrorists posing as Leblanc. Sean can't figure out how the terrorists always seem to be one step ahead of them. He wonders if the fire in the brownstone is somehow connected to the terrorists. While discussing the case they discover that CNALBEL and Leblanc are really one in the same. Just then Colette shows up asking them how Quebec was. Sean lies and tells her that it was a dead end. He asks Felicia for the music box but she refuses. He promises her that he will take good care of it. She finally agrees.

July 19 Sean calls CNALBEL. He suspects it might be a front. So, he decides to book a flight to Washington. Colette discovers that Colton has been staying with Felicia when she arrives one morning and finds blankets on the couch.

July 20 Felicia is driving everyone at the hair salon nuts because she can't decide on a hair style. One of the terrorists breaks into Felicia's apartment looking for the knob that fell off the music box.

July 22 Tiffany calls Felicia to find out where Sean went. Felicia has no idea where he is. Colton and Felicia just happen to be discussing the case when Colette shows up. She questions them about Sean's absence and is skeptical when they tell her that Sean went on a cruise with Tiff. (slight tracking problem) Felicia contacts Anna in NY. The committee for the Arts Festival would like to hire the PI firm to oversee the security for the festival. Anna tells Felicia that she's busy in NY and gives the job to her. Sean arrives at CNALBEL and is introduced to the real Leblanc. Colette turns out to be the leader of the terrorist group. She gives the order to eliminate Sean, Colton, and Felicia.

July 25 Felicia and Colton try to figure out where Sean is. Meanwhile, Colette plans Sean's murder. She wants the pleasure of killing him all to herself. Leblanc tells Sean that there is a traitor in the WSB. He admits that he designed and built the music box himself and that Frisco has hidden a microchip in the knob of the box. The microchip contains information on various terrorist groups and the WSB traitor. Leblanc asks Sean where the knob is. Sean explains that Felicia dropped the box when she fell down the stairs the night of the fire. Leblanc explains that Frisco's wedding ring is the only thing that will open the knob. Opening the knob any other way will destroy the contents of the microchip.

Colette shows up at Felicia's just as Colton is about to kiss Felicia. She claims to have important info on the case but insists that they wait for Sean. Sean calls Robert and tells him that he needs to see him asap, he needs his “input”. Robert notices the urgency and says he will see Sean at the office. Sean places a call to Felicia from Washington. Colette listens in on the call. He explains that he wants to meet with Felicia and Colton but doesn't divulge any information over the phone. He asks that they stay put and that Felicia keep guard of Frisco’s wedding ring.

July 26 Felicia doesn't agree with Sean’s staying put order. So, she decides to go into the office alone. Shortly after, Colton bursts into the office. He insists that Felicia call Sean and ask him to meet them there. Prunella arrives at Felicia's but no one is home. She decides to wait inside. At the PI office, Sean informs Felicia and Colton of the knob and how to open. Colette arrives at the PI office and informs the group that she found out about CNALBEL. Sean and Colton suspect that someone is watching them or perhaps listening to them. They head back to Felicia's and look around. Sean discovers the bug in the phone.

July 27 Sean returns the bug to Felicia's phone. He plans to use it to feed them misinformation. Sean instructs Felicia and Colton to check all the phones at the PI office for bugs. Colton and Felicia come up with nothing at the PI office. They call Sean to let him know. He came up with nothing at his place either. Sean meets with Robert. He tells Robert what Frisco was working on when he was killed. Sean explains about the knob, the microchip, and the terrorist group. Sean calls Felicia and gives her false information. Colette overhears it, but she doesn't believe it.

July 28 Colette locates Felicia by placing calls to different locations. Felicia finally answers but Colette doesn't respond. Sean, Felicia, and Colton, go over the plan. Sean tells them that he has enlisted Robert's help. They are going to set a trap for the terrorist using Frisco's ring. Meanwhile, the search continues for the missing knob. Finally, they track down the box of junk from the brownstone at the teen center. Unfortunately, the knob is not in the box. Colton and Felicia head over to the festival grounds. They check out the teen center booth for the knob. Robert asks Sam to impersonate Felicia. Back at Sean's, Colette eavesdrops outside the door. She hears him tell Tiffany that he may miss the festival because he and Robert have some business to take care of. Hearing that, Colette suspects they are up to something.

July 29 Sean and Robert outline the plan. Colton and Felicia are to go to the arts festival. Colton will broadcast his show live from the festival. At the same time, Felicia will head to the bank and retrieve Frisco's ring from the safe deposit box. Sam will be in the bank disguised as Felicia. Sam will leave the bank and go to the park to meet Sean. Colette sends her agents to tail Felicia. They follow her into the bank but fall for the switch and follow Sam out of the bank.

Meanwhile, Felicia is supposed to go back to the arts festival. She shows up at the park instead. Robert and Guy are hiding in the bushes as Sean and Felicia (really Sam) argue over Frisco's ring under the bridge. Colette and her agents are there hiding as well. She spots Felicia coming down the stairs and immediately realizes it's a trap. Felicia realizes that she's been seen and takes off. But the damage is already done, and Colette sends her agents after Felicia. Robert and Sean don't yet realize what has happened. They soon discover that they're all alone. So they pack it in and head to the festival grounds.

August 1 Felicia returns to the festival. She locates Colton but he's in the middle of taping his show. She finally gets his attention by asking a question during the audience participation part of his show. A confused Colton continues to ask her questions in the hope that he will figure out what she's trying to tell him. During his commercial break, Colton runs over and asks her what happened. Felicia admits that she went to the park and was spotted. She thinks that the terrorists have followed her to the festival. She is correct. Colette and her agents are searching for Felicia as she speaks to Colton. Colton grabs Felicia and tries to drag her to safety. She refuses to leave without the knob. Against his better judgment, Colton agrees to help her. They return to the teen center booth. Felicia discovers the knob on a sculpture just as the terrorists spot them. Colton drags her away before she can get the knob.

August 2 Robert and Sean arrive at the festival grounds. They suspect that the terrorists discovered Sam was only a decoy, and they have gone after Felicia. They split up and search the grounds for Felicia and Colton. Sean runs into Prunella. Felicia slips away from Colton and back to the teen center booth. She tries to break the knob off the sculpture but it won't budge. Colton finally catches up with her and drags her off when he spots the terrorists. Just then, Prunella runs into the terrorists knocking them to the ground. This gives Colton and Felicia time to get away.

August 3 Felicia and Colton hide out in symphony hall. The terrorists track them down there, so Colton uses himself as bait so Felicia can escape. Felicia refuses to leave without Colton and they are caught. Sean meets up with Robert. He tells him about Prunella's strange message. Neither can figure it out so they split up to search for her. Colette overhears the message but she can't make sense of it either. Sean and Robert have no luck finding Prunella so they head back to the teen center booth. That's where Sean saw her last.

While there, Sean discovers the knob on one of the sculptures as it's about to be sold. Sean offers the woman $100 for it, but she refuses. He makes up a story about his sick mother and cons the woman out of the sculpture. Sean breaks the knob off and then asks that the sculpture be delivered to his penthouse. Finally, he runs into Prunella. She tells him that Colton and Felicia were being followed. She takes him to symphony hall. Sean informs Robert that he has the knob. Unfortunately, it's useless without Frisco's ring, which is now in the hands of the terrorists. Colette took it off Felicia when they were kidnapped.

August 4 Sean believes that Colton and Felicia are still on the festival grounds. Colette threatens to kill Colton in hopes that Felicia will talk. Olivia pays Duke a visit. She inquires about his meeting with Victor. Robert, Sean, and the police search for Colton and Felicia. Colton manages to knock out the guards. However, on their way out Felicia falls and gets knocked out. Colton picks her up and tries to carry her to safety. Unfortunately, they have taken too much time. The terrorists catch up with them before they can escape. Suddenly there's a knock on the door. Felicia's still unconscious so they put her inside a trunk. They gag Colton and dress him up for the play. Finally, the terrorists open the door and Robert and Sean enter. They demand to search the place. Robert and Sean turn up nothing from their search. After they leave, Colette plants a bomb in the building.

August 5 Sean and Robert continue to search the festival grounds for Colton and Felicia. In the mean time, they are growing increasingly suspicious of Prunella. So Robert has her followed. Colette learns that Sean has the knob. She instructs one of her men to place a bomb in a camera case and leave it outside the jewelry exhibit. Sean receives a call from the kidnappers. They are willing to trade Colton and Felicia for the knob. When Sean hangs up, he tells Robert he's almost positive that it was Colette on the phone. Colton and Felicia escape. They steal some costumes and head out to find Robert and Sean. Colton thinks that the terrorists are targeting the dignitaries. Prunella shows up at the jewelry expo and the guard slips her the real Aquarius diamond. Colette discovers that Colton and Felicia have escaped. Colton and Felicia run into Prunella. They tell her to get a message to Sean.

August 8 Felicia, Colton, Robert, and Sean are all captured by Colette. There's a struggle and Robert gets away. He notifies Lewis of the bomb threat. They begin evacuating people in an orderly fashion as not to create mass hysteria. Meanwhile, Sean and Colette struggle over the detonator. Colette is accidentally shot by one of her partners. Colton breaks free and catches up with Robert. They search frantically for the bomb. Colette stumbles out onto the festival grounds. Colton finds the bomb and tosses it down a stairwell seconds before it explodes. Through all the chaos, Sean and Felicia search for Colette. She's unconscious. Felicia tries to search her for Frisco's ring. Tony tries to save Colette. Felicia fears if she dies they'll never know what happened to Frisco. With nothing to do at the hospital, Colton and Felicia head back to the festival grounds to search for the ring. Felicia finds Frisco's ring.
